Which version of Enfold are you using? If you are not using the latest 5.0.1, please update the theme first and check if that helps.

Enfold has German language files. If your WordPress installation is in German, those language files will be used. Also, we have a documentation here – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/ and provide support through our support forum so you can contact us whenever you have a question or an issue :)

We do not work with any image service however Enfold is fully compatible with WooCommerce and you can use it to sell your fine art prints on your website. Here are my favourite Enfold demos to showcase fine art:

Hi Erwin,

The purchase codes should have been emailed to your at the time of purchase, and I think your receipts should be available in your Themeforest account as well. The purchase codes are not used to register and update the theme anymore though, tokens are used now instead: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If you want to use one of your old licenses, then you should be able to simply delete the site, then use the license in question on the new site.

This is possible but you have to create a custom script that specifies the height of the columns based on the tallest one. You can also apply a minimum height to the content or text block, but this will have to be adjusted on different screen sizes using css media queries. Applying a custom css class name will definitely be necessary in either of the cases above.

We are not yet sure why the mega menu is not displaying correctly on mobile view. It looks like the whole mobile menu container is hidden for some reason. Did you add any custom html or apply any custom styles (css) to the menu?

Please try to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings, then purge the cache.

We are not yet sure what is causing the active menu indicator to jump but we noticed that the site still contains an older version (4.9.2.2) of the theme. Upgrading the theme to the latest version (5.0.1) might help fix the issue. Please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after the update.

1-2.) Try to apply a custom css class name to the grid row element, e.g “banner-grid”, then use this css code to adjust the height of the first cell on mobile view.

Please make sure to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after adding the css. The following documentation should help.

Hey Beat,

1. There is no free version of Enfold, and the latest version of the theme can always be downloaded from your Themeforest account. We don’t keep any records of customers unfortunately, but maybe Envato support could help you out with that, if you have a proof of purchase?

2. The version you are running is very old, so I would not recommend updating WordPress and keeping the old theme version.

3. I would recommend that you update on a staging version of the site first. If you only intend to update on the live site, the I would suggest that you update the theme first, then WordPress.

4. The email you posted is registered on our support forum, but that’s all we can tell you unfortunately.
