Thanks Nikko. Managed to solve the image upload issue, seems like it’s a common issue for the Enfold theme, but the below added to Functions.php seemed to work:

However I now get a Function error in the HTML as there’s a division by Zero error. Any ideas as to what i can do?

With the other issue yes that’d be great. It’s very strange, but if you search Google seems quite common on a lot of websites that use the Enfold theme.

Ok, I replaced all the enfold files as you told me,
the searchbox in mobile is still not working, and even in computer when you click on “more results” it brings you to the homepage.

thanks for your quick response! So if you’re searching for “Fahrrad” you’re gonna get a bunch of results. The first eight results (which is “Kirchheimer Mitteilungen…”) should link to a PDF but instead you’re going to get a blank page after klicking on it.

The correct link to the file (that was generated by uploading the file via WordPress-Media) is: http://www.kirchheim-heimstetten.de/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/KIMI_44-2016_web.pdf

Of course I know that not every plugin is compatible with Enfold but after you mentioned it in your theme documentation (http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/use-searchwp-instead-of-the-standard-search/) I thought it’s worth a try.

I think is better if you change line 126 of functions-enfold.php and change

for a valid:

I installed Relevanssi after this whole circus here.. The search results are a lot better now but the problem is not really solved..

From my perspective speaking I consider this a bug where Enfold is not compatible with certain WooCommerce features (As hiding out of stock products)

I love this theme in general.. but if you zoom in the details get kinda gritty.. but That’s the same with every them out there I guess :-(
I would love to see Enfold stay on top of the rest because I absolutely love working with it

Basically, this will allow the product categories to be search engine friendly by adding more relevant text below the product subcategory thumbnails.
The problem Enfold has at the moment is the only place to p[ut the content is above the subcategories. The problem with this is you can only have a little text. Too much and it pushes the content down and looks unattractive.

It would be better to have the text in both places above and below – one for the H1 content and one below for the H2 content.
