    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Maybe you should disable the buttons and captions on mobile device. Edit the layers then go to Attributes panel. Add a unique css class on the Classes field. Use “hide-on-mobile” for example then use this on Quick CSS or custom.css to hide them:

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
.hide-on-mobile {
display: none !important;
}
}

    You can also use this process to apply a different style on the layer when viewing on mobile devices or smaller screens.

    Hi,
    I am trying to add a Widget Area in Avia Layout Builder to a page on my site. When i drag the Content Element “Widget Area” to position it stays there but when I press the “update” button it disappears.
    I am on WP 4 and enfold 2.9.2
    is this a bug or am I simply not understanding something basic?
    I have three footer areas which work fine but no sidebar, don’t want one, and am trying to add a TripAdvisor button to near the top of the page rather than have it in the footer.
    If there is another way of doing this – I have the html code for the button – i am happy to try
    Still fairly new to WP so probably just me but I could do with some help.

    Hi Guys, any clues here? “adde Media” button, and other interactive buttons “don’t work”… no reaction in the theme. click click.. do response.

    a) I’ve upgraded to wordpress 4.0.
    b) I have “deactivated” all the plug_ins as mentioned by several wordpress forums. (should they be DELETED ?)
    c) wordpress shows “All themes updated”
    d) I can see any error messages or dialogues..

    Any ideas?.. thanks!

    HiYe,
    I have an issue with enfold. I’m using enfold from beginning of this year . And there was no problem with previous WP version.
    After upgrading WP there was few issue with invisible font etc. All of that was fixed after updating templet to v 2.9.2
    . But one thing no :

    After adding some of new content to any of existing page – simply some of post are disappear most all above added content .
    This is make me crazy .
    Simply I’m not able to ad anything to pages as most previews info are gone . Help please , any idea…
    I put some time and afford to create my web and now I’m not able to change anything as my previous work disappearing .

    I just find out that there is no problem with adding content as long as news are at the top .
    But this is not dissolve my problem.

    Google widget map works well if we have long and lang co ordinates.

    On the sentence that says “Enter the latitude and longitude of the location you want to display. Need help finding the latitude and longitude? ”

    I click the button to find them and it does nothing just takes me to the top of my page. Any ideas why?:

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    The scroll top button should not increase the header size. Please give us a temporary login details so that we can see the site. Make sure that you’re running Enfold 2.9.2 with WordPress 4.0. Maybe a plugin is causing the issue, please deactivate the plugins then test it again.

    Hey there, hope you are well.

    I bought your Enfold theme earlier this year and built this website with it:

    After updating to the latest version of WordPress I am now experiencing a few major issues around images.

    – When inside a post or a page you click the add media button and nothing happens.
    – When setting a featured image on a post, page or portfolio item, its now opening the add media page in the same window (full width). So for example when you say set as default image it does not return you back to the actual post or page. Before it opened in a small frame.

    If you could take a look for me I would be most grateful. Login details posted in Private Content.

    Thank you for the reply, but to get the full setting which I am after I would have to spend $50 and would prefer to have a free solution if possible.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    No, I’m sorry but we can’t help you with it. You’ll need to integrate ajax function on the pagination if you want the page to not load. However, you can use the Masonry element to show the portfolio entries which has a Load More button to show more entries.

    Thank you for using Enfold.

    Install the plugin, go to Tools > Localization and select “Themes”. Then search for “Enfold” in the list and click on “Add new language” or select the Deutsch/Deutschland. Click on “Rescan” to fetch all text strings. Then click on “Edit” and translate the required strings from the “avia_framework” textdomain. At least click the “create mo file” button next to the “Textdomain” selection dropdown (top left corner).

    I have just put a fresh copy of Enfold Theme, With a WordPress 4 and latest WooCommerce. Added the code suggested and still Prev & Next buttons do not show. So i have ruled out any issue with any work we have done. It seems to be an issue with original files.

    Hello,
    I created a icon font zip file using fontello and am trying to install via the Iconfont Manager. The zip file was successfully uploaded to my media library (titled fontello-be6b4260) but the Iconfont Manager refuses to add it. It keeps reverting to a previous fontello zip file (that I deleted while troubleshooting, titled “play_buttons”). Even if I delete play_buttons and save changes, then attempt to upload/select my new zip file, it reverts back to play_buttons. (Can it only hold one additional zip file at a time besides the entypo default?)

    I’m using Enfold v 2.9.2 on WP 4.0

    How are you not seeing it after I just described it? Look at the buttons. Look at the dolphin picture, the buttons are overlapping it. Please count them, there are 8 menu buttons and some of them are inside the dolphin image. We need to allow the user to see them

    Is there no way I can get tech support on this? The site is built on enfold but can’t go live while it’s screwing up this badly.

    I’ve just recognized, that the Socialmedia-Sharing-Button for Twitter is always using the default name of the post “?p=12345” in the URI, the other social-buttons use the correct site-URI. You are also having this issue on your Enfold-Demo. Is this intended?

    Hi,

    I have some questions about the WooCommerce plugin that I could not find in their user guide.

    First is it possible to fix the chart icon in the header or put it in the secondary header? As it is now the icon hide every time and do not show the number of items there are in the cart.

    Second I created some product variations but when I select the variation e.g. colour red in the product front page the button that appear to add the item to the cart says “Buy” instead of e.g. “Add to the cart”. How could I change the tittle of the button?

    Also WooCommerce is not very flexible in term of layout as their default product page does not allow to do any advance editor layout. Do you know any more flexible e-commerce plugging that works with the enfold theme?

    The reason we don’t have a how-to for every page on the demo is because the dummy data that can be imported from the theme options already includes all of the home pages. So when you import it in, you get that page fully created for you.

    If you turn on the debug field for the ALB you could paste in the raw shortcode data on a new page which would prepopulate the layout editor with the elements that are on that page. Here is the raw data for that:

    It is with buttons but you can use anchor points as menu items as well

    Added that code and the error went away. Also added the css, but the button is not in the right place. Also anyway of making the button have a hover like the enfold buttons?

    The theme’s shopping cart widget doesn’t have the product remove button. You need to go to actual shopping cart page to remove specific items from the cart.

    For other noticing that their contact forms are having new problems, here is what I found:

    I just updated to WordPress 4.0 and Enfold 2.9.2 and noticed that the special characters that I used the Email Subject field was messing up both the Form Title and the Submit Button Label.

    In my case I was using the “less than” special character (“>”) in the Email Subject field. The resulting problem was that both the Form Title and the Submit Button Label would be shortened to just the first word, with the addition of a single quotation mark before the word. So instead of the button label being:

    Send it!

    the resulting button label was:
    ‘Send

    I tried using the ascii symbol code &#62, and it worked the first time. However, since Enfold (or WordPress) converts this to the actual character, the problem appeared upon saving the page a second time.

    Hi All,

    I have been looking allover and it seems the remove item (x) has been removed from the shopping cart widget.
    When looking around I see that its even missing on the enfold demo.

    Anybody here know how to enable this feature again? Maybe with a function, code or plugin?

    Been looking allover but cant find an advanced shopping cart widget anywhere.

    Hello,
    I just wanted to start building a webside with enfold but the layout-editor is noch working. When I click the button nothing is happening and when I open the dummy sides everywhere by effektareas the content is loading so that I can`t do any changings. Would be great when somebody could help me. I really need to build the side quickly and tried lots of things out but nothing is working. Have the newest version of wordpress and the theme.

    I posted this on a separate thread an hour ago so apologies for reposting but you seem to be on the same issue here so thought i would try again.

    I am having the same problem as others after wordpress 4 upgrade, ie spinning wheel of death. I have used ftp filezilla to upload enfold 2.9.2 and in the remote site side of filezilla it looks like this has been successful. however on my wordpress dashboard>themes>enfold it still says version 2.9.1. i have tried flushing cache, reinstalling wordpress 4, two different browsers, and tried going through dashboard>enfold>theme options>theme update, but it says
    “no updates available. you are running the latest version! Great!”
    i try “check manually” but this just takes me to the dashboard>wordpress updates page.
    I have been reading the forums and spent most of yesterday tying to get this to work but am at a loss as to what to try next. I am fairly new to wordpress so there may be a “reset” button somewhere that i am not aware of, or some simple trick to get enfold to update but just dont know what it is.
    by the way all plugins upgraded and deactivated
    also tried to upload 2.9.2 zip file within dashboard>themes but got the response
    “Destination folder already exists. /home/”my id”/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/
    Theme install failed.”
