Yes it did, but since the search field disappeared in Enfold 3.4.3 in Firefox I restored the old version.

Suddenly my whole site broke. All the layout builder stuff is gone.
It is just a html menu first and then texct and images?Any help?

I switched from child to main enfold theme. Now everything works. But I would like to keep my child theme, also I lost all my widgets.Edit 7
Everything is working. Except its not a child theme anymore. And I don’t use w3tc.
We are having more and more frequent errors with the theme. It gets stuck in maintance mode or gives critical errors.I would like to return to a child theme.
Do you have suggestions for speeding up the site without w3tc.

Does the IDX plugin have some kind of function for checking if it’s displaying an IDX post / page / etc? Something like is_page()?
If so then you could add this to the bottom of your functions.php file.

You can create the custom sidebars in Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets. If the IDX plugin has a similar check then you can switch it in there.

I have a major problem as i cannot work on my enfold website. For this week i searched for an answer to this problem but i cannot find it.
Anyone, please help with this strange problem:Avia builder is not responding. It loads the pages and shows the current content and thats it.
I cannot click any buttons that deal with Avia, for example: i cannot switch from element tabs, i cannot make avia fullscreen, select different icons or select sjabloons.As, for example, click the 3 different element tabs in Avia the page URL is showing. But the page wont load, it does nothing.
I see the urls that end with: &action=edit#avia-tab-3, &action=edit#avia-tab-2, &action=edit#avia-tab-1, &action=edit#openI can: click on content tabs and put them elsewhere. But thats about it.
It DOES work ON OTHER pc’s within a different local network. It does NOT work on my own PC/network.
I tried:
Different browser, all the same thing.
Clearcing cache (through Chrome AND CCleaner).
Flush DNS
Fresh COPY of Enfold and WordPress.
Wordpress and Enfold updated.
Deactivated/deleted ALL plugins.I use Windows 7, 64 bit. With the up to date Java.
Have Nod32 and Windows firewall.Please help, before all of my hair is pulled out of my head..

Sure, I can manually update all CSS, but that was not the goal of my question.
My plugin use its own CSS a lot, thousand of lines, and I want my plugin works completely and correctly on any WP site. When using Enfold, not only the search bar is bad displayed, but almost everything: fonts are smaller in list mode, right click menu on file item is huge rather than small, icons borders has disappeared, and so on …
Manually update all CSS files and add !important after each line is a huge work, and would not be clean.
How can I force my own CSS plugin files to be used in priority ? I’m sure many plugin developpers already had that problem.

I have tried searching for the answer to this problem, however all I could find was users with the same problem and no solution was shown.
I have a site that I have built using enfold and using the current Theme Version Number is 3.0.2. On wordpress version 4.3.1.The site page I installed the Partner/Logo Element is https://host-smarter.com/thanks-for-subscribing/ (which I am using to test elements)
I have tried everything to get this element to work, but all I get is the control arrows and the title showing.
Similar to other users I also can not use Google maps to display, the contact form won’t display and I can’t see a solution for any of it.
Please advise if you can help

Please disable the default search icon on Enfold > Header > Extra Elements panel then add this in the functions.php file:

I am trying everything I can almost giving up. I have tried it once more and its still doing it. I have not even publish the home page yet and when I am adding new content elements putting things together either preview change or save draft, everything gets deleted except for the Advanced slider thats it. Is this a browser issue? I am tried using internet explorer I am still getting the same error.
I would say this error would have to be with the enfold theme, I am using other theme and have no issue with them.
Its frustrating to not be able to resolve this issue even doing research throughout the forums I am not able to find anything. I would work on the site for about 30-mins to an hour once its near finish with just one page once I press preview, save draft, or update everything gets deleted.
You’re more than welcome to log in and just mess around with it under pages/home.
I am not sure if this is the cause of the wordpress update or the theme.Please help……

My plugin is not correctly displayed with Enfold, I don’t have that problem with other themes.
That plugin is CYSTEME Finder Pro, check link in private section.
If I change to default theme, or to any other theme I currently use, no problem, the plugin works fine.
But with Enfold, you’ll see for example that the magnifying glass inside the search field on top right is not at the right place.
So how can I prevent Enfold CSS to destroy my needed CSS ?Thanks.

On November 12th, 2013, I purchased Enfold after doing exhaustive research and determined for what I hope to do with a website, Enfold seemed like the absolute best solution for me. I still feel that way.
I purchased the theme to promote the book I’m writing, but it has taken much, much longer than anticipated to complete it. So, even though I purchased the theme more than two years ago, I have never installed it on any domain that I own. Therefore, I’ve never made any attempt to take advantage of what seems to be your wonderful support network.
I’m now getting closer to finishing my book and feel it’s probably better now for me to create my website to begin a pre launch and build interest.
However, when I download the latest Enfold version recently to keep up to date, I noticed that in my ThemeForest download account, it showed I only had three months of support remaining on Enfold theme.
Does this mean that what I finally start to install the theme and begin using it for the purpose intended, I have almost no support remaining, even though I have never utilized support before?
I’m excited to begin my journey to experience the benefits of Enfold.

4 columns are displayed next to each other on chrome for me. Make sure to use newest browser version and check on another computer as well. Clear browser cache and hard refresh a few times.

cause I only need the italic version for the content.But I have another question related to the google fonts:
I have another domain called mundzumund.org, where I use enfold.
I tried to add a google font called Euphoria Script for this website.
At first I added the code to wp-content/themes/enfold/functions.php without any success.
Then I downloaded all data from coeval and searched for the right functions.php.
I found out that I have to place the code in plugins/functions.php,
but my other domain mundzumund.org doesn’t have the functions.php in this folder,
so I duplicated the one from coeval and added it to the plugins folder from mundzumund,
again without any success.
Would you mind to help me out again in this case?

1.) Could you please provide a link to the actual page? We would like to check it.
2.) You can set the sort to “Price” then click the middle button (sort arrow) to order the price from high to low vice versa. If you insist on adding a new option, please modify the avia_woocommerce_frontend_search_params function inside the config-woocommerce > config.php file.

We are using Events Calendar Pro (by Modern Tribe) with Enfold and have noticed a bug with the search bar. I’d like to clarify that I’m referring to the Events Calendar search bar that is part of the Events Calendar plugin. When a search term is entered, the first page of search results is shown correctly. But when a user navigates to the next page using the NEXT EVENTS link, the search results then display all events rather than a continuation of those that fit the search term.
I have contacted Modern Tribe and they have suggested it’s a bug with the Enfold theme. Please see this thread https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/search-term-is-cleared-when-next-page-link-is-clicked/ .
To test, visit http://rotarycentreforthearts.com/events/ and enter drum circle into the search field. You’ll see all drum circle events listed on the first page. When you click the Next Events link, the results go back to a list of all events.

I know this has been an ongoing issue, but for some reason Yoest is able to see some things like H1, but not H2 in special headings or alt tags and other attributes when in Advanced Layout mode. If I run the same page through http://www.seocentro.com/tools/seo/seo-analyzer.html it sees all of the tags, but makes it difficult to have to jump back and forth. Also, even when I get the green bullet that the page is SEO optimized, I’m never able to get any type of search engine positioning evne on less desired keyword phrases. Could there be something in Enfold that’s not allowing some of the elements not to be seen?

Every time I turn on the Wp super cache, the site frontend will be “minimal white”, no matter how many times I switched to the other schema in “general styling” from Enfold option. I searched the forum and found that the recommanded cache plugin is w3 total cache, but i do prefer the wp super cache, is that any way I can make them work together? Thanks for help.
