Hi there,
It sounds like I have the exact same problem. My Fontello and Enfold theme icons are displaying as small squares on some browsers including firefox, chrome, and ie (although they seem to view fine in Safari). How do I go about adding this to .htaccess? I don’t have access to ftp only WordPress dashboard. I was thinking of adding it via a WP .htaccess plugin like ‘WP htaccess Control’, but I’m worried about adding things to .htaccess file. I’ve altered elements in this file on other sites only to see the entire site crash. Can you please include detailed instructions or a screenshot of what this should look like in the .htaccess file? I would just like to get very clear clarification about how to go about making the necessary changes to make sure all of the icons are viewable in every browser. Thanks!Hello,
Ever since we updated to the 2.9.2 version with WP 4.0 we have had issues with the AVIA layout builder. Where it is very inconsistent on when it will load and when it won’t.Now unfortunately it seems to be always not loading. I have tried the tricks used in the past of clearing the cache locally as well as on the server. But nothing seems to be getting back to working.
I could use some assistance on this as I am at a loss on what to try next.
Please advise.

I want the link on the header logo to point to a different page: http://www.domain.com/home instead of http://www.domain.com
Now I found this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/header-logo-url-change/ which pointed me in the right direction, but I want to do it in the enfold-child functions.php file. I don’t know php though and therefor could not figure out what the code should be.
Could you please help me out?

You are completely right, I have removed the standard Publications widget as you suggested and now it works and in addition it enabled very interesting functionalities from Enfold, many thanks for your help!

I am having this issue with my website. I defaulted to a basic template to debug a 3rd party and then I try to get back into my Enfold theme and got this error

Third-party translation plugins won’t work seamlessly with the ALB unfortunately, you’d need to rely on the default editor + shortcodes. Alternatively you can check WPML which has built-in compatibility with Enfold.

first let me thank you for a great theme like enfold. i really enjoy it.
after upgrading to wordpress 4, yoast stop working. actually what i mean is that i cant edit anything. at first i thought it was a problem with the plugin itself or some incompatibillity with other plugins. i have many many times disabled all or upgraded all plugins i use(which are very few) and no solution came. now i know that this is now a problem of enfold. many seem to have mentioned that they had problems with enfold and yoast. but most had some strange issues. i dont have so strange issues, it is just that i cant edit meta title and description in yoast anymore. but the info is in my page source, so for now i am fine.i know an update to enfold is supposed to be coming soon. all i want to ask is if the update of enfold is supposed to fix this problem, and if enfold developers areaware of it. any news on the eta of enfold update?

ps, i have noticed some few bugs also in the editor but they are minor and i am sure they will be fixed with the update. my main concern is yoast, since it is the best plugin in the whole wordpress. thank you very much

One thing you can do is disable the Enfold lightbox functionality, you can do that right from the Theme Options.

Well please have a look here there is to much padding between my header (logo) and the myeventon plugin calandar. How can I get rid of that big white space? I can
t edit that page within enfold because the plugin creates this page. ps. here is the plugins website: http://www.myeventon.com/I already have this quick css added in enfold but only works on pages (homepage)

I uploaded just the files/folders that the version file showed had changed since my current version – the website and admin panel vanished!!!
Obviously, I’m not to be trusted with uploading individual files and folders so I uploaded the entire ‘enfold’ folder and the website and admin panels are now fine and updated to 2.9.2
I’m off to have a lie down :-)
I just did a test and answered my own question, it seems Yes, I can create a single category from my blog archives and it will paginate, thus I have a work around solution for now to use masonry with Enfold.
But I would love to hear if Kriesi can or has plans to make Masonry sortable with pagination?
I think it is a very valuable component to offering Masonry layout.

My Product Slider & Product Grid are not working on my “shop” page and the Layout Builder will not load on the “shop” page as well when they are present on the page. When I use Avia Layout Builder build out a page everything is fine until I add either the Product Slider or the Product Grid to the layout screen. Once I do that, and “update” the page, the page goes into a continuous loading loop. The page on the web looks fine, but the product slider and product grid don’t show up also and the wordpress edit page will not load the Layout builder. I turned Off all plugins and everything is up to date (Enfold, Woocommerce, WordPress, etc.) I also increased the PHP memory limit to 64MB.Running WP 4.0

Thanksi bought a few weeks ago my own LS Licence. How do i update it in relation to enfold theme.
I can install it via ftp or by uploading the installable zip file – but have i to make something with the folder in enfold theme?Or can i overwrite the files in the layer-slider folder of your enfold theme?

Hi Ismael,
I really love Enfold but that sure is one heck of a limitation, not being able to sort / filter thru a blogs entire archives via masonry. It almost does not make sense, especially since it seems to work with the grid view blog posts.
Is this something that can be corrected in an update?
I have to say that one of the most significant reasons for purchasing this theme was the perception that one can sort thru blogs (art archives) via masonry styling.
Can Kriesi consider manifesting this?
After all the Pinterest inspired movement trend for visual layout based post experiences was for just that purpose, to view all the archives this way.

I built a site with your (very nice theme) and moved it to its official address (http://www.joebstl-personalmanagement.at/) after finishing.
After the moving I showed that some functions don’t work any more or aren’t displayed.
The pages where I used the Advanced Layout Builder are not editable any more, because the part where I would edit doesn’t load. Here is a screenshot.
Additionally the sidebar one the themes main page doesn’t show. Tabs like “General Styling” are missing. Here is a screenshot of that too.
How should I handle this situation?

YigitI recently upgraded to WordPress 4.0 and when I clicked on Enfold to view the theme options the left sidebar menu for the Enfold options (Theme Options, General Styling, etc.) was blank. Also, I was unable to use Add Media within a page, after clicking nothing happened. I am using Enfold 2.9.1. I tried disabling all plugins but it did not help. Please let me know when this is fixed or if there is anything I can do in order to upgrade to WP 4.0 (currently using 3.9.2)

Yes,I was on an older version / flavour of Enfold theme 2.8.x or 2.7,s something. I’d neglected to heed the recent update emails from Enfold!.
I simply downloaded the cure V2.9.2 and installed (uploaded) the package from Themes.
It all works again like a treat.Is there a way to **close ** this thread?
