The fonts are not displaying correctly on mobile (and some desktops) for our site. They are supposed to be sans-serif (PT Sans and some others) but on an iPhone it is showing a serif font. What could be the issue?Our site: http://zerozendesign.com/

I’m using the Enfold theme with the Easy WP SMTP plug-in.
I’ve defined the email subject in my contact form but when I test out the form, my emails are coming through with the subject “Thank you for your Message!” which was NOT what I had defined as my email subject.
The content of the message itself looks fine.
How can I fix this?

My WordPress is up-to-date. My Enfold is up-to-date. Appears to be a update to LayerSlider that has not been added to Enfold.
I am not able to edit add any slides to existing Sliders.
I am not able to create any new Sliders.

This is my first time trying a site with Enfold. The last 4 or 5 sites I worked on using a rival theme, but I decided it was time to try something different and see how another theme would compare, and so far I am very happy. There are some features in Enfold that work way better, quicker and simpler, but some features that I would love to see adopted in enfold… however that’s not the point of this post. I will put requests into the ‘future features thread’.
Anyway, the point of my query – Logo resizing for iPad mini (and I presume all tablets).
I finally have the header looking the way I would like it, to suit this clients logo.
This is with transparent header (of 90px high), and resizing down to an altered logo, and changing to a solid colour.
I find the space given for logo a bit limiting, (for this particular logo), but found the resizing and ability to change logo very useful.
(I understand this resizing is done by javascript, and the amount of shrinking could be changed by editing the js?)Anyway, after a few hours searching forum, and tweaking things to get it to way I wanted it to look (using custom header height of 180px to suit ‘transparent logo), I was happy with how it looked on pc, mac book pro with firefox, safari & chrome, and on iPhone.
But… I just checked on iPad Mini (original). The solid header background comes in as it should… BUT…. the logo ‘shrink’ does not occur, the header stays at the fixed 180px height… which looks absolutely terrible.

This is once I scroll down the page a bit. The ‘alternate logo’ appears, BUT stays at it’s original uploaded size of 180px high.So, my question:
1. Is there any way or css fix to resize the logo and header for ipad (or similar resolution tablets) once user scrolls down the page?

I disabled all 3rd party plugins. I also deleted all files in my child directory apart from my style.css and template-home.php template file
And the issue still exists
These styles are being generated by enfold and applied to the dynamic css tab. Why are these colours and borders being generated and applied its most strange. Where are they originating from?
Topic: WordPress 4.0 issues
Hi There, My theme stopped working after I updated WordPress to 4.0. I checked to see what Enfold version I have. I guess I have an old version of Enfold, but I cannot update it through WordPress because I do not see the option update under theme options. I’m lost and not technical at all. So I cry out for help and hope you have an easy way out of this mess. I need to update my site too.

Hi Josue! Thanks for the reply. I am a little confused looking at /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/portfolio.php because there are a bunch of variables in that file. In the portfolio custom link in wp I have added a custom link like “services/”. Now in the portfolio.php I want to add “home_url()” to the portfolio custom title link and image link.
I see the variables $title_link, $link, $custom_link but not sure which one to change…
Could you show me a code example of what the best way to do it would be?
When i use enfold 2.9.2 and wp 4.0 i found out that picture in avia layout builder sometimes missing… sometimes shown up… today i found another missing picture in my media menu… and now in my frontend most of the picture is missing… and than i reinstall the theme… but not help…
do i need to re installl the wp 4.0 also?

Everything is great with Enfold, but I am having major issues trying to get my Woocommerce store to work.
I have attributes setup, but they do not show up on the product pages.
Also when you update a price or other piece of information nothing updates or takes.Everything is up to date, and you are able to make the changes when you switch to the 2012 theme.
I also increased the PHP memory to 128, cleared transients, cleared expired transients, etc.You are more than welcome to make changes to the product, attributes, etc. to see if you can figure out the issue.

I have done that several times but it doesn’t work. The guys ar trafficplanethosting have been reciewwing the CDN settings and they say they are ok now. Still, this has never happened to me before on Enfold and multisite with a CDN and don’t know what steps to take.
The only differences this installation has with the rest are:
1- when I went multisite I turned off all plugins but CDN/W3 Cache as per TPH directions
2- Enfold was activated without disactivating two plugins that belonged to Avada: Fusion Core and Revolution SliderUnless you see something kind of evident I only see two paths of action (not very happy about them because I don’t have the time for them):
1- turn off all plugins, change the theme to whatever WP theme, activate it, and see if the same thing happens. Then, deactivate it by activating Enfold (no plugins active until I see it works) – question here, will I lose my settings or will they be stored until I re=activate Enfold? Should I activate it network wide or per site basis?
2- Take all of the multisite back, and re-covert to multisite but this tine ALL plugins and CDN should be off.Any other ideas? Especially if they will avoid all these complex steps?

Hi guys,
I upgraded a client site to Enfold 2.9.2 and WordPress 4.0, and now the image titles in WooCommerce are no longer displaying.
It looks like previously, the Image Title or Caption would display in the lightbox for each image, but now the Description is the only thing that is displayed (and I don’t have descriptions in any of the 2,000+ images in this site).
Is there something that I could add to my funcitons.php to use the Title as opposed to the Description for the lightbox?

I am little bit worried about the fact Visual Composer (and his 40 elements more Which are great) could not be in ENFOLD.
Could we imagine ENFOLD could be evolve toward Visual composer one day or no chance for that?

Yes – you can add custom css classes to the elements. You just need to add one line of code to the theme functions.php file to activate this feature – see: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/

I see that Kriesi wrote the Newsletter Integration Element (probably Mailchimp or Campaign Monitor) among the accepted feature requests and I was wondering if Enfold has now the capability to integrate something like Mailchimp to collect emails via form.

Does anybody know how to increase the amount of related products with enfold?
I have tried the woocommerce function but without success, I dont want to edit the core files so updates will stay easy and safe.

I’m pretty sure our avia builder media uploader is not compatible with http://wordpress.org/plugins/network-shared-media/ and you can’t use it with Enfold.

I’m using WordPress version 4, Enfold version 2.9.2 and latest wooComerece version 2.2.4
When woocommerece is inactive everything works properly (video background, full image background and portfolio) once i activate the woocommerece, video background, full image background, portfolio are not showing instead i see white or black space.
In addition Mega menu appearance is messed up.What cause it?
