If you’re using the advance layout builder, the page will use the template-builder.php file. If not, then yes, it will be using the page.php file. Please try to add this on functions.php:

add_filter('avf_template_builder_content', 'add_modified_date', 10, 1);
function add_modified_date($content = "")
{
        if ( function_exists(‘yoast_breadcrumb’) ) {

Unfortunately, we don’t provide support for third party plugins. Please contact the plugin author.

I’m sorry but layer slider shortcode is disabled. You need to install layer slider as a stand alone plugin to enable it back. Add this on functions.php to disable the default layer slider:

add_theme_support('deactivate_layerslider');

Please try to deactivate the plugins, see if that changes anything. If not, edit the layer slider > Troubleshooting & Advanced Settings, enable the Put JS includes to body option.

You are currently using a very old version of Enfold which is not compatible with WordPress version you are using. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.0.1 via FTP – http://vimeo.com/67209750
You may need to re-configure header after the update – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/

You can save templates you have created using Avia Layout Builder and load them on other pages http://i.imgur.com/pkv1y7C.jpg
or you can turn on debugging mode ( http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/ ) to see shortcodes of the elements you have created below content section and simply copy&paste them.

You can enable debugging mode to see shortcodes you have created in pages using Advanced Layout Builder – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Or you can switch to Default Editor and click on Magic Wand to see full list of shortcodes http://i.imgur.com/n4KXkdm.jpg
then you can create any of them and copy/paste shortcode into any other content element or into text widget. We do not have a list of shortcodes since elements have so many options
