I’m sending you a private reply with a link where you can check the Perfect Grid problem. You can see that the Flexible masonry option works, the perfect grid doesn’t.

I have a multisite. I configured Enfold on the exatct same way.
On my Portuguese website the “related entries” thumbnail is correct. See e.g.: http://www.jewishtestimonies.com/pt/guy-cohen-e-um-judeu-ortodoxo-que-perguntou-ao-rabino-dele-sobre-o-messias/.
On my Dutch (and also English) section the “related entries” thumbnail has the wrong aspect ratio: see e.g. : http://www.jewishtestimonies.com/nl/guy-cohen-een-orthodoxe-jood-stelde-zijn-rabbijn-vragen-over-de-messias/
Anyone know why on one website the thumbnails are correct and on the other website the aspect ratio is wrong?

I have fixed the slider issue and am now running WordPress 4.1.1 and Enfold 3.1.1 but I seem to have lost the slideshow function in my blog gallery options.
All previous slideshows are also now showing as small thumbnails.

What do I need to do to fix this?

You can’t choose a different thumbnail size for the masonry element but you can change the size of the thumbnail assigned to it. Use the Simple Image Sizes plugin, go to Settings > Media panel. Adjust the masonry size thumbnail.

Hi at all,
its me again and i have a short question about the gallery Object.
I am using the normal gallery with the big preview and thumnails below.
The gallery uses transparent PNGs.Now ist the problem that the big image has a background that i can not get rid off.
at the small thumbnails i was able to delete the BG via CSS.Do you may have a hint for me?

2. I don’t think so, that addon is to modify the checkout page, i’d suggest contacting the plugin author – https://support.woothemes.com/hc/en-us
3. You can only insert a single image there, however you can change its size with this plugin, once installed go to Settings > Media and change the Product Thumbnail image size.

we would like to choose the size of the images displayed in a lightbox. Currently the lightbox is using the full size image but we would like to optimize it (we upload very large retina images and we can’t let it load the original images).
Then we would like to edit the size of the related entries thumbnails (displayed by tooltip). Currently it is using the 180x180px thumbnail. Where can we change it?Thanks
SuperhubHi! We were wondering if you had any idea on the issue we are having with our Woocommerce. If you follow this link, you will see that the main thumbnail for the product is not clickable and expendable. We would like it to be like on your demo here : http://kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold-overview – for image to open up on click. We noticed that the thumbnail itself seems to be driven by the plugin that we have installed – “redux framework”. We have this plugin from the previous theme we used before we switched on to Enfold. When we turn the plugin off, the thumbnail disappears. I was wondering if maybe you are using a different plugin in your theme to control the thumbnail and maybe that’s why your thumbnail acts differently. Would you have any insight on that?

1. So your saying the thumbnail quality is poor? It looks fine on my end. You can always change the size of the thumbnails when you edit the portfolio shortcode though. It’s the “Portfolio Grid Image Size” option.
2. You would have to edit each page separately. There is currently not a way to edit the templates once you have saved them but you can create a feature request here, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and we may see something get added in a future update.

I’ve never done something with WooCommerce before, so sorry for this – maybe – stupid question:
How do i modify the product-archive display of the products? By default there is no “Add-To-Chart” Button below the product thumbnail, and the review-stars appear only on hover the thumbnail.
I’d like to have the review-start always below the Thumb, even when there no reatings yet. And also the “Add-To-Chart” Button ( maybe on hovering the Thumbnail ) – where do i have to change these ?

As said, that bit of CSS code hides the fields but that doesn’t solve the issue. The fields aren’t supposed to be hidden but should be visible next to the thumbail instead of beneath the thumbnail.
How can it be realised to show the fields with title, price and short description next to the product thumbnail? I really can’t figure it out. In the Enfold theme I can make a page with the ‘Product List’ shortcode, but in that case I can’t filter on category level. I can filter on category level if I am on the category page, but on that page the list view layout is corrupted as explained in the first post of this topic.
I hope that you can, and are willing, to look into this as this is a very important issue. I believe that it also would help a lot of other people having the same issue.

Thanks for getting back to me. What I’m trying to achieve is to have the image display at 1356px when you click on the thumbnail on a masonry portfolio. On a single blog post, I insert an image and when I click on it, it displays a larger image than on the masonry portfolio view.

Is it possible to specify a column width in this theme?

About half way down the page you can see I have five columns, each with links to different blog categories. Ideally I would like these columns to be wider so there is not so much whitespace between them. Is this easy to do?
Also, I cannot find a way to centre the titles beneath the five thumbnails. I tried targetting .slide-entry-title.entry-title a in the CSS but it didn’t work.

Hello – sorry if this is a stupid question – my client disappeared for six months so I now feel totally out of touch with this theme and what it can do!
On this page, http://inferno.3v0.net/~countysu/produce/, is it possible to have a background image behind the thumbnails? Also, how do I make them bigger so there is less gap between them?
I think this will look terrible but it’s what the client wants!

Hi, I have been searching for hours with a proper tutorial for Elegant Masonry News page.
I saw the video from enfold but it doesn’t really explain step by steps.
1) How to set up the right post of a news with Photo and text without having to click on the thumbnail to view the post. I want photo and text underneath always.
2) How to “host” all the blogs on a page that has the masonry blog.

I have just figured out the problem. I had set my Media Thumbnails to 160 x 160 but actually typed 160 x 1600 lol.
I have changed it so it now correct at 160 x 160 but the Featured Image is still showing wrong. Is this because it is stored in the database somewhere? Do you have a recommended way of fixing this now that I know what the issue is? (I realise this is not an Enfold issue)Thanks,
