Depending on the header behaviours you are using, you may need to add !important rule to the code :)

Then go to Settings > Media > Thumbnail Sizes and set them to 200x200px and then regenerate thumbnails using this plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

Please go to wp-content/themes/enfold/js/prettyPhoto folder and open jquery.prettyPhoto.js file and find

allow_resize:true

and change it to

allow_resize:false

Please Edit one of your pages and in Avia Layout Builder, go to Media Elements and add Easy Silder element to your page. Click on it to edit your Easy Slider

If you cannot, only way for you to download the theme is logging on ThemeForest with the account you have purchased the theme and going to Downloads section to download it. It is a simple process and that is what all users do.

Using masonry element it is not possible to make other changes you requested by default. You are going to need to hire a freelance developer on Envato Studio or Codeable for that kind of customization as it is beyond the scope of support we can provide. You can also request quote from WerkPress.
