Got help a little while ago to change the recent portfolio widget and it works great in desktop.

The CSS you provided is definitely getting rid of the transition, but the images are still dancing around quite a bit. It looks like the grid images are first being resized and then later repositioned at each breakpoint, and I’d like to be able to turn this off or override that styling so that the grid columns and images are resized with less noticeable movement ( a bit like the video thumbnails on this page: http://animoto.com/#examples ).
Do you know where I can find the style or script that controls that behavior?

Hi,
I am switching an old blog to Enfold.
I have used the plugin http://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-add-thumbnail/ to use the first image of each post as a featured (no image set as featured in posts’s featured image field)For the related post, I have selected the option : “Show Thumbnail and post title by default”
I do not have any image displaying on related post and have a weird pen icon floating…

Unfortunately this doesn’t work. If I remove my CSS, and edit the masonry_entries.php file as described above, none of the options have any effect at all.
If I leave my CSS in place and try different image sizes via masonry_entries.php, the thumbnails remain the same size, but the image is zoomed in (still cropped to the same size). And, I still have the issue of the first space being shifted over to the right.
I am trying to achieve a perfect grid. I have the perfect grid setting switched on.
This is the last task to complete before this site launches so any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I used the Avia page builder to build the page and included a tab component to build the tabbed packages presentation. The client then wanted me to include images in a row above the tab panel to display the relevant content for that package when clicked. The only way I know to achieve this was to use anchor links. I found the anchor links by clicking the tabs and then get the URL from the address bar. The client dont like the way the page jump to the tabbed content. It moves the page down and also hide the pack images.
I am not a developer but I think the solution would be to add an “on-click” event to each pack thumbnail to execute the same script when a user would click on one of the tabs. Problem is that I dont have an idea how to do this or where to find the J Query file for the tabs element.
Can you please help me with a solution. The client insist that I get this right.Hi – I’ve set up the team member section. I am using the five-column setup to show five people. i have added links/icons for social media for a team member, but they are not appearing below the team member’s name. they only appear on hove on the thumbnail. I am trying to use the Gallery shortcode with “Big Gallery with Preview”. Although I am having some problems which some other people had but not solved yet.
My settings are like below :
1- Gallery Style Option : Big image with thumbnails below
2- Gallery Big preview Image Size : No Scaling (Original Width X Original Height)
3- Force same size: Yes, force same size on all Big Preview Images
4- Gallery Preview Image Size : Thumbnail (80×80)My problem is:
2- No Scaling option doesn’t work and my images seems bigger than their original size. I want them to be seen as their original sizes.

Please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Product Image Sizes and change image sizes and then regenerate thumbnails using this plugin – http://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

You can try to change the imaage size in wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php – open up the file and search for:
$img_size = 'masonry';Replace “masonry” with another thumbnail size like ‘square’, featured’, ‘featured_large’, ‘portfolio’, ‘gallery’, ‘entry_with_sidebar’,’entry_without_sidebar’,extra_large’ or “magazine”.

Thank you for the info.
We tested the page and found out that the fullwidth easy slider at the very bottom of the page is causing the issue. We removed it for now and if possible recreate the slider again from scratch. Let us know if the issue with the sidebar persists. Regarding the image slider size, suggested image size that you need to upload is 1500x500px for pages with a sidebar or you can try to edit functions.php. Find this code on line 101:
$avia_config['imgSize']['entry_with_sidebar'] = array('width'=>710, 'height'=>270); // big images for blog and page entriesAdjust the width and height attribute then set the crop parameter to false.

Along the right hand side, you’ll see “Past Productions.”
My questions are:
1. How can I eliminate the thumbnails below the main image? Or – is there a way to limit how many thumbnails are shown?
2. Once the thumbnails are eliminated, is there a way to have the images play through like a slide show in that large thumbnail window?
3. Once I click on the gallery link, the light box opens up but you’ll see that in the light box view, the caption is the same for each image. Where can I edit that caption for each image?

I’ve searched the forums, but can’t figure this one out (and its probably simple).I’m using the video shortcode to insert videos into my page. I cannot get it to open in lightbox. I’ve used both the share link from Youtube and the actual page URL from youtube – neither works. It opens in iFrame and can’t get the lightbox to open.
If I use an image and then use the URL link, no problem.here is a test page to see what’s happening: http://nlss.com/videotest/
I need to add a ton of videos, and don’t want to have to make thumbnail images of all the videos just so can open in Lightbox.

1) For some reason I cant see the new “accordion” slider for posts that was just added or the ability to change the header fonts and mouse over color changes /big menus

2) I got the white background behind the text but cant get it to line up with the person next to it. (under the Team section).
It seems like you use a div inside the textbox with a negative margin-top value ( margin-top: -7px;). Change it to margin-top: 1px; and the textbox should align with the image on the left side.
3) In the portfolio items the images are not showing up properly (cropping is bad as is resolution) – also I want the main image when the ajax portfolio opens to be the video – not on the side where it is currently located and not the picture – how do I set that up?

If you want more control over the preview content (i.e. to embed a video) you can select the “Don’t show the images at all and display the preview text only” option: http://www.clipular.com/c/6453051829256192.png?k=5TIdSdjsRn87CQytVuQeUU4899A – then use the textbox below to insert the video shortcode, etc. You can also combine the column shortcodes with the video, gallery, etc. shortcodes to build more complex layouts.
4) The text shadow seems to work for me.
5) You can generate a twitter widget here: https://twitter.com/settings/widgets – then copy/paste the code into a textwidget and place this widget into the footer or sidebar.

Is there a way to disable the masonry-like animation that is applied to featured image thumbnails in the portfolio grid layouts when the browser window is re-sized?
I’d like to retain the responsive nature of the layout, but I just don’t want it to animate when the columns collapse.
Hi there, I’m trying to alter the size of the thumbnails in the fullwidth masonry gallery. I have found that I can edit the height by using:

}However, this leaves an empty space where the first thumb should be (all thumbs are pushed across one space like this):
Can anyone offer some ideas or assistance?

This is probably a really stupid issue and won’t need coding but I can’t get my news blog to view like the one on the demo.
ie – I want to have a thumbnail image, news title and then the date showing under the title in bold.So far I can only get the news title and date sitting on the same line – with no graphic…

I Do have a new client that I might need to customise Enfold for, but as it is a rather special shop we want to use the portfolio to showcase different product varieties. For that we would need to have image galleries with captions under the thumbnails and the big gallery image. Nothing fancy like the hover-caption on thumbnails is that possible?
I did that. I’ve tried everything I know.
My plugins are:

I need the image with the original aspect ratio, but in retina resolution.
The picture is too large with a resolution of 1365 x 2048.
I want that it will appear smaller, but still in retina resolution.Another question would be how I disable the magnification in the masonry gallery?

Is there a code for centering a gallery in my layout element? I’ve put eight thumbnails in my gallery and they are left aligned. I want them to be center aligned.

Please edit the portfolio grid then look for the Portfolio Grid Image Size. Select the second option where you can select the portfolio thumbnail size manually.

Ok – that does disable the rollover change – however, now I can’t click on any thumbnail to still open the lightbox at that point in the slideshow. Anyway to keep the ability to open the lightbox and still remove the rollover preview.

When using the Gallery (big image with thumbnails), since the images all have different aspect ratios, the image displayed in the top “big image” area is often distorted when rolling over a portrait image as opposed to landscape.
I have tried all sorts of alternatives and would just like to disable the rollover – so that – if you rollover the thumbnail, the large image just stays are the first one in the gallery.
Is this possible?
