Topic: Can't login into dashboard
Hello,
When I go to my site stevewimmer.com all I get is the footer view which is an instagram widget. If I try to make edits through the dashboard it gives me this message;
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 196608 bytes) in /home/wimmer82/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/css/dynamic-css.php on line 423Any help would be appreciated!
Best!
Hi – I am having a similar problem where I am putting css code in the childtheme css file, and no changes are being seen on the site.
e.g.
#top .template-page .entry-content-wrapper h2 {
text-transform: none!important;
letter-spacing: 0px!important;
}
#top #topheadtitle .template-page .entry-content-wrapper h2 {
margin-bottom:0!important;
}(#topheadtitle is a cusom ID I applied on the page to try to help)
When I inspect element in my browser, usually the childtheme css would show, but be crossed out if it wasn’t being used (bad hierarchy) – whereas it is not even showing. Most of the styles showing are coming from uploads/dynamic-avia/ folder.
I have also got this error a couple of times – probably unrelated?
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 72 bytes) in mysite/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/external/JSqueeze.php on line 484On another thread you said “You can check your css code by trying to enter it in WordPress > Customize > Additional CSS.” but I get the above error on the page preview there before i even try anything.
Hello,
After uploaded Enfold theme files, I got the following error when I try to select theme:Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3072 bytes) in /home/h40331/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-parser.class.php on line 2491
Hello everyone,
I have a situation I could use some help!
Some data that might be helpful
–> WP version: 4.9.5 Enfold child theme (latest Enfold them purchased 3 days ago)We are building a store website as a submap for example http://www.example.com/store.
Steps that were taken:
We have installed WP and purchased Enfold
Installed woocommerce among other plugins
Delete all products from woocommerce to add ours (of course all pages connected with woocommerce left intact (checkout, myaccount etc)).We add the first variable product and it seems to work just fine.
The moment we add more products then things turn wrong.
From the second product onwards NO content is shown in the preview changes page.Error reported once: FATAL error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 49bytes) in
blablabla.com/public_html/store/wp-contenct/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-helper.class.php on line 459.This error was reported once and after this, the preview changes guides to just an empty website EXCEPT for the first product that is shown as it should be.
I thought this could possibly link with the default-constants.php so I changed the value there from 40 to 128
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ );
} else {
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ );I am afraid if this is the solution point, it should be increased more than 134217728 like let’s say 256.
Please feel free to share any ideas.
Thankful in advance
Have a great day.
Kind Regs
STHi there!
Yesterday, I attempted to update my theme to the latest version. The update was successful, but then I was unable to access the dashboard. I get this error: “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3200 bytes) in /home/jamigrich/public_html/wp-admin/includes/theme.php on line 203”
I then realized that my theme license had expired and I couldn’t find my envato credentials, so I created a new account, licensed the theme, and followed the troubleshooting steps that I found via some google searching. I have tried:
1. renaming the theme folder to enfold2, then renaming it back to enfold – still get the error
2. manually uploading the latest theme files (downloaded from my envato account) using a folder named enfold2, naming the old theme’s folder xenfold, and then naming the new theme files folder as “enfold” – still get the error
3. using wp-config.php to increase the memory size – I tried addingdefine( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );which did not work.I am not at an impasse on this issue. I need to be able to access the dashboard of my site as soon as possible.
My site is hosted on GoDaddy. I have added both dashboard credentials and FTP credentials below for you to check this out.

when I tried to edit front page. It is not possible to view and edit home front page. It works, but cannot be viewed and edited. Other pages can be edited, website is working, only HOME for editing is broken. I am not able to view advance layout editor, there is “working circle sign” only appeared and that is all. Topic: Can't import Demo content
Hi, I can’t import any of the demos to my site, I get the message” Importing didn’t work!
I tried reloading the page, didn’t work. I created a test- site, just to check if it was my website that created the problem, made a subfolder, installed the latest WordPress, installed the latest Enfold theme, this time tried the shop demo. It said to install woo commerce first. I did that, now I can’t login to the test site, I get this message: Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3072 bytes) in /home/birte5/public_html/test/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 534.
Here is the link: http://www.birtereimer.com/test/We’ve recently moved our website to it’s new domain and now I can’t reach the customizer of WordPress anymore, it says:
“Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 54525952 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 3072 bytes) in /mounted-storage/home134a/sub030/sc79469-EURV/ads2017enfold/wp-admin/includes/theme.php on line 139”
Everything else is working, I can edit every single page and also edit the enfold settings, but I want to access the CSS panel of the customizer.
I hope you have an idea what I could do to solve this problemHi,
I have seen the big amount of similar issues in the forum, but I think just increasing the allowed memory size as usually proposed will NOT solve my problem.
We have a WP website with A LOT (>5000) of files in the media library. Before the backend and the theme were working fine, but since we uploaded all those files, the avia layout builder is not working porperly anymore. For some content elements the modal window for editing them stay empty. There is a loading graphic for a few seconds and than it stays white. For others it is working. The WP attachment browser / media selector is working fine in other places. Strange: It is working for some media based elements like “Image with Hotspots” and “Masonry Gallery”, but NOT for “Image” and “Masonry”.
In the php error log I get these:
[Mon Feb 19 20:34:11.457994 2018] [:error] [pid 20029] [client 83.223.243.54:54551] PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /var/www/***/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1889, referer: https://***/wp-admin/post.php?post=6274&action=edit
I don’t think wp-db.php is the problem!? I don’t think just increasing the momory limit will solve our problem.
Why are these modals taking up so much memory? Why are some working, some not? What gets loaded in the background?
Kind regardsTopic: Enfold Problems

Topic: Fatal error message
Hi-
We just noticed a fatal error message when we went to access our website. It was running fine until today.Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in /data/16/2/60/76/2549402/user/2794093/htdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/generic-helper.class.php on line 408
This has something to do with the Enfold theme. Just wondered if there’s an Enfold fix, or if it’s something only our hosting company can fix.
Thanks!
