I am writing to you because I did not find the answer in WooCommerce documentation neither in Enfold. I have 2 issues : 1/ product gallery slider, 2/ Secondary menu issue

I would like to make some changes in a product slider gallery. Let’s take this page as an example (the site is being built) : https://www.hoteo.fr/room-service/
There is a product-slider with 3 items (Burratta, Carots & Mushrooms) :
1/ How may I center the title of each item ?
2/ Is it possible to add a short description under the price of the item ?
3/ I would like to change the bottom button “ajouter au panier” by a “+”, how may I proceed ?
4/ If a person click on the image, is it possible to add the item directly in the cart ?
5/ If a person is on the product page after clicking on “plus de détails”, it is not possible/easy to find to come back to the previous page, is it possible to implement a button or is there any way to come back to the page ?2/
On the home page of the website (you have to be on a desktop) : http://www.hoteo.fr/fr when you go over the main menu part “services” (you have also “A propos”, “FaQ”, “contact”), a secondary menu appears but it is ugly (take a look at the screen shot : https://www.hoteo.fr/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/Capture-d’écran-2018-01-18-à-11.56.38.png). How may I modify it : 1/ Change the size & the color of the font, 2/ reduce the space between the different items (here Taxi & Room-service) ? 3/ How may I reduce the size of the menu ?Thx for your help

Can you tell me what the General Layout Dimensions should be to get the site to look like the Enfold Church Demo please.
If you look at my site and then the Enfold Church Demo the container on my site is far too wide.
Is there anything in the Quick CSS that is causing the problem?

vielen Dank für die Antwort.
Nun habe ich nur noch die Frage: Wenn ich nun für einen Kunden unter meinem Usernamen eine Lizenz erwerbe (diese Vorgehensweise ist für viele meiner Kunden einfacher, da sie schon überfordert sind eine Lizenz zu kaufen und oft eine genaue Anleitung zum Generieren eine API-Keys brauchen) dann klicke ich bei themforest auf “Starting a new project? Buy another license.” dort erwerbe ich dann die Lizenz und trage im Backend von WordPress bei ENFOLD unter dem Reiter “Theme Update” meinen themeforest -Usernamen ein. Den Api-Key generiere ich dann auch selbst und trage ihn hier ein. Hier stellt sich mir noch die Frage was ich in dem Feld “Label” beim Generieren des API-Keys eintragen muss. Bisher habe ich meinen Kunden immer gesagt, dass sie es leer lassen sollen und einfach nur auf den Button “Generate Api-Key” klicken sollen. Ist dies richtig? Noch eine weitere Verständnisfrage: Warum ist es eigentlich möglich mehrere Api-Keys zu generieren?Sollte ich nun selbst die Lizenz für den Kunden erwerben: Bei der Abrechnung des Projektes kann ich dann dem Kunden die 59$ für das Theme ENFOLD einfach als Rechnungsposten in Rechnung stellen? Ist diese Vorgehensweise korrekt? Muss ich es noch irgendwie schriftlich übermitteln, dass ich die Lizenz gekauft habe?

I have a problem with my site. Since few days Instagram photos are not loading, I see just description. I used the widget with enfold Instagram.
I saw on the console that problem is :
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)
and I don’t know how to solve that.
Can you help me with that, it is very urgent.

I have one more problem showed. On media element Fullscreen Slider in caption section, I have the button with a link, but I can’t see the field for entering that link… do you know what can be the problem.
Wish you bestactually, I don’t see the field for the link even if I add a single image. I can’t add link to it at all

I’ve used this post as a starting base to add a quantity field to my shop page.
The custom Enfold quantity field does appears, but it seems to be outside of
<div class="avia_cart_buttons">…Ideally, I would have
<div class="quantity">generated inside of<div class="avia_cart_buttons">. The reason being that it would be easier to style out with CSS…Is this possible?

Hi, I’ve tried several multilingual buttons, including WPML your recommended. But all the plugins are too complex while cannot meet my requirement. All I need is to add a pull-down menu with “Chinese” and “English” buttons on the top right corner – I’ve tranlated all the menus and other content of the Enfold theme into Chinese, and I need to install the theme in English for the “English” button. Please tell me how to realize this, thanks!

Thank you for using Enfold.
Are you referring to the category sort buttons? Please note that it will only display items that are already visible on the current page. It cannot fetch entries from other pages.

I would recommend a two stage approach, the first stage is to create a sub-domain on your webhost and install WordPress to be able to work on the new site. If you make your sub-domain “stagging” your url to work on the site would be “stagging.yourdomain.se” and it will not interfere with the main site. Now that you have your wordpress site running you can login and go to Dashboard > Appearance > Themes and click the “add new” button at the top of the screen. When asked for the file choose your enfold.zip inside the theme forest zip you downloaded. After you should also install the Enfold Child theme called enfold-child.zip Read about using a Child Theme and then active the child theme, it uses the Enfold theme, but allows you to save any special customizations after any theme updates.
Now you can start creating, here are some great videos to get you started: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/videos/When you are done, you can go to stage two, which will be to install WordPress on your main domain, much like before but you use your root folder when installing.

Just what I wanted, thank you!
As far as the text area is concerned, I wanted to make the heading smaller and simpler and the price and “add to Cart” button a different color.
But maybe those are actually theme settings which I control from the Enfold Theme options menu?
I’d also like to have the product gallery images below the text instead of below the image.
And If I start to play with the advanced editor on a product page, will I be able to do things like add link buttons and some text boxes below and create myself a template product page? Or do changes like that have to happen with CSS?

Having two (2) issues – hoping you can assist me, happy to open a second thread if these should be separated … I am certain these are probably simple things to fix, I just have not been able to find a solution!1. My website is all wonky on mobile (url in private section)
– I am using a full width slider on all my pages with text and buttons – on mobile the text & buttons are completely cut off.
– The images in each of the the sections on the home page are not really showing, they are not responding to mobile screens
– The text in each section of the home page is not responding – it’s HUGE (unless text does not become responsive?)
2. One of my pages is not loading images on desktop – I have 6 masonry galleries on the page – the first 3 load great upon scroll, the last 3 do not – you have to scroll past the section then scroll up again for the images to load. All images appear to be optimized for web (url & screen shot in private section). I have checked on several laptops and it’s the same issue on all of them.Lastly and this is not an issue, it’s a question – how do I add a “white box” around the email signup fields (first name, last name, email) in the footer (I’m using a mailchimp form), it’s tricky to see where one should add their name/email.

This is the 2nd time I have written and would love a response … or maybe someone is running into the same problem as I am??
I am trying to add an Auto-Respond Email to send out to our subscribers when they sign up through our Mailchimp “Subscribe Box” in our footer.
I have taken all necessary steps through Mailchimp and Enfold to get this working… with no luck.
I have updated and switched API keys through Mailchimp, several times. The subscribe button works and we catch email addresses but the email does not go through from us to our new subscriber.
I have contacted Mailchimp and they mentioned that it is setup fine and it might be an issue through Enfold.
Please advise!

Hello enfold team,
I have created a page (Page A in private content) with a masonry shortcode displaying portfolio items in 4 columns with sorting options. The sorting options do not sort correctly based on categories.
For example, if you view the portfolio category archive for “Senior Living” (Page B in private content) you will notice that there are only 7 portfolio entries in the category. However when you click the “Senior Living” sort button on the Masonry display (Page A in private content), 8 entries show up, and the 8th entry is not from the senior living category.

I am using the enfold-child theme, but also tried switching to the default enfold theme, and the same problem occurs. All the changes I made are in the enfold-child theme.
When clicking on the “Update” button or the “Publish” button on a page or post, it gets stopped at /wp-admin/post.php with the error saying:
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.But when I use the default editor, everything is fine. Also verified internet and server connections are fine, site loads fine as well. Problem only occurs when using Advanced Layout Editor.

thank you very much for this theme enfold – there are so many things about the theme about what there i can happy about and i’m very glad to use it.
On our website we use the events calendar plugin to show events an we use

Our problem is, that we can´t use the social share button, because the facebook-post didn´t contain the event-picture. Pinterest or Google Plus worked perfect.

I did find the Templates button – thanks.As for the menu – I changed the options for Menu Links in overlay, Menu Links, Main Menu sublevel Llinks, and Small bar above Main Menu to 24 px, cleared the browser cache, tried a different browser. The site doesn’t reflect that change.
My menu shows BDD Custom rather than Enfold – is that an issue?

In the enfold-child-theme sub directory there is the footer.php with that codeblock of the modal window.Best regards,
