I downloaded the new Enfold folder from themeforest, when I open it I see in the license text file that the version is 2.7 but how and where do I see the files that are new?
In the folder i downloaded I don’t see anywhere a file containing the name of tech files shown. As I understand correctly once I find this file I can switch them manually on my ftp, correct?
Could I just take the whole enfold folder and switch that instead of going by single file? The only customs changes I made are on the child theme, or would I lose more setting s by updating the whole folder?Also, why don’t you have an auto update function?
My problem remains, I cannot add link into promobox and neither anything else where it asks you to insert a link manually. Thank you.

Hi there, I am having an issue with the Enfold Theme Options area. When I open it, I am no longer given the sidebar. When I click the “show all options” button, nothing happens. In addition, if I try to do anything to the main screen that it opens to, nothing happens.

Im trying to get Maxbuttons (the green button in the yellow box) to show better on smaller screen sizes. I added this code to custom.css:

Do you use the latest version of the theme? Afaik Enfold 2.6.4 should display the social buttons automatically but you can deactivate them on the theme options page: Enfold > Theme Options > Blog Layout – “Share links at the bottom of your blog post” option. If you use 2.6.4 and you can’t find this option yet please wait for the Enfold 2.7 update which will include the new feature for sure.

PeterI’m having an alignment issue I’d love to get some assistance on. On most of my pages I’m attempting to place a Text Block and Button next to each other and have them align correctly.
I setup my page using the 2/3 and 1/3 layout elements next to each other. In the 2/3’s side, I drop a text block, enter my text and align the text to the right.
Then on my 1/3 layout I drop a button and customize it. However, when I view the page, the center of the text and center of the button do not line up (the top of the text and top of the button align perfectly, but i need them to align at the center vertically).
How can I make this happen so they align centrally together (either my shifting the button up or the text down or adjusting the vertical alignment of one of these elements?)?
Hi. Using Enfold 3.9 w/ a child theme. I’d like to customize the navigation menu items so that some are roll-over/hover only. i.e., the “About Us” button does not link to a page but is only a mouseover showing the sub-pages. Is this possible?

I have some issues on two pages below 767px (1) and 544px (2 … media query: below 767px, too). The content wrapper lost it´s responsiveness..
Any idea what I should do?
There is also an issue with sharing buttons in single post. Target _blank seems not to work if you click directly, cause it went to a 404. It just works with a right click and open in new tab..
Another thing I noticed. Since I updated to WP 3.9 the text-color from inner content of Layout Builder Elements are white. For example, if you open a tab-element to change the text, you can´t read it, cause it´s colored with #fff. I fixed this on this way:
wp-includes / css / editor.min.css -> .js .tmce-active .wp-editor-area {color: #555;}
If I wanna change wordpress own css for admin panel, what´s the best way to do this in enfold without changing the core ?

Topic: Help with a fixed element.
Hello. I’m not really sure exactly how to word this, but i have an example site (that uses enfold) that has done what I need.

note the “buy now” and “give as gift” buttons on the top right of this page.Developing site:
http://boldtranquility.com/boldtranquility/21-day-challenge/the “give the gift of rest” and “enroll now” circular images I need to stay fixed at the top right of the page when a user scrolls.
right now the buttons are in a layer slider as I thought that was where they needed to be, but maybe it needs to be in its own container (like a color section maybe?) above the slider on the page layout.
Any suggestions on how to do this?

I’ve placed a short code button in layer slider, it look fine on desktops, laptop, tablets…but on a smartphone (iPhone) the button doesn’t resize, and looks huge. Is there a fix for this?

Enfold will not fetch the translated categories automatically but you must click the “Translate independently” button (if necessary) and then edit the “Product Slider” element to select the translated categories.

I did the newest enfold update via autoupdate/Dashboard this morning.
The problem is still here:
In iexplorer and in Firefox, all font face symbols are broken.You can see the problem on my startsite. http://medientanz.de.

hi guys,
I am currently running Enfold version 1.3.1 (don’t laugh!) and until I upgraded to WP 3.9 everything was working fine and my client was happy.
However, since upgrading to wp 3.9 the page editor seems broken on various pages. ie. the Default Editor button appears but then the Aviva Layout Builder sits halfway across it and no page content is displayed, so I can’t edit it.
I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins, using different browsers but its a mystery.
My concern is that I have read a few horror stories on this forum about people upgrading and their site being completely broken.
As my client doesn’t actually want any new fancy stuff, is there a simple fix I can install to resolve the Aviva Layout Builder issue I am seeing.

1) The next/prev post/portfolio navigation doesn’t take care about the category order but it will sort navigate to the next/previous post based on the “publish” date. 1.) Please go to Enfold > Header > Mobile Menu > Header Mobile Menu activation. Choose the second option.
2.) Instead of using the 1/4 column, please use 2 1/2 columns. The theme have special css selectors that will modify the column layouts for mobile devices.

after updated enfold to the last version 2.6.4 and WordPress 3.9 the text editor not work fine, the button upload images (add object) not work in visual o text, also in text no tools show, the upgrade enfold 2.6.4 no fix the problem.
I have disable the plugins but same problem. I see a lot of people with the same problem but not fix or answers to fix.
There are a new enfold version in the way to fix that ? Or a solution ? I have 3 webs with enfold waiting for upgrade to WP 3.9
