@jorgepelaez: Thanks for posting the debug! I do not see anything that might explain your issue.
Just to check whether Enfold is causing it, you might want to switch to WP’s default theme. Then, via the default theme, send a test email using a Contact Form 7 form. If you receive this mail, Enfold is causing your mail issues. If you don’t receive it, it’s either your WP setup, a plugin or hosting-related:
– To make sure your WP setup is okay: Go to Admin > Dashboard > Updates and click the ‘Re-install Now’ button. This has fixed things for me in the past.
– To make sure it’s not a plugin; de-activate all plugins.
– To make sure it’s not your webhost: Contact them about your issue.Here’s a script that you can use to test wp_mail: http://www.butlerblog.com/2012/09/23/testing-the-wp_mail-function/
I also Googled on the CF7 error you mentioned and there are some fixes being mentioned. Perhaps one of them will fix your issue. Here’s the SERP »

Update: since the form feature went down, I now learned it’s best to keep Enfold updated at all times. So, I decided to switch to a Child theme. That will probably lead to some extra work, but at least I won’t have to repeat that work after each Enfold update (which kept me from updating).
Enfold forms are working fine again :)
@ Those who are still having form issues:
I looked at your websites and I can confirm your issues (no forms and maps). Perhaps this is of some use to you:
1 – Try setting
define('WP_DEBUG', false);totrueinwp-config.phpand then visit the troubled pages. If something is wrong you’ll get an output, which might help you solve the form and Google maps issues.
2 – Go to Admin > Dashboard > Updates and click the ‘Re-install Now’ button. This has fixed things for me in the past.
3 – Upload the lastest Enfold version manually.Hi,

underneath my logo since I inserted some red buttons above the website images there is now text appearing on the frontend that says;

I have set up a guest admin, details below
1. At the bottom of the Transparent header demo there is a section at the bottom, above the footer titled “A BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE!”

How do we add that section? (image, buttons, tool tips, hovers, text, etc). Is that a slider or what?

Everything seems to be fine after updating Enfold to 3.0.3 but somehow the promobox button is gone.
I cant figure out what happens since I’m no code guy.

I have noticed another website that uses Enfold and auto updated WordPress is having the same issue.

Woocommerce has an option in Dashboard > Woocommerce > Settings > Products for having the add to cart button link directly to the cart instead of using AJAX to add it to the cart and display it on the same page as seen on our demo, http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shop/. Is that what you are referring to?

I haven’t tested it but don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t work. If you see any issues then let us know and we’ll take a look.
For optimization I would check out W3 Total Cache plugin but do not minify the JS or CSS.

Good Morning,
I recently used Enfold for a clients site and was very pleased with the product and all you’ve done to make it easy to use. Great job! I have another site I’m about to start working on for a non-profit group that wants to accept donations online and I’m leaning towards using Enfold for this site, but I have a couple of questions.
I would like to use the pricing page as my shop page and when a button is clicked, would like it to go directly to checkout instead of the details of the product. Can this be achieved and how?
I am planning to use the woocommerce plugin called “Name Your Price”. Is that compatible with Enfold and are there any known issues with using it?
Lastly, which cacheing plugin(s) would you recommend for Enfold?

Sorry, not out of box again. But you can try to modify the following file:
enfold\config-templatebuilder\avia-shortcodes\buttons.php
The function shortcode_handler handles the output of the button.
popup_elements handles the input elements in the popup window. Here you can add an additional inputfield to identify your button.I hope, this will help you.

GünterI purchased a plugin called CCBPress that doesn’t seem to be working correctly with Enfold. I’d like to ask for help to determine if they simply won’t work together no matter what, or if there is a fix. After some trial and error with the plugin developer, they said I need to talk to my theme developer.
When a vistor clicks the search button on this page, the plugin displays a list of groups (the group data is being pulled from a separate backend database). The groups are supposed to display as they do on this other web site (after hitting the search button) which is using the same plugin with a different theme. Notice there are no extra paragraphs between the icons, and the group info displays nicely.
On my site many extra paragraph tags seem to be getting added in that mess up the layout. I tried using the “Toggle Wpautop” plugin to disable wpautop on this groups page but it had no effect. I tried several other similar plug ins as well to no avail.
I need to determine if Enfold can work with CCBPress because if not, I will probably need to find a different theme.
Can you take a look and see if you can determine the problem, or let me know what to try to fix it?

Update: I put a fresh copy of Enfold over my current Enfold folder via FTP in the meantime: no change….
So updating Enfold didn’t work, shutting down all the plugins didn’t work (problem was there from the start, before the first plugin even), I’m getting pretty desperate! Hopefully this added code to .htaccess will do the trick, but I have no idea where to find this file, or how to change it.
I also checked out the demo that I used as a starting point, but there it looks fine…
If there is ANY solution whatsoever (disabling these buttons, and add new ones?? I don’t know if that’s possible…) I would be SO happy!! Thank you guys for your help!

I have used the advanced layer builder to create the site and all is good.
I want to add some onclick event handling code to every button/image so i can track who goes where and what they do. Is there a way to add the code directly into a pages html? I’ve changed to the Default Editor but its blank with no html.I’d rather not go through and change every image and every button element to a code element and paste the relevant shortcodes if i can help it.
Does enfold store the pages data as html or is it all purely database that is then pulled?

I want to include the pages title in the form with the shortcode [_post_title], Is there any issue known with enfold? Because i just get shown [_post_title] instead of the page title. The form is included in a text-block of a page (not in a widget).Another question i have is regarding open a mail form in a lightbox. I found the following solution in the forum:
