Topic: Serious responsiveness issue
Hi,
Im having a serious issue with responsiveness in the site im building. The Smartphone i have and i test it on is a Samsung Galaxy Ace running android 2.3.6
The big problem is that the enfold demo looks great even my phone is not that modern. It resizes perfectly.
But the site I’m building isn’t working nicely in on my phone. Its quite “responsive”, I mean everything appears in a single column, but that column is wider than the phone’s screen… And the fullscreen slider in the home of my site doesn’t even resize photos.
I insist that even the fullscreen slider in the enfold demo looks good on my phone, but not the site im building.
Just to let you know, I didnt make any change at all in css or php files, just quick css adjustments. I’m not using child theme.I dont know if I make my point. Its hard for me to explain whats going on in english.

I’ll send the url in a private message.Sorry to repeat a post, but I have installed the latest version (2.4.2) of Enfold and the contact form does not send emails. To be precise it says emails are sent but nothing is received on the admin email.
I’ve looked at a few other posts and setup the mail( (Email address hidden if logged out) ‘, ‘test’, ‘test’); and I see the text but nothing happens after that?
I’ve also tried the contact form 7 and same results.
I have used another WP theme on another personal site that has the same webhost and forms are not an issue (clockstone theme)
Any help is appreciated.

The “main” site is in Spanish and am looking to add the site in English, the little flags appear, but when I click on the English banner, it goes to who knows where (http://www.arturocampos.com.mx/en/).
What is causing this?

Your header background is already transparent. Please add this on your custom.css or Quick CSS to move the content upwards:

I asked previously about changing header opacity, and for the fixed header, it worked. The same does not work for a non-fixed header. What do I need to do to adjust the non fixed header opacity, keeping in mind that the logo and navigation should remain 100% visible.

@BiallaC: Use the Color Section then upload a background image. Insert column layouts inside with the Icon boxes etc.@hershelebram: Do you have the Enfold theme or the Incarnation theme? Please use the Template Builder then insert the Text Area/ Callout / Quotes element, select the Callout for Text Styling.

You’re using a very old version of the theme and you have tons of plugins installed. Please download the latest version of the theme on your themeforest account then deactivate all plugins if possible. Update the theme via FTP. http://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

The Enfold search function in the header menu is no longer working. It worked a bit, now just produces a line type graphic in the middle of the page, but no search box etc. I tested in different browsers, the same. I am running MAC OS 10.5.8, PowerPC. (http://novabook.us/novabookblog/)
Is there a fix I can do?

No theme settings are stored in files that you could transfer over. When you activate your child theme you’ll have a new option in the theme settings to import the parent settings.
WooCommerce will be uneffected as will plugins. You may need to re-set which menu is which in the menus manager however.

HAVE A CALL TO ACTION AT THE TOP RIGHT OF THE MENU
I suggest that all my clients have a call to action on the top right of their website, yet because I have this them I dont even have one. I think it would be really cool if you could incorporate it alot of people would appreciate this feature.
I was looking at one website and theirs were at the top of their sticky.
And when you scroll up and the sticky menu shrinks the call to action shrinks as well:

I have just started modifying the main Enfold site theme and have suddenly realized that I will want to make some small, but significant code changes and that I should be working on a child theme so that I can update the main theme without losing any modifications. I do not want to have to redo what I have already done, which is:
1. Changed logo
2. Added Woocommerce and configured 6-products
3. Added one menu for the store
4. Have activated a couple plug-ins such as Social Media Pro
5. Set some basic theme preferences in “settings”I would like to copy all the files I have modified to the enfold-child theme folder and then replace the enfold main theme with a fresh and unmodified version.
Here is the site so far: http://novabook.us/novabookblog/ t will eventually be the main site and not in a subdirectory.
My question is, which exact files do I need to copy into the enfold-child folder to keep the work I have done so far–so that when I change themes to the child and replace the main theme with a fresh new version the site will look and function exactly as it is now.
My gal is to be able to update the theme without the possibility of losing any modifications I have made to the design.

Hey guys,
On the blog listing page, a post with the post format “link” links the title correctly to an external URL, but the icon on the side links to the post itself. Can I submit this as a bug submission or is there a way I can fix this myself in my child theme? I don’t want to modify the Enfold core files.

YigitIch habe Probleme um Eigene Sidebars Anzuzeigen im Template Enfold. Ich verwende das Plugin Event Manager und ich kann die Sidebar nicht Auswälen auf der Event Seite. Es Kommt immer die Sidebar “Display everywere”. Ich habe schon das Plugin “custom Sidebar” getestet. konnte Andere Sidebars ersetzen ab nicht die Sidebar “Display Everywere”.
Jetzt meine Frage. Gibt es ein Möglichkeit die eigene Sidebar für Event Seiten Auszuwählen, oder ist es möglich die Sidebar “Display Everywere” zu ersetzen?

I follow your instruction. I install the theme “TwentyThirteen” and I managed to upload a media from WordPress Uploads.
So, the problem is in your theme Enfold.what we do?
I just installed Enfold Version 2.4.2, and at install loaded the ‘dummy pages’. I would like to change the default green predefined color styling option to one of the other predefined color schemes, however choosing another color scheme >> saving or not saving >> does not change to the other predefined color scheme chosen. I do not find any documentation on this. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Topic: Enfold Menu Item Limit
We seem to have hit a wall with the number of menu items we can have on our site. Every time we add a new menu item, the item drops off the end after saving, and the menu location is unchecked. I’ve seen several users with this issue, but increasing the max_input_vars in php.ini hasn’t worked for us, and neither has defining the wp_memory_limit. Here’s a link to the site:
We only have about 60 menu items, and we would like to have around 85. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
