Hiya,
We plan on purchasing several licenses for various projects. Since we want to use the Modern Events Calender (also sold on Envato), I would like to know if this works with Enfold or if there are any known problems/limitations?
I searched the forums, but didn’t really come across anything since all the questions were referring to Modern Tribe’s Event Calendar instead.

If you’re asking for the particular file, just do a file search for the keyword “cookie”, “setCookie” or “getCookie”. It should return all files that deal with cookies.

The feed returns 404 because it doesn’t exist which is ok. It’s the same as when you access a page like so.
(see private field)
It tells google that it’s not a real page so it’s not going to be included in the search results. If you want, you can also redirect these 404 pages to a custom page. You can set that in the Enfold > Theme Options > Error 404 Page.

I’m one of the web developers on our team in charge of migrating our website to a new server and upgrading plugins and the Enfold theme.We were originally using Xili for our translations but switched to WPML for it’s continued maintenance and compatibility with the Enfold theme. Unfortunately, upon importing custom CSV files through WP All Import, using the WP ML add-on, Enfold fails to render the pages. Common errors are:

What we can not do: Individually translate each page. We have over 1,000 pages translated in over ten languages. Everything must be done in bulk, thus the reason behind WP All Import. Enfold was currently upgraded to the latest version and our child theme is up to date.
I am currently at a lost and can’t figure out why this happening. I have searched these forums for a solution but the errors are so generic none of the solutions apply to our current dilemma.
Reaching out to the developers here for support on how to resolve this issue.

I agree with Rob. Replacement in the functions-enfold.php file will take care of the bug but i am to concerned this bug will result in Google Search Console “soft 404 errors” increasing. Please a 4.4.1

Greetings – I LOVE LOVE LOVE your Enfold theme and recommend it to a lot of my clients. I have a client marisamoore.com who wants to make her current site more mobile friendly but also needs a great search function and recipe index for her recipe-based blog posts. I want to recommend Enfold to her but she asked me if it has a ‘recipe index option and a good search function.’ I don’t think it is built-in with a recipe option but is there a plugin you would recommend? Also, do you think your built-in search function would suffice or should I point her to another search plugin? Thanks!!
Topic: Remove '- ' from page title
I want the page title on my search engine tabs to just be the page title. I have removed the site title through WordPress settings but am left with a ‘- ‘ after the page title. I have looked at removing this using the advice on this page
But the <?php bloginfo( ‘charset’ ); ? text you are advised to remove appears between <meta charset=”…………….” /> not between wp_title tags.
As this is in the Edit themes section I’m a little nervous. I’m assuming the difference us due to the Enfold theme. Am I ok to proceed or should I do something else.

I’m using the “Construction” demo to create a website. In the demo, the content is stretched across the whole page.
On my website all the content (except the header and full-width elements) are boxed / they don’t stretch across the page.I’ve kept the same settings as the demo – I have “stretched layout” in general settings.
I’ve set maximum container width at 100% (and tried different settings)
I’m using the same page templates as the demo, and even the demo pages which I haven’t altered show boxed.
I have the latest version of Enfold
I’ve tried disabling performance options – css and javascript
If I tick “Let logo and menu position adapt to browser window” in the header behaviour, the header stretches full screen, otherwise it is also boxed.I’ve searched the forum but can’t find anything that helps!

I understand, often it helps to see the classes and structure to determine how best to change something, and other times it’s not exactly the same on my localhost and the live site.
Here’s a good example, I set up a localhost demo with the sidebar header, such as your screenshot, added the widget area in the sidebar header:add_action( 'ava_after_main_menu', 'enfold_customization_header_widget_area' ); function enfold_customization_header_widget_area() { dynamic_sidebar( 'header' ); }so I could add the search bar and a text widget to match your site.
Then I turn to the frontpage ready to figure out the changes needed to move the social icons down below the widget area, but I find there is no need to:

I use it on my HTML homepage (mydomain.com/) using the standard CSS as such:

I’m having the same problem.
I created a widget called “shop sidebar” with a product filter.
I enable enfold sidebars in every page from enfold –> sidebar settings.
In the shop page (that isn’t the woocommerce’s default one) i added a widget area with a search bar and a product gallery.
In the layout settings –> “default layout enfold settings” and “shop sidebar”.
Now I should see the sidebar with the product filter but it doesn’t shou up.
There is the sidebar space but no contenent.
Did I make any mistakes?Thank you for the support,

Show inline popupHi: I have searched the forum and tried a bunch of code you have provided to make the sidebar menu stick, so you can always see it, but also scroll, so the bottom of the menu isn’t cut off. I’ve tried code I found on this forum, and although I can make it stick, the bottom of the menu is cut off, it doesn’t scroll, so I can’t see the last item or two on the menu – just can’t find a way with this men for viewers to get where they want to go no matter where they are on the page?

So, after researching how best to do this in this form…for enfold of course, I have created a new function and added a shortcode for it. I drop a CODE tool on my page inside a column and add the new shortcode reference…and no one is more surprised than I, viola, I see my output. HOWEVER, that output is in the upper top left of my page content, just below the header. My expectation was that, by virtue of the aria containers and layout paradigm, that the output would have occurred exactly (ok roughly) where I placed my CODE tool on the page.
Why does it not and how do I stop that from happening. The actual custom code just creates a
- tag set of bullet items to display from my media directory of relevant PDFS as links to those files…and again keep in mind that it works, just displays in the wrong place.

this is an undocumented option on API but it works ! (only if you hide modest branding of youtube it does not go both)
so ad &ecver=2 to your youtube links – but on Enfold the Video ALB does not accept links with youtube options behind – so only with my shortcode ( this is an iframe solution) this workstip: insert the normal youtube link as seen on the browser url window ( with watch?v=. … )
and add to all Enfold Video. ALB youtube films via functions.php of your child-theme that code

Thanks for the message. Looking at the CSS for the contact page with CF7 it seems we have the following for the input fields.
its frustrating that we can’t use the WPCF7 CSS with the other fields as well.Name (required) – causes other text input fields in ENFOLD to use this styling

again a question related to rich snippets.
Google doesn’t support svg logos for structured data.
But my websites are using a svg as logo and Enfold is telling google to use it in rich snippets which leads to errors in the testing tool and I think also in search results.How do I tell Enfold to use a different logo file (jpg or png) for structured data than the logo file that is used to display?

Actually I had an image optimize plugin installed – Optimus but I hadn’t optimize the existing images which I have done now and there is no change in load speed at all.

Basically, I don’t want to show the published data in Google search results. If I keep the “Schema.org HTML Markup” option active it will appear on the Google search result snippet.
I want to know if I can remove these strings created by that Enfold Schema.org option:

If can help, I managed to remove the date published time created by Seo By Yoast plugin with this filter in functions.php:
