    Hello,

    I use Essential grid plugin with Enfold. I know you are not the Essential grid support but maybe you can help me. Until Enfold 2.8.1 essential grid worked fine with PrettyPhoto. But now, it doesn’t work with only MagnificPopup, when I click on an image, it shows his default lightbox plugin who is Fancybox AND MagnificPopup, they show like layers…

    You can see example on private link.

    So, how can I use MagnificPopup with Essential grid?

    Topic: share buttons under excerpts with read more links

    I need to somehow add share buttons under blog posts in the “Excerpt With Read More Link” format. Any suggestions as to how I might do that, either with the built-in Enfold share buttons or via another plugin? I’ve tried both Jetpack sharing and the AddtoAny plugin, but I can’t get either of these to show up under excerpts.

    I was able to get those plugins to show up under a manually inserted Read More tag on an inside page (using the Full Content option in the Blog element), which would be a sufficient workaround except that the manual Read More tag doesn’t seem to work on the home page, and I need blog listings (with share buttons) on the home page for this client.

    Any advice for me? Note, I haven’t purchased a copy of the theme for this client, yet, but I promise I will! I just have to convince him that Enfold is the right theme for the job, first ;)

    Hey guys,

    I really need your help again. I really become desperate with this. Let me explain my problem.

    I do the following (see in picture):

    The picture source (what I have written in the picture description) is shown in the frontend like this:

    Everything fine till now.

    BUT. If I use the same picture as the header picture it looks in Frontend like this:

    I dont know why the hyperlinks are shown above the headerpicture. The lightbox doesn´t work as well. If I delete the links from the description the lightwork starts to work in the frontend for the header picture again.

    I hope you can help me. It is very important for me.

    Please flush browser cache and check if that helps.
    But the link you posted still shows that you are using WordPress 3.8.3 and Enfold 2.7

    Hi,
    I used the Import Dummy Data function in Enfold to see how some pages were constructed.
    I have since permanently deleted all the pages and posts about two months ago.
    Problem is they are still on the site somewhere as the site is over 5Gb in size.
    I have looked through the site through FTP but can’t find where the imported content is.
    Can you tell me what folder contains the deleted contents ?

    Hi – I’m trying to build a site for a local band and they want to have a full-screen video with audio playing (with the ability to turn the audio on/off).

    Is there a way to do that using the functions of Enfold? I would prefer to use a color section and use video as the background so I can put some content on top.

    Please try deactivating all active plugins and check if that helps.
    Also, you are currently using an older version of the theme and WordPress. Please update Enfold to the latest version 2.9 ( http://vimeo.com/67209750 ) and WordPress to 3.9.1.

    There is an update for Enfold theme today. I am using a child theme of Enfold and note about update appear on the child theme settings page. I already updated Enfold Theme. Do I need to update child theme as well?

    I just updated to the newest version of Enfold. Next to my problems with the header (see here), there also seems to be a problem with centered images:

    all the images are not centered anymore. Even if I try to create a new text and image element the image stays left centered.

    Can somebody help me out please?

    My site has been places in a subfolder and i moved it today to the root. After this is updated to the latest enfold version but not the site dos not work in Chrome, Firefox , iPad and Samsung Galaxy s3. The slider is not showing and the image slide in animation dos not work and the images are missing.

    Everything was working before the move.

    Hi guys, hope someone can help.

    I have a pretty standard install. I’m not much of a techie either so please go easy on me.
    I need to create a menu for the whole of the United Kingdom and have managed to break it down into 12 basic areas. I created a Mega Menu for it (seems the only way).
    However, I am working on a display of 1920 x 1080 and everything seemed fine. But when I view it on my laptop (1366 x 768) the bottom part is off the screen and I have no way of pressing the menu items. Not sure what it would look like on older PCs.

    Can someone suggest how I can re-format the mega menu to work better and fit all the items?

    I see the menu has an option for new row but not new column – that might have worked (but limited to 6 columns it seems)

    Jquery Color Box plugin do that since a long time, but you have to deactivate the new Enfold lightbox plugin…
    Jquery Color Box plugin takes the Title Tag to make a caption, why Enfold do not the same… ?

    The warning about backing up files are for if you’ve modified the actual theme files ( php, css, js files that make up the theme).

    The question is about Enfold who not do not encode correcly special characters when he post a form.
    That’s not a customization at all :)
    Yes, it works but it works the wrong way it should be.
    Please tell Kriesi to look at this, I am almost certain he will understand what I mean.
