    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience, I tested the Logo Centered split menu in the documentation and for my demo which has 7 menu items and the search icon and the social icons I found this css worked well:

    @media only screen and (min-width: 780px) {
    #top #header .av-main-nav li:nth-child(4) {
      /* Adjust the width of the logo */
        margin-right:214px;
    }

    #header .main_menu {
        /*background: gold;*/
        width: 100%;
        left: 50%;
        transform: translateX(-50%);
    }

    .av-main-nav-wrap {
        left: 50%;
        transform: translateX(-50%);
    }

    #header .logo {
        left: 50%;
        transform: translateX(-40%);
        z-index:999;
    }

    #header .logo img {
        top: 50%;
        transform: translateY(-50%);
        max-width: 165px;
    }
    #top nav .social_bookmarks {
        float: right;
    }
    }

    with this result:

    Perhaps this will help you adjust your css.
    Guenni007 thanks for sharing your tips.

    Hi,
    I have the same issue. After some research I found that the product gallery changes when I update Woocommerce from 6.4.0 to the current 7.1.0.

    With Woocommerce 6.4.0, I see gallery pictures of size 1200×1800, although 600×900 was set in settings. There seem to be several places (Woocommerce, Customizer, Enfold product gallery settings) where the gallery picture size can be set.

    After the update to Woocommerce 7.1.0 the gallery pictures are shown in size 600×900. Naturally, the bigger size pictures were much sharper on a big screen than the smaller ones. Another issue is that I get square gallery previews if new pictures are added to the media. The “square” issue was reported by other users in the Enfold forum, too.

    Can you report on your progress, please? Could it be that your issue was also not only caused by Enfold but by some kind of interoperability issue?

    Best regards,
    Sascha

    Hi,

    Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

    #top div .av-dark-form .input-text, #top div .av-dark-form input[type=email], #top div .av-dark-form input[type=input], #top div .av-dark-form input[type=number], #top div .av-dark-form input[type=password], #top div .av-dark-form input[type=search], #top div .av-dark-form input[type=tel], #top div .av-dark-form input[type=text], #top div .av-dark-form input[type=url], #top div .av-dark-form select, #top div .av-dark-form textarea, div div .av-dark-form .button {
        color: green;
        border-color: red;
    }

    Regarding your Knowledge Base theme version https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-knowledgebase-demo/

    Does the KB use a plugin or is this all managed via standard WP posts and search? Is it possible to Tag articles for search terms?

    Thanks
    Jon

    Thanks Rikard, I wasnt familiar that we could use something other than the one under Enfold Theme Update which is why I asked why the latest version 5.0+ isn’t available there if the token had all the correct permissions.
    I’ll went ahead and updated to the newest Enfold Theme version via the Envato Market Plugin however my Footer page isn’t showing. I noticed the Default Footer Widgets & Socket Settings no longer have the option to select a Footer Page which is essential for our site since we use two (screenshots in private area). I tried a quick search on this forum but didn’t find anything and figured I’d ask you. Please advise.

    Many thanks!

    Hallo zusammen,
    vielleicht kennt der eine oder andere das Problem. Seit einiger Zeit bekomme ich von meinem WordPress eine E-Mail mit folgender Nachricht.

    WordPress wurde neu aufgesetzt und das Enfold mit der Version 5.2.1 installiert ohne es zu konfigurieren, also eine Grundinstallation mit dem Enfold Theme. Trotz dem sogenannten Fehler läuft die Seite einwandfrei.
    Ich würde gerne wissen wollen mit welchen Auswirkungen man rechnen muss.
    Wäre toll wenn jemand eine Lösung hätte.

    When switching an existing website to the Enfold theme, the thumbnails of the embedded YouTube videos in the posts are displayed in an incorrect format (3:4 !). When I put the same videos in another (new) web instance, they are displayed correctly (16:9).

    What could be the reason for this? Is it perhaps due to the theme used so far or the WordPress settings? I have searched the settings (Enfold, Post, Block) but so far without success. Uninstalling and reinstalling the theme and the child theme have so far brought nothing.

    I also had the Church demo installed on both websites.

    I reactivated the previous theme for this reason, so I can’t post a link with the error. Maybe I can be helped already like this. If not, I can activate the Enfold theme then of course.

    Hi,
    Thanks for trying, I Enabled the Avia Layout Builder Debugger and searched the homepage shortcode and found the image twice, so I removed it and checked the page again and the error doesn’t show and I don’t see anything different on your page.
    Please check your page carefully, if it looks correct then fine.

    Hi,
    Thank you for your patience and the link to your question, as I understand the first question you are currently using this function to show a text logo on your desktop site, but you only want it to work on desktop and on mobile you want the logo image that you uploaded at Enfold Theme Options > Logo to show. To do this you will need to modify the function to include an IF statement to detect the WordPress mobile function like this:

    add_filter('avf_logo_final_output', 'avf_text_logo_final_output');
    function avf_text_logo_final_output($logo) {
    	if(!wp_is_mobile() ) {
      $link     = apply_filters('avf_logo_link', home_url('/'));
      $logotext = "LOGO TEXT";
      $subtext  = "CUSTOM SUBTEXT";
      $subtext  = "<span class='subtext'>$subtext</span>";
      $logo     = "<span class='logo'><h1><a href='".$link."'>".$logotext.$subtext."</a></h1></span>";
      return $logo;
       } else {
    	return $logo;
    	}
    }

    If you have trouble adjusting your function, please include an admin login in the Private Content area below so we can assist.
    2: when I check your site I see the magnifying glass, perhaps you already found the setting at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Main Menu ▸ General ▸ Append search icon to main menu
    2022-11-17_001.png
    3: to change the pagination to “Load More”, it look like you are using the Blog Posts element, but this element doesn’t offer the “Load More” pagination, for this option please try the Masonry element:
    2022-11-17_002.png
    but this will also change the layout of your post grid, so please test on a test page to see if you like the change.

    Dear Enfold Support,

    I’ve renewed my support license to ask for help for the following:

    1. Site Title to Logo on mobile: what CSS/functions.php code should I use to switch from the Site Title to the logo when the site is viewed on mobile? (I used the solution discussed at the following link to swap the logo with the Site Title on the desktop version: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/logo/#image-logo-with-subtext&#8230; if there is a new, better way to do this, please let me know.)

    2. Link to the website is in the Private Content. There you can see I have the burger menu instead of a navigation menu. Note, however, that the magnifying glass is missing. Is there a way to put get it back? Or better, a way to put the search in the fly-out menu?

    3. Is there a way to modify the pagination of a category page? In other words, can I have a ‘load more’ instead of page numbers?

    Please advise as soon as possible… and many thanks, as always.

    Best,

    Tim

    Hi,
    Ok, try using this function instead:

    function add_ajax_search_icon_to_burger_menu_no_desktop_search(){
      ?>
      <script>
    (function($){
    	$('#top #wrap_all #menu-item-search').css({'visibility':'hidden'});
    $('#avia-menu').one('click', function(){
        $('#menu-item-search').clone().wrapInner('<li class="burger_search"/>').children(0).unwrap().prependTo('#av-burger-menu-ul');
        $('#top #wrap_all #av-burger-menu-ul > li').css({'-webkit-transform':'none'});
    });
    })(jQuery);
    </script>
      <?php
      }
      add_action('wp_footer', 'add_ajax_search_icon_to_burger_menu_no_desktop_search');

    Please note that you still need to have the search icon enabled in the theme options at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Main Menu ▸ General ▸ Append search icon to main menu

    Best regards,
    Mike

    #1372412

    Hi,
    To add the ajax search icon to the top of the burger menu add this function to your child theme functions.php:

    function add_ajax_search_icon_to_burger_menu(){
      ?>
      <script>
    (function($){
    $('#avia-menu').one('click', function(){
        $('#menu-item-search').clone().wrapInner('<li class="burger_search"/>').children(0).unwrap().prependTo('#av-burger-menu-ul');
        $('#top #wrap_all #av-burger-menu-ul > li').css({'-webkit-transform':'none'});
    });
    $('#avia-menu').click(function() {
    	setTimeout(function(){
    	if ($('#av-burger-menu-ul').is(":visible")) {
    	$('#menu-item-search').css({'visibility':'hidden'});
    	}else{
    	$('#menu-item-search').css({'visibility':'visible'});
    	}
    	},500);
    });
    })(jQuery);
    </script>
      <?php
      }
      add_action('wp_footer', 'add_ajax_search_icon_to_burger_menu');

    Please note that you need to have the search icon enabled in the theme options at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Main Menu ▸ General ▸ Append search icon to main menu
    this is the expected results with the burger menu open:
    2022-11-13_002.png
    and when the search is used:
    2022-11-13_003.png

    In reply to: Main Menu

    Hey A,
    Thanks for your patience and the link to your site, to make your header transparent only on your homepage and make the menu items white when the header is transparent so you can see them I added this css:

    .html_header_top.html_header_sticky #header.av_header_transparency {
        background: transparent;
    }
    #top #header.av_header_transparency .av-main-nav > li > a {
        background-color: transparent;
    }
    #top #header.av_header_transparency .av-main-nav > li > a .avia-menu-text {
        color: #fff
    }
    #top #header.av_header_transparency .av-main-nav > li#menu-item-search > a {
    	color: #fff;
    }
    #top #header.av_header_transparency .av-main-nav li:hover .avia-menu-fx,
    #top #header.av_header_transparency .current-menu-item > a > .avia-menu-fx,
    #top #header.av_header_transparency .av-main-nav li:hover .current_page_item > a > .avia-menu-fx {
        background-color: #fff;
    }

    To remove the social icons I removed them at Enfold Theme Options ▸ Social Profiles, none of them had links so they would not do anything on click anyways.
    Then I added this css to make your phone number larger and move the menu over to make room:

    #header_main .phone_number a p {
    	font-size: 47px;
    }
    #header_main .avia-menu.av_menu_icon_beside {
        margin-right: 336px;
    }

    If you want the phone number smaller feel free to adjust
    please clear your browser cache and check.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hey mvanstee,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You will have to manually modify the avia_woocommerce_frontend_search_params function in the themes/enfold/config-woocommerce/config.php file around line 1541. Sorting the items or products by tags or categories is not supported by Woocommerce by default, so you will have to code it manually. Please note that this kind of modification is beyond the scope of support, so you may need to look for third party developers for additional assistance. You can contact our partner Codeable or hire a freelance developer to add the option.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    PS, just deleted Enfold theme using File Manager on Plesk.

    Then downloaded the latest version and uploaded it to the themes folder and expanded the zip folder.

    Sadly the search still has the individual items listed, rather than all of them.

    Could the WordPress be the problem?

    In reply to: 4xx Error for Ajax

    Exactly the same error on Google Search Console (403) and enfold/framework – that would not be so bad; however, I fear that Google will evaluate this negatively quite quickly without fixing.
    There are already quite a few sites listed that way.

    by the way: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/google-search-console-403-error-on-directory-wp-contentthemesenfoldframework-2/

    please give advice how to solve the problem best.

    Hey Nancy,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We adjusted the css code a bit. Please try it again.

    #header #avia-menu>li, #header .menu-item {
      display: none !important;
    }

    #avia-menu .av-burger-menu-main, .home #avia-menu .menu-item-search-dropdown {
      display: block !important;
    }

    You may need to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after adding the css.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi there – Just getting started with the theme “enfold startup business” and can’t figure out how to replace the green tinted clip/video on the home page. I checked the home – advanced layout page provided, and pretty much searched all over. I want to replace it with my own short drone clip.

    Thanks for the help.

    I’ve been searching for a help with a hover slide down main menu in the documentation and did not find it. I want to accomplish something like this: (click menu upper left corner)

    How can I make this possible with Enfold?

    Hi,

    You can upload more icon fonts from Fontello or Flaticon using the Iconfont manager. Please check the documentation below for more info.

    // https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/icon/#adding-your-own-fontello-or-flaticon-icons-

    If you have any additional questions at this time we kindly ask that you open them up in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.

    Thanks!

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hello Ismael,

    I moved the Enfold’s About page to drafts, but it did not help. Now if you search for, for example, SITE, the last entry is Portfolio and there is no footer: link1. However, if you search for SYSPROG, the last entry is also Portfolio, but the footer is displayed: link2.

    Best regards,
    Marina

    what is your choice on that enfold options:
    page to replace footer and keep socket
    or
    page to replace both footer and socket

    and what do you mean by: it is displayed?
    Is it displayed ( as on other pages ) as footer substitute – or do you mean it is listed in the search results itself ?

    Hey Marina,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    Does it work when you add more entries with the “website” keyword? It is possible that the last entry (Enfold’s About) in the search result is causing the issue. Please try to create another entry or check the last entry for any layout or html issues.

    Best regards,
    Ismael

    Hi Rikard,

    I have already asked Themeforest for an explanation of the reasons. Unfortunately, I do not receive an answer.
    I followed your advice and tried a new registration. But this also failed, probably because the name, address and credit card are the same (I had only used a different email address). I would have needed Enfold for my business, but now I see no chance for it.

    By the way, I am not the only one to whom something like this happens. If you search the internet, you can find other examples.

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    We are not able to check the site because it is currently not accessible, may need to login first. For the meantime, you can try this css code to adjust the color of the post title in the AJAX search.

    .header_color .av_ajax_search_title {
        color: #ffffff;
    }

    You may need to toggle or temporarily disable the Enfold > Performance > File Compression settings after adding the css.

    Hi Mike!

    Thank you for helping me. I should have checked my own Console to see this error! Your answer got me on the right direction. FYI: No, my root site is not an Enfold theme (only my denture6 directory is), but that’s not the issue.

    It turns out that this only happens for me in Firefox (I’m using version 105.01.1 (64-bit) on Windows 7) (I don’t know if that’s the browser you were using?): e.g. Chrome (105.0.5195.127) and Internet Explorer (11.0.9600.19596) were fine. I tracked down the solution: I have to add the following to the .htaccess file in my denture6 directory:

    # Fix Search Button Icon Problem:
    # In Firefox, when user searches for something from the body of the 404 page, the
    # Search button icon displays as a little box with "EB03" in it instead of the
    # magnifying glass (in both the header and the body Search forms). It doesn't
    # happen in Chrome or IE. Based on the Console errors it gives, it's because
    # it's not loading the "entypo-fontello" font from the Enfold parent theme (in
    # which "EB03" is a magnifying glass) because the CORS header
    # 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' is missing.
    #
    # Note that the website address here needs to match the website address in
    # WordPress > Settings > General > WordPress Address (URL) & Site Address (URL)
    # (including any "www." (or lack thereof), but the "https" isn't needed here).
    # The "always" in "always set" is needed.

    <FilesMatch ".(eot|otf|ttf|woff|woff2)">
    Header always set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "www.mySite.com"
    </FilesMatch>

    Thanks again,
    Gary
