Topic: Website Does Not Work
My company is currently using the “Enfold” theme for our marketing page. Just this morning, we upgraded to WordPress 3.9, and our theme was erased. We re-downloaded the theme from ThemeForest, and then uploaded it via FTP. The theme uploaded successfully, but now images do not show up, pages on our homepage fail to open, and it is now extremely slow. We need to get this resolved ASAP. Please advise.

JosueTopic: Whiteout in Editing Window
We’ve got the latest update for WordPress (3.9) and the latest update for Enfold. When we try to edit a page using the Avia Layout Editor, we can see the content until we click through to actually edit the text. Then the screen goes white. If you mouseover it (click and drag) you can see some HTML in the captured text but it’s essentially impossible to edit.

Fixed most of the issues when I removed the Quick CSS and adjusted the Header options within Enfold. Still having issue with the Advanced Menu covering my logo.

The problem is that both – header AND sub-menu behavior – depends from woocommerce plugin status:
deactivated=ok
activated = js errorAnd it’s not an issue with Replete. I just installed fresh Replete theme on the same server and checked if there are similar problems, but apparently it’s only happening with Enfold.
Yet, moving header with a snippet made things worse. Now other sub-menus gone to the right. On mobile screen main menu is totally inaccessible. Just have a look
I’m sure it’s a bug which has to be properly addressed. When I running Enfold on WAMP for the first seconds, mega menu is also appears on the left, but then shifts to ‘relative’ positions and stays there until the end of session. However with each new session shifting repeats.

I was very disappointed when i updated to latest enfold and latest wp (3.9) because the text-editor of the visual composer is now creating messy code. Before it was beautiful, structured and didnt add weird tags. Now it mushes my nice clean code into a mess, adds p tags randomly, and i have to clean it up to make sense of it. This is awful!! Please fix. I initially switched form Nevada to Enfold, because nevada would do this, but if enfold starts messing up code, i will have to find a new theme to work with. Please advise!!
What im referencing is the “text block” element in avia layout builder. When i close the text block, it adds br tags, p tags and messes up the structure terribly!

All looks good after the upgrade to Enfold 2.6.4.
I have noticed one other “issue” in the navigation drop down in various devices. Would you like if I report it to you? It is not show stopper for us… But might be good for the theme to improve.Take care of yourself,

Hello everyone,
I consider using a “before after slider” for a site wide project using Enfold.
Has anyone used and implemented this type of plugin responsively coupled with Enfold?
How successful was/is it? Which would you recommend, if any? WHare are the hurdles?There are several BAS around available from Codecanyon:

Please update to the latest version of Enfold (2.7), it introduces a new element to insert HTML/JS code safely (Code Block). Then, in order to get the code you pasted working you’d need to add this to the Quick CSS:

YigitI added this code to the quick css style from the enfold settings.
But the submenu navigation color of the text cannot be changed. How do I change that including the hover color please?I thought these would be in the enfold settings.

Yep, that should do it. I’ve found that I sometimes need to tweak settings after importing from the parent so keep a second window open with the previous general styling tab open (since the page doesn’t auto refresh when you switch themes).
Edit: since you are switching themes you still need to change your menu, and set any theme specific WordPress options again.

Also, when you say “Replace the $logotext and the $subtext”, do I replace the $logotext with the text I want to input?
Could I do this from the general setting in WP? I just wanted to use the regular settings.
Or if there is a faster way to add a custom code to the quick css instead from the Enfold style settings.

1) The next/prev post/portfolio navigation doesn’t take care about the category order but it will sort navigate to the next/previous post based on the “publish” date. If the button doesn’t display properly please use a social bookmarks plugin like: http://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/ or hire someone who can help you to implement the button based on your requirements.
