I love you guys at Kriesi… Always appreciate the help, but I guess this issue is a lost cause.
Have you considered how many logo questions are on this forum? The questions crop up often here. So you could probably put this to rest and get some relief by fixing logo management in Enfold.
Please revamp the way logos work in Enfold. No other premium theme I’ve worked with misbehaves as unpredictably as logos in Enfold.
It’s maddening to deal with. I implore you to give this consideration.
Whew! Glad to get that off my chest. You guys do rock and I appreciate the help I get here and love the theme. Did I mention except for the way it handles logos? :)

They may have set that address because that’s the default address WordPress uses to send notifications (recovery, sing-up, etc) to the admin. Not sure if it would work with another address but you can try it, change it in functions.php (Enfold) or in the form settings (CF7).
By the way, now i’m getting the messages i tested an hour ago (recovery, enfold form), apparently there was some delay.

My header and logo area has changed after upgrading to 3.0.1 from 2.9.2.
The horizontal rules are gone, and the menu area is taller and hangs over the tagline.

the_excerpt()is not used by Enfold when a Grid layout is set, that’s why the filters are not working. Nevertheless, i think those excerpts should work fine regardless of wether the post has shortcodes or not, can you please create us a WordPress administrator account? post it here as a private reply.Regards,

Therefore , sometimes the image i upload the price may look to small and needs to be zoom-in
if i am not wrong, Before i update enfold to latest version.
The light box image can be zoom in.
it seams after i update the zoom in icon is missing?
or is there any other way , that image gallery or image or light box that provide zoom in function?

You sent instructions to add this code to the theme’s function.php file. I added it to enfold/functions-enfold.php
The code was removed but the error remains

I added the following code at the very end of the /enfold/functions.php file:

I love the sidebar logo / menu layout of the header in the Photography Demo of Enfold – but I can’t for the life of me figure out where to select for it. Is it just a sidebar menu? Or is it a selection for the Header?

I would like to change the Enfold Theme (we’re using a child theme) so that the Site Title and the Tagline appear in the placement where the “logo image” currently loads.
I looked that the header.php file and I didn’t see where the information is getting referenced.
Can you help me?
I’d like to keep it dynamic so that a person can change both and their choices will be live.

Hey guys…
I probably say it too much, but again…thank you for all you help in helping me customize my site.
I think for the most part I’m just about there, but there is ONE issue (that is pretty major) that I just can’t seem to get around and I’m really hoping you guys might be able to give me some ideas or share a little insight into what I could do.
I’m needing my slider to preview some of the recent projects we’ve done and being that this needs to look good on:

Smarthones: http://www.ericrussellphotography.com/images/Slider-Smartphone.jpgI’ve really tried to keep the design simple. You can see what I’m thinking for each platform by clicking the image links above to see.
After hours of working on this I’m realizing the following:
1) While the new WP slider is now much better it sounds like it does NOT go full height (you can only enter in a pixel value) which makes it impossible to have a full screen image (which I think at a minimum should be possible).
2) To my knowledge, you cannot add an image to the full width sliders so that does not seem to be an option
3) Even if I could make the wp slider work in generally getting the elements in place, I’m struggling with how the Advanced Layer slider scales text.
Currently I’m forced to use the Revolution Slider to get it at least full screen, but as i’ve read the REV slider is not supported by the theme.
Anyways, I would really hope that with keeping this simple what I’d like to do is possible within the theme and WP layer slider that comes with the theme. Any help would be so appreciated and as always THANK YOU for a great theme and all the great support guys!

I am using the plugin “If Menu” to show/hide menu items based on user/roles.
This plugin does not work with Enfold anymore.
Is this a known conflict?
Is there another way to show/hide menu-items?

JosueI am running Enfold 3.0.1 and WordPress 4.0. I am coming up against a weird bug with the Contact Form styling.
All except one of my forms is styled correctly in terms of float, element width, and margin.
1. The page below is the one which is missing the styling:

<form action="http://tfhs.ca/sellers/whats-my-home-worth/help-me-evaluate-my-homes-value/" method="post" class="avia_ajax_form avia-builder-el-3 el_after_av_textblock avia-builder-el-last " data-avia-form-id="1" data-avia-redirect="">I deleted the form and recreated it a couple different times. I did notice that I was able to get things working by placing a form immediately prior to the form on page #1. When there are two forms on this page, the first one appears without styling such as float, margin, or element width. The second form will display with the appropriate css applied.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?

The CF7 form is working because i modified the From email to ” (Email address hidden if logged out) ” so the server allows it to send emails, to do the same in the Enfold form you’d need to add the following to your theme / child theme functions.php:
function change_cf_from() { return " (Email address hidden if logged out) "; } add_filter('avf_form_from', 'change_cf_from', 10);Edit:

Hi sorry for taking your time, but I found the problem. It is a conflict with the id #next that makes it missbehave. I don’t know if it is from the theme Enfold or another plugin, but might be worth taking a look at.

Topic: Contact Form Not Working

On my site – legalelevation.com – the contact form is not working. It does not send the message to the recipient email address. When I first set the contact form up, it was working but now it is not. I have updated the enfold theme to the latest version. I tried installing the Contact Form 7 plugin but that doesn’t seem to work either (it just goes to a white screen when I try to add a new form). I really just want the enfold contact form to work. Any suggestions???

Since it does not work at all, suggest to cleanse, and wipe things out, by delete the entire enfold parent theme folder, while preserving the child theme, and re-upload a “new” parent theme.
