Thank you so much, worked perfectly!
Almost ashamed to keep on going, but now the borders still show – how can i set them to transparant?
Hello!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab
@media only screen and (max-width: 480px) { .responsive #top .slide-entry { width: 100%; } }

Saludos,
Josue
Hey!
Ok, for the titles issue, paste this code in the Quick CSS (Enfold > Styling):
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5 {
text-transform: none !important;
}

Josue
Hey!
To with this:
.header_bg, #avia-menu, .main_color{
background: transparent !important;
}
Cheers!
Josue
When I look at my site in a mobile view after importing dummy data there’s a lot of padding (not sure if that’s the correct term) to the left and right of the text. So there ends up being a lot of wasted space. I don’t want the text to be full screen per se but I would like it to span a wider area.
You can also see it in the live preview of the demo site. As you shrink the screen width, the text adjusts in steps at specific widths. Right before the adjustment, the text is spanning almost edge to edge, but as you continue to make the screen width smaller it moves to the next size step and there’s a ton of white space to the left and right. This happens over and over as you make the screen smaller. Instead of shrinking in steps where there’s bunch of whitespace after each adjustment, I want it to smoothly adjust the text so it’s always nearly edge to edge.
How do I do this?
Hi,
Having upgraded to Enfold version 2.3.2. I find that:
a) the header set to ‘fixed header with social icons and navigation’ actually dynamically refizes the logo. It is no longer fixed.
b) Using the blog posts content element no longer shows the photos for the blog items. The links still work, but no photos are shown.
kind regards,
PPCHound.

Hi jazbird!
Right now we don’t have anything with built in compatibility but Modern Tribes plugin should work if you use it on regular pages (non advanced layout editor).

Hi!
I just tried the same layout and didn’t have any issues. This is what it looks like correct?

Personally, I think it’s crazy to want the sub menu box to remain visible.
Menus are intended to convey control, but when they act strange – like this client is requesting, it defeats the purpose.
Regarding item #2 – the active color, they wanted both the parent and child page links to display as active. Again, this is bad because they can only be on a single page at a time, so it makes no sense to highlight a parent link when you’re not on that page.
I turned on the crumb trail and did some editing to make it match the menu colors & I think they’re going to be happy with that, rather then having me undermine a perfectly functional menu system.
Thanks for the response!
Do you have your WordPress url set with https in your WordPress settings? I believe it should be pulling whatever url your using sitewide.
i added
in themes/enfold/css/custom.css
body
{
background-color:yellow;
}
no change at all.
Hi
I’m going to purchase Enfold as soon as I can confirm my PayPal account.
I want to make a front page slider that has an animated gif as a background, and then 10 or 12 boxes float into place that are clickable links.
Is this possible?
Hi,
We were messing around on that page trying to fix it.
Take a look at this page:
http://mastccs.org/blog
And a screenshot.
http://cl.ly/image/0x0d290Q3o3X
Our theme is set to Splash Blue and those buttons are set to use theme default. The way they looked 3 days ago was resembling the buttons found on this page:
http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/buttons/
Our buttons are missing the sort of “gradient” 3d button look and just look like a flat box that has a color background.
Thanks!
Phil
@Ismael – If this customization request falls outside of the realm of support you guys offer, we would be able to help.
@Carmitma – We can create some custom css and php that will align your portfolio the way you want.
We are very good at advanced customizations of the Enfold theme. You can email me at (Email address hidden if logged out)

@Indiatravelz – We can create some custom css and php that will shift the layerslider up under your header for that one page only.

Hi there
From within the Enfold control panel I change the font for the Headings and click ‘update’, yet nothing changes on the front-end site.
Can you help?
Thanks
Hallo, ich habe versucht, Layout-Shortcodes innerhalb von Elementen (Tabs, Icon Box usw.) zu nutzen, was ja unbedingt möglich sein muss, damit man auch hier unterteilen kann. Leider funktioniert es nicht:

Was mache ich falsch?
Danke und viele Grüße

Hi,
The actual french translation provided in Enfold 2.3.2 is 69% translated at this time, so I’m pleased to share the french translation (100% translated for 2.3.2 version) to anyone who want to use it :
https://partage.mines-telecom.fr/public.php?service=files&t=4cd2524b81c12fcf50a3cfa44f35e933
PS : please could you add a printable version of enfold ?
Have fun
Oli
No, the debug has been in there since enfold came out. My guess is that it is getting pasted in either inside of another element something like that. Putting it right after:
require_once( 'functions-enfold.php');
should work fine.

1.) Deselect the Blog page on Enfold > Theme Options > And where do you want to display the Blog?. Go to Enfold > General Settings > Blog Style > select other style other than Grid Layout. Edit your Blog page, switch to Advance Layout Builder then insert the Blog Post element. Select the Grid Layout as blog style. You will have a Blog page with Grid Layout and still have single posts with featured image.
Thanks, this is working in Firefox/Safari. However featured image in single posts is not showing up in IE8. Please help.
2. My site is setup in “Responsive Layout Large (Max width:1210px)”.
When I open my site in IE8, entire site is shown in width 910px, where as in other browsers (firefox/chrome) site is displayed in width 1210px. How can I make IE8 also display my site in width 1210px?
Your Answer) IE8 (and lower versions) and Firefox prior to 3.5 does not support media query and safari 3.2 partially support it.
I bought this theme only after reviewing browser compatibility documentation on ThemeForest Market Place. According to the documentation
Enfold theme will support IE8.

The CSS solution is not working.
Could you please help in at least fixing this IE8 issue?
Hello LollyGreen!
There isn’t really much you can do without a lot of editing to the theme in this case. The biggest boost in page speed would be using a caching plugin like WP Super Cache but the number of scripts loading in is because the theme separates some its css into multiple files and then plugins and dropins like jetpack will also load in some scripts before the page loads as well.
If it didn’t load these in before the page fully loads then the layout wouldn’t look right, anything that was using the javascript files to run wouldn’t look right and things like that.
The libraries that run the scripts are loaded at the end of the page load since they don’t change the look of the items and only add in the functionality however.
Regards,
Devin
Thank you! I was able to accomplish this!
Hi mastcharter!
I’m not sure what you mean. The color is set by either the shortcode/element option or if you set it to the styling options then it inherits the color from there.
So as they are right now is correct as it looks like the button color is set to silver.
Best regards,
Devin
Yes I did, and it broke the whole site – the Enfold theme management area says the theme is up to date, is this implementable only in the most recent version that perhaps the update option isn’t noting?
Meanwhile, I was able to paste the HTML into the default editor, and we are hand-coding for the moment to keep things rolling.
By the way – saving as a template didn’t work – it removed almost all of the HTML/code. I had a desperate moment but was able to get the HTML out of the SQL database to save the day…
