Hi, I know mobile video backgrounds are possible when muted and with playsinline attribute. Both Apple and Google have lifted restrictions in their mobile browsers, and most people have unlimited data plans. It’s 2019 — let’s make it happen! Haha.

I have been trying to get this to work on my personal website that uses Enfold and have successfully achieved this using a muted video with HTML5 in a code block.

I want to use Enfold for my next client project, but need this to work in a scalable way. Ideally with your awesome Full Screen Slider element. I like how it resizes the element on mobile and the ease of adding two buttons and text.

Would be really nice if this worked for color sections too…

I see one of your past suggestions is to use Layerslider. It’s not very user friendly, and doesn’t seem to be working correctly on mobile anyways…

How can I edit the Enfold Theme so it enables playsinline on mobile instead of disables it?

I see this recent thread that touches upon it, but lacks clarity.

Could you provide me with detailed, step-by-step directions on how to achieve this? Or something to insert in the Quick CSS?

Would be amazing if you guys just enabled playsinline across the board for the Enfold theme.

Maybe I’m tired – I’m certainly missing something. I’ve gone through this:

Adding the code:
Downloaded the snapchat fonts zip. from here: http://fontello.com
Uploaded in the enfold import/export area to Fontello fonts. (Successfully) It lists itself as “Font: fontello”

Added this code to my child theme functions.php

Hi,
I just installed the latest versions of Enfold (4.5.2) and WordPress (5.0.3) on wamp on my PC (plus polylang). I have installed the Startup business Demo.

Although the Revisions feature works for Posts (I can rollback to previous versions),
it does not exist for Pages, used by Enfold.
It is VERY annoying.

To test, I have added in wp-config.php the line, just in case: define( ‘WP_POST_REVISIONS’, 3 );
In that case, when I go to a Page already edited, I see a button with “x Revisions”. When I click on it, it goes to the list of Posts…

The submit button is not working on mobile and the wording is too low.

I have the enfold contact form that is only visible for mobile and tablet and the button is not working. how can I fix this?

Also is there any way to make the background picture bigger on mobile, or make the slider show more of the background picture.

I am trying to change the shape of the button on the following page:

What I want is for the button towards the bottom of the page (under the report image) to be the same shape as the button in the layer slider. I have changed the color, but the other commands are not taking. I have tried the following CSS code:

I’ve still read the enfold documentation but I only find content about “social
share buttons“, but this is not what I’m looking for. ;)
