Hello,
Great theme! The only issue I have had so far is that when I create a post and publish the featured image the featured image links to one of the available products when clicked on; instead of directing visitors to the post itself. Even if I don’t use a featured image the blank thumbnail still directs to the product.
For the sake of visitors I have changed the Enfold blog setting to “use advance layout editor to build” so the visitors can go straight to the post when they click on it.

The default portfolio url should be http://www.websitename.com/portfolio-item/portfolio-item-name/ by default. Did you install any SEO plugins? Please try to deactivate the plugins then test it again. Download the latest version 3.0.1 from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. The %portfolio_entries% is an invalid permalink structure. You can’t use that. I’m sorry but customizing the portfolio permalink structure requires a bit of customization that is beyond the scope of support. Please hire a freelance developer or visit Envato Studio or Werkpress for further customization. You can also vote or request the feature on our Feature Requests page.

Just had a look at your page. I would suggest the following to correct your issue.
1. Use a logo seperate from your banner, preferably a transparent logo. The will allow the logo to resize proportionaly on different screen sizes.
2. In Enfold theme options -> Header -> Extra Elements -> Header Phone Number/Extra Info, select “Display in top bar at the right”. Add the phone number, address in the text box that appears. You can use html.
3. For the header background itself, add the following code to Quick CSS, changing the background image to your own:.header_color { background: url('link to your background image') no-repeat scroll left top !important; }Regards,

No, the plugin will not help. You’re still using an old version of the theme. Please download the latest version from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Remove any css codes regarding container, grid, columns widths. The new enfold update has a new grid system so old css modifications might not work. After the update, please toggle any theme options then save changes to remove cache.

I’d need your (possibly urgent) help!
I’m building my new site with Enfold 3.0 on an https protocol and there is something wrong, but I can’t find out what the issue is.
If you try to load the following pages:

On a mobile device such an iphone or ipad, using Safari you should see an error message saying that ‘the page couldn’t load due to an error’ and it keeps trying to load the page like a loop.
Another thing I noticed is that the page is extremely slow to load. Especially the Full Screen Slider that is on top of each page takes tens of seconds to load, despite the fact that I compressed and optimized the images to make them super lightweight.
The page gets stuck during scroll if one is able to load it on mobile.
Can you please shed some light into these issues and let me know how to fix them?
I can’t unfortunately roll out a site that no matter how beautiful is virtually impossible to view on iOS mobiles and extremely slow on desktops.

PS: I spent three days optimizing all images before making the pages, just because I knew I had to make them as lightweight as possible.

I’ve got about 12 forms created with Avia Layout Builder, one in each portfolio item on English pages.
When creating these portfolio items in a secondary language they retain their English in Form Title and all field labels.
Translated .po files are in place for both Enfold and WP and they work properly for all strings, except the ALB forms.
I also have WPML String Translation but it does not bring up the ALB form strings.
Is there a way to have the ALB form strings translatable in String translation or in .po?Thank you
