Hi, everyone.
First of all let me say I love Enfold 3.0, lots of nice new options and, above all, seems faster !
I have “widget” image type disabled because do not need it. I am getting the following error in my post entries panel. Might you please help me to avoid featured images to be called here. Do not want to use “display none” fix, this is not avoiding server requests.
Why having so many servers request ?? That really makes my admin panel much slower, especially on small devices.
Not a good idea to stuff admin panel with lots of server requests, IMHO.
How could avoid featured image column to be called?

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
You can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget.Best regards,

Tried with new installation of WP with only Enfold and no other plugins with same error. After upload new image (with same filename as old image) the file on server is new but the browser some how shows old image.
The problem is not caching locally but from the sky – CloudFlare. In the control panel for CloudFlare you have option to purge static content and activate development mode to avoid such error as this.

I did two (2) follow-ups. The first one I installed a new WordPress v4.0 instance on my localhost dev platform. Then, I imported a MySQL database from a website that I am going to migrate to Enfold. I installed Enfold v3.0. The result; I was able to generate a homepage successfully.
The second follow-up was doing a the WordPress v4.0 “5-minute install” with Enfold v3.0. I successfully generated a sample page. Next, I did an Enfold Demo Import using the Default Demo. I am unable to run the demo on my localhost dev platform. I continue to get (after a considerable delay ) the “Connection was reset” message. I happened to check the database with the demo import, too. It has a very odd wp-options layout:
- Page 1 option_id 1 has an option _name of “siteurl”
- Page 2 option_id 2 has an option_name of “home”
All other WordPress databases I’ve ever seen have the option_name “siteurl” on page 1 of wp_options in option_id 3 and option_name “home” on page 2 in option-id 39 of wp_options. I believe you have some kind of demo import issue that would affect access wherever the demo site is hosted.
Please look into this further and advise. Your help is appreciated. Your theme v3.0 is otherwise a superb product from what I can tell.

I updated ENFOLD to version 3.0 and all numbers from the hotspot image are gone. The hotspots are there and they work, but no numbers. Can you please provide help.

I updated ENFOLD to its latest version 3.0 with the hope the issue I am having with loosing my images from the MEDIA can be resolved, but unfortunately it did not help. BUT I did find out that the issue has to do with probably incompatibility with WPML because I deactivated WPML and I can see all my “lost” images from MEDIA. Is Enfold still compatible with WPML? I am runnding WordPress 4.0 and the latest version of WPML. Please advise.

you would need to rename it to de_DE.po and drop it into the enfold/lang folder along with the de_DE.mo file

Just wondering – How can we switch so that the Advanced editor is the default view and the default wordpress editor becomes the secondary choice?

If you look at the entire front pages shown above you will see that there many differences in the layout but both are running Enfold 3.0 under the exact same settings so I don’t understand how they don’t look the same.
A few things I noticed:
1. the down arrow at the bottom of the fullscreen slider is different
2. the menu is different
3. the mansory gallery is different, one has 3 columns while the other has 4
4. the width of the content is different as one has less gap from the edges compared to the other…In reply to: Enfold Showcase
Here is our latest:
We have had someone tell us that the menu/logo area background is black and no navigation is visible. We cannot replicate it and have talked with Enfold support as well who also cannot replicate. If anyone else is having this issue, please let us know so we can try to figure out why this seems to be happening. It has only been one viewer out of 150 or so now, but it would be nice to eliminate any issues.

Are you using Enfold version 3.0 locally? Enfold 2.9.2+ is needed to work on WordPress 4.0 because of a change in the updated WordPress version.

DevinWordpress 4.0 and Enfold 3.0 – when writing on a button with these signs : ” >> ” or “<< ” at the end – the button changes colour as its likes and writes funny &%/# signs and links do not work anymore. Back end looks fine but front end is messed up – when removing these signs it works again.

I want to add a customized login form to the submenu part instead of using existing page links. I have two question to achieve this:
1.Which template file should be modify for this behavior? and which action hook should I use to add this function?
2.Do you have existing login form template file or function that I can use for this behavior? And which css definition should I look into if I want to change the styling?
