Hello, i have a problem with my contact page. When i try to send a message with computer, it works fine. But when i try with mobile phone, i need to retry twice and it works. I tried with enfold management contact form, and now WP Forms and the same problem appears. Can you help me ? Thanks.
I use the WP-Rocket plugin on all my Enfold websites, and I have the options “Merge and compress all theme css files” and “Merge and compress all theme javascript files” enabled in the Enfold/Performance settings (in WP-Rocket settings I have these merge and compress option disabled!).
This has worked fine for years. However, now I have the problem that when I update a (random) plugin my websites layout are partially broken after the update:
– Background photos in Content section have disappeared
– In Fullwidth Easy Slider the photos are present, but the text in the photos is no longer displayed properly. When I empty the cache in WP-Rocket, the problem is solved.
Now I read the following in the Enfold changelogs for version 5.6.10:
“tweak: fix problem with broken layout after updating plugins due to cached and/or merged theme css files”.Does that have to do with my problem? I have this latest Enfold version but still have the above problem!
I also contacted WP-Rocket about this and created an error log from my dev console at their request. This shows the following error (when the website is showing the error, so after a plugin update and before clearing the cache):
In the console log, there is a 404 error pointing to a CSS file of the theme, this one:
https://www.einberg.net/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/avia_posts_css/post-48.css?ver=ver-1708540231However, on the site, the loaded CSS file is another one:
https://www.einberg.net/wp-content/uploads/dynamic_avia/avia_posts_css/post-17.css?ver=ver-1709110194The support of WP-Rocket says:
“It could be that the theme is clearing their cache or re-generating their own CSS files at specific times, including when any third-party plugin is updated, and, at the moment, WP Rocket is not detecting those changes, thus, not clearing its own cache, therefore, ending up with a broken layout due to 404 errors”.How to solve this issue? Thanks for the help :)

Dear Team,
I use the enfold contact form.
If I deliver a confirmation mail to the customer, I can enter a free text. But underneath the field entries of the customer paper appear like:Deine Nachricht:
Vorname und Name: test
Organisation / Firma: test
E-Mail: (Email address hidden if logged out)
Optional: Ihre Nachricht:
new
Ich stimme der Speicherung Daten zu, um eine Bestätigung zu erhalten.: true.2 Questions:
I want to change “Deine Nachricht” into “Ihre Angaben”
And I want to change true” in “Ja” or, even better, to delete this sentence re. GDPR confirmation in total-> How Do I do this?
Thx a lot, Tilman
Is it possible with enfold to load certain content on the page, based on an url string.
For example to have 1 landing page for several adwords campaigns, but loading different content blocks based on the url string. Please see private message.
Thanks
Good Afternoon Support
For some reason I cannot get commenting to work with this one specific client. I have tried everything and I am at a complete loss. Are you able to poke around and see what this could be? I have the info int he private section below.
Thanks so much in advance!
MDM TeamHello,
I just noticed a bug.
I have Enfold 5.6.10 version and WordPress 6.4.2, and autoptimize 3.1.10.
I wanted to duplicate a post, in order to edit the newer. Once the post is duplicated, when I click on modify (the new post), the editor is blank, and I received a WP error email from the website sayin :Error details

Hey there,
we currently move our clients from the Enfold Consent Management solution to Cookiebot.
Not because we or they were really unhappy with the Enfold solution, but they feel more comfortable using a widely adopted “standard” solution. Just for context. We patched Enfold to fully support Cookiebot where necessary. In general, Cookiebot works quite well with its “Auto” mode. But when external contents are loaded via JS things get tricky and require manual intervention.
Luckily you already had the necessary checks in place. They just need to be extended a bit. With no impact on users without Cookiebot. So there is no downside in adding support :-)
We opened a Feature Requests with the Patch files here already: https://github.com/KriesiMedia/Enfold-Feature-Requests/issues/91
This post is just for others to know and as a little and kind wish for an integration of the Feature Request :-)
Thanks and best Regards,
Jan
