Please check the wp-content > themes folder. What are the names of the folders? There should be a single “enfold” folder there. Please download the file again from your themeforest account and make sure that the file are downloaded properly. IsmaelHi Guys, any clues here? “adde Media” button, and other interactive buttons “don’t work”… no reaction in the theme. click click.. do response.
a) I’ve upgraded to wordpress 4.0.
b) I have “deactivated” all the plug_ins as mentioned by several wordpress forums. (should they be DELETED ?)
c) wordpress shows “All themes updated”
d) I can see any error messages or dialogues..Any ideas?.. thanks!

Have you tried adding a position plus z-index css property on the new container with the custom link? You can use media queries to adjust the position of the custom link on different screen sizes.

IsmaelI uploaded images to my wordpress Enfold theme’s media folder.
I accidentally uploaded 4000 images.
To delete i went into wp-content and deleted them manually.
The images i deleted still show up in media library.
How can i update site and make it clearly show what is really on the website.??

This is definitely possible but does require some custom work, as you may already know that’s something we can’t cover. You could start creating a Page Template that mimics the functionality of the Enfold single.php file (you may need to use a custom includes/loop-index.php too), here you’d replace the normal queried object by the latest Post, you can get the ID this way.

I have an issue with enfold. I’m using enfold from beginning of this year . And there was no problem with previous WP version.
After upgrading WP there was few issue with invisible font etc. All of that was fixed after updating templet to v 2.9.2
. But one thing no :After adding some of new content to any of existing page – simply some of post are disappear most all above added content .
This is make me crazy .
Simply I’m not able to ad anything to pages as most previews info are gone . Help please , any idea…
I put some time and afford to create my web and now I’m not able to change anything as my previous work disappearing .edit…
I just find out that there is no problem with adding content as long as news are at the top .

I’m getting the same error on another site now – everything is exactly the same as ma.thepointcollective.com (theme, wordpress install, server). 1/10 uploads over 1000px wide work. 9/10 give me an http error. The other site causing an error is http://www.doordye.com/preview. The only time it works consistently is when I deactivate Enfold.
That appears to take an image and upload/save it to your server. I already have ownership of all my images. I do not want to host them. There are plugins like Media Manager Plus that puts Flickr/Picasa/Google as part of the selection in the wordpress gallery but keeps them on that service. However it does not work with the built in function of Enfold’s gallery.

The problem is that you are putting an avia.js file from 2.9.2 while the rest of the files are from 2.8.1. Please try re-uploading a fresh copy of the latest version of Enfold.

it doesn´t work…neither i´m able to get the elements in the right sizes (now they are scaled up), nor the overlay fits exactly, nor the font is the front element and 100% visible…
Is there any chance to do it like the example above or your site http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/masonry-gallery , but with a color-overlay with text?
Do you have another tutorial than this: http://vimeo.com/77433498, that declares how to get the masonry look like your site (which options, pictures sizes, etc.)?

This is a known issue with the latest version of Enfold + dummy import, to fix it you’d need to go to Appearance > Menu, create and set a new menu as the Main Menu. Apologies for the inconveniences.

Dear Team,
I have to speed up my website and know that I have to work on the images we use. But besides I wonder which cache plugin could work best with WP Enfold?
I am a bit frightened by all those threads reporting about site breakdowns when using the plugins e.g. W3 Total Cache or Super Cache.
I also found the two in a list of disallowed plugins from WP Engine.What about Photon? Might this be an alternative?
