Hi there,
I am having trouble with the correct display of my shop page. I am using EventON and its add-on Event ticket.
I remembered that everything used to be fine weeks ago – with no changes but update of WP and Enfold my page shows some weird display issues. see screenshot here: http://pl.vc/3hirswhen I swith to WP standard theme – nor the error on bottom of the shop page shows – nor the buttons and informations are next to each other (the standard display should be beneath each other)
any idea why this is happening?

Do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, to enable the debug view. You can then drag your shortcodes around to nest them inside each other.
Or you can switch to the default editor and use the magic wand button to insert the shortcodes and move them around.
It would look something like this.

I have a website with Enfold theme. But since few days, i have a problem, my “easy sliders” disapears of the front-office. They are present in back-office but not in front-office … I updated my theme but it doesn’t work anymore :(

Topic: cannot create media element
I am new with Enfold. I have a fresh standard installation of version 3.04 in WP4.01. So far everything is here and running. When I create a new page with two content elements (2/3 and 1/3) I can put text in the elements but not the media content. E.G: I can put the element for picture but I cannot choose any picture. The Button to choose the picture is there but it has no function,,, no upload no mediathek.
Something similar I have with the google maps… I cannot fetch any coordinates for the given adress, although the adress exists. With videos:… I cannot choose a video to upload or from my mediathek… of course I can set a vimeo URL, which works.
I would appreciate any help. petcar
EDIT: I just found out, that it works on a Windows8 PC with MSIE-11, but not on a Mac with Safari 6.1.6, which is a pitty, cause here Mac rules.

yes, its not my first time using codestyling localiztion
my guess is that is somting with the template becuse i used also po edit and it didnt work either.Ismael, did u change the string “Theme Options” and it changed for you in the Enfold options page?
hi, after update wordpress to 4.0.1, the form fields have disapeared. The submit button is still there.
is this a compatibility issue? any idea, further than updating to enfold 3?

You are not using the latest version of Enfold, i logged to your site and uploaded a duplicate of Enfold (3.0.4, named Enfold Test), i’d ask you to activate it for a moment and ascertain that the media button works.

JosueTopic: Logo size after theme update
We have updated the Enfold theme to version 3.04 on our website on our staging server. As I’m comparing our live site with our updated site on staging, I am seeing some slight differences that I’m trying to fix.
1. Our main logo on the updated Enfold theme site is now smaller than it used to be including the top area above the banner.
How can I fix this so that the logo is displayed at 100% instead of a reduced size?2. The style of the button in the promo box is now a flat color instead of a gradated color. Not a big deal, but why?
I have included links to 2 sites. One is live and still has the prior version of Enfold. The other is staging and has the newer version of Enfold 3.04.
Topic: Fullscreen slider video
Hi,
For the first time we’ve tried to add a video instead of a picture for the fullscreen slider on our homepage. The point of the video is to loop every 10 sec so it looks endless. See example here: http://goo.gl/97xb3
We’ve tried several options. Youtube displays a black screen with “Play” button in between the loops, so that’s not an option. We’ve tried adding it inside WP itself, which seems to work a lot better, though in Safari the loop still stutters in between playthroughs.
But the biggest issue is (in any browser) when loading it for the first time. First you get an empty black screen for a while, then you see the video for a fraction of a sec until it pauses and plays, pauses and plays again, … until after a while it starts to run fluently.
Any other movie I’ve seen in the Enfold demo page or sites based on Enfold theme do not have this stuttering issue and black intro screen, so I wonder if there is something we can do to improve this performance before we scrap the whole thing and go back to a simple picture.

When I click the send button to the form page go top. “page refreshing.” my form at the bottom of the page. You can not see the form validation messages are posted. For this you need to get scroll down the page.i want Clicking the form button on the page should not go up. Same enfold contact demo form. enfold form possible Clicking the form button you see all validation same screen.

I’m developing a site for a client, using your Enfold theme (which is great by the way!) and I’ve encountered a problem with the appearance of the button that can be created using the Avia layout builder facility. It was looking fine and styled as I wanted it and then it suddenly changed for reasons I can’t work out.
Please could you advise me how I can correct this?

This boing also causes crashing in Enfold on mobile depending on what short codes are on the page, especially when the icon buttons are live with links. I’d like to know if there is a way to prevent this as well

Well we have a select input available but not radio buttons currently so if you need to use them right now it would be best to try out contact form 7 or gravity forms.

I have a problem with a Paypal button also. My problem is that the button is not responsive on mobile devices. Paypal give you a code which you insert into the text tab of an Enfold TEXT BLOCK element which includes a button image from ENFOLD media library. The image displays but the right half of the image is missing and has not reduced in size (become responsive) when displayed on a mobile device. Can you recommend a solution for this? Thanks. Great theme guys.

Using Enfold – setting up contact page with Google Maps element – have inputted address et al.
When I preview the page the only part of the Google map that’s showing is the Google logo and the Terms of use button. Where am I going wrong?

Hello,
I use WordPress and Enfold theme in french.
When creating an article, on the right column, just below the publish button, we can choose the post format (video, image, sound, default …).
Once the post published on the top left of the post I have a big gray icon who gets the format selected. I’d like to remove this icon.

Hi Ismael, that fixed the sub menu buttons text not being visible when parent “Recent Work” is the active page
What is still not working is when any of the four sub menu buttons are the active page and you hover over their parent “Recent Work”, that active pages button text is not visible.
So if Agathos Financial is the active page and you hover over parent Recent Work the Agathos Financial button text is not visible.
I suspect the text is probably red as it is supposed to be but the background is not turning white as it should.

I have recently changed themes, from Divi to Enfold and am really happy with the change.
I am facing one small issue. When using the crayon highlighter everything works in the page preview, but as soon as I publish the page the highlighting does not work for that page, when I go back to preview its fine, but on the published page crayon is not highlighting.
Strange thing is that on old pages that I have not edited yet, still made under Divi, the highlighting works fine. As soon as I update the page in any way, the crayon highlighting stops working.
What could be the issue?
To highlight the code I use the following inside a text block content element (add it to in the text editor), I do not use the “add crayon code” button from the visual editor:

no I do not want the text white if it is a current menu item, the background is supposed to be white, the text is supposed to be red.
As I posted earlier;
The menu is supposed to have the following colouring for top level menu items AND sub (dropdown) menu.
Inactive menu item:
Red background #d1202f
White Text #ffffffHover:
White background #ffffff
Red Text #d1202fCurrent Menu Item:
White background #ffffff
Red Text #d1202fI have done the Inactive and Hover settings in the Enfold – Advanced Styling
There is no option for Current menu item there so…I was previously given this custom css in this support forum to apply to style the menu which I applied to the child theme css accessed through Appearance – Editor.

The last line of CSS was necessary as the previous lines were not working for text colour for some reason.
Everything is fine until you click on the “Recent Work” menu item.
Once that page is active the dropdown menu underneath that menu item seems to have red text instead of white, making the sub menu items invisible.If any other page is active, and you hover over the menu button “Recent Work” those sub menu items are the correct colour, red background, white text.
How can I fix it so that when the page “Recent Work” is active and you hover over the menu item “Recent Work” that the sub menu items are visible with white text on a red background.

While developping my fourth website/blog in enfold (it’s been purchased 4 times:) this is the first time i need your help! Says something about the quality of the theme i suppose!
I can’t seem to figure out how to show the read more buttons in the blog categories. Link to the blog below, beware this is a blog for an eroric magento webshop, i hope you are not offended by the content.
Also i was wondering: whats the best way to translate core strings of the theme? Ex. the you are here text. Did a lot with wp, translating isn’t one of them:)

Hmm, not sure what is going on there. The enfold.css stylesheet is loading fine but it’s not updating at all after saving changes.
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Create a copy of your theme settings in Dashboard > Enfold > Import/Export and then hit the “Reset All options” button to see if you can save after that.
3. Completely delete the theme before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having problems after that then send us an FTP login and we’ll take a closer look.

there are rules for every defined color.if you want to change every hover button text color you can add this:
.avia-button:hover { color: #0a2907 !important; }but if you want to change only one specific colored Button (and this makes sense because a gray in a silver button is not good) we had to see the example
