    Hi,

    I had a problem with date display in easy slider, the font size was too big and different from comments display.

    So i added this in quick CSS box :

    .slide-meta-time{
    display: inline-block;
    font-size: 12px;
    }

    And it works ! that’s it, for those those who have the same problem. But it will be good this is resolved on next update also :)

    Thanks Ismael

    1) Worked! thanks!

    2) I tried this, it didn’t work

    This is what it looks like”

    @media only screen and (max-width: 1000px) {
    .avia-caption {display: none !important;}

    .avia-caption-title {
    font-size: 14px; line-height: 14px;
    }
    }

    .header_color .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a { color: ; font-size: 15px; }
    }
    }

    .js_active .tab {
    font-size: 15px;
    }

    .active_tab_content .tab_inner_content { color: ; font-size: 14px; }
    }

    3) OK

    4) I meant the white space in the vertical direction, any input?

    Cheers!

    Hey!

    1.) Please use this on Quick CSS or custom.css:

    h3 {
    font-size: 20px;
    line-height: 1.5em;
    margin-bottom: 8px;
    }

    2.) Use this for the tab title:

    .js_active .tab {
    font-size: 15px;
    }

    3.) Like the Devin and Dude said, it is not possible to have an advance filtering for the portfolio entries without major modification. You can hire a freelance developer to modify the category sort function.

    4.) Please use this:

    .inner_sort_button span {
    padding: 0 10px;
    }

    Cheers!

    Hey!

    Try adding this code to the Quick CSS:

    .menu-item-language a {
        font-size: 0 !important;
    }

    .menu-item-language img{
        position: relative;
        top: 5px;
    }

    Cheers!

    Hello,

    I have used the short codes to add social media icons in the footer but can’t get the spacing to work properly, it looks very crowded right now.

    [av_font_icon icon='ue805' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' link='manually,http://aa' linktarget='' color='#ffffff' size='40px' position='left'][/av_font_icon]

    [av_font_icon icon='ue8f6' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' link='manually,http://a' linktarget='' color='#ffffff' size='40px' position='left'][/av_font_icon]

    [av_font_icon icon='ue8f3' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' link='manually,http://a' linktarget='' color='#ffffff' size='40px' position='left'][/av_font_icon]

    [av_font_icon icon='ue8f1' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' link='manually,http://A' linktarget='' color='#ffffff' size='40px' position='left'][/av_font_icon]

    [av_font_icon icon='ue8fc' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' link='manually,http://' linktarget='' color='#ffffff' size='40px' position='left'][/av_font_icon]

    Any idea why the ” ” isn’t working?

    Cheers!

    Logically yes, but I do have a blog element on that page, that’s why I don’t understand why it isn’t showing anything. It just disregards everything in my layout. Here is the entire code of my News page:

    [av_textblock]
    <h1 style="text-align: center;">News</h1>
    [/av_textblock]

    [av_hr class='invisible' height='50' shadow='no-shadow' position='center']

    [av_one_fourth first][/av_one_fourth]

    [av_one_half]

    [av_blog blog_type='posts' categories='791,789,787,1' link='category' blog_style='single-small' columns='5' contents='title_read_more' content_length='excerpt' preview_mode='auto' image_size='entry_without_sidebar' items='10' offset='0' paginate='yes']

    [/av_one_half][av_one_fourth]
    [av_hr class='invisible' height='15' shadow='no-shadow' position='center']

    [av_font_icon icon='ue84d' font='entypo-fontello' style='' caption='' link='' linktarget='' color='#000000' size='40px' position='left'][/av_font_icon]

    [av_hr class='invisible' height='10' shadow='no-shadow' position='center']

    [av_sidebar widget_area='Sidebar Blog']
    [/av_one_fourth]

    [av_hr class='invisible' height='75' shadow='no-shadow' position='center']

    Hi guys!

    1 – I would like to increase the spacing between lines for the various text styles such as H1, H2, H3 etc.

    2 – I tried to use this code to adjust the size of the text for TABS. The one for the content works fine, but not the text size for the tab itself.

    js.active .tab { font-size: 18px; }
    }

    .active_tab_content .tab_inner_content { color: ; font-size: 14px; }
    }

    3 – Portfolio Sub-Filtering, I read this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/advanced-filtering-for-portfolio-items/, and tried the plugin, but still can’t get it to work correctly. Any ideas? Example:

    Year (main)
    – 2013 (Sub)
    – 2013 (Sub)
    – 2014 (Sub)

    4 – I’d like to increase the size of the white space around the portfolio filters, while still keeping the text in the center.

    I’d much appreciate any input / direction!

    Thanks!
    W

    Hi!

    I’m a bit stuck somewhere with a plugin that I’m using, which doesn’t obey my custom styling rules. I think it might be due to a conflict with Enfold styling..

    Please check the page: https://scypho.se/kop/

    I want to be able to style the white username & password input areas – their width, font-size, and especially background-color. Any suggestions?

    Thanks!
    Emin

    #236129

    thanks man, just changed the font size and that did it! thanks for your assistance!!

    just one more thing, that might be off topic:
    with all the changes in themes and other files (woocommerce) the amount of css styling codes is steadily increasing.
    some of the codes dont affect anything due to updates etc…

    question: is there any tool (or any way) to check/inspect if there are css style codes that are not affecting anything?

    thanks in advance
    Pedro

    Hey!

    Please use this:

    .phone-info span {
    font-size: 12px !important;
    color: #ffd500 !important;
    }

    Cheers!
    Ismael

    #236086

    Thanks, it worked – phone info is now back on the right corner.
    what about the color?

    i had this css before – and it doesn work anymore:
    .social_header .phone-info {
    font-size: 12px;
    color:#ffd500;
    }

    thanks

    Hey techgrayscale!

    How are you? I hope you’re doing well today.

    Please add this on Quick CSS or custom.css:

    .inner_sort_button {
    font-size: 20px;
    }

    div.av-masonry-sort.main_color {
    background-color: blue;

    Hello,

    I was hoping you could help me edit the excerpt (and title too if you don’t mind) that appears over the portfolio thumbnails in the fullwidth masonry element. I’ve tried the following snipet of css I found in another post but it didn’t work for me.

    .grid-entry-excerpt.entry-content {
    font-size: 20px;
    font-style: normal;
    color: #ff0000;
    }

    Many Thanks!

    #235996

    I’ve added the new piece of code but it’s still causing problems. Here’s all the code in the CSS:

    .sub_menu { font-size: 16px; } /* changes the font size of sub menu */
    .fixed_header.social_header #main { padding-top: 174px; }
    .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a { line-height: 190px !important; }
    #header .mega_menu_title { #0e2f61; }

    .title_container { background: url(http://www.test.theimplantcentre.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/02/Crumbsbanner41.jpg); }

    .avia-heading-row {
    color: white;
    }
    .price-top-margin {
    margin-top: 37px;
    }

    tr th:first-child, tr td:first-child {
    vertical-align: top;
    }
    .main_color tr.avia-heading-row {
    background: #2f5691;
    }
    #header_main, .header_color .main_menu .menu ul li a { background-color: white; }

    #header_main, .header_color .main_menu .menu ul li a { background-color: white; }

    .tab_titles div {
    font-size: 14px !important;
    }
    .avia_mega_div, .avia_mega_div .sub-menu {
    background: white !important;

    @media only screen and (min-width: 1140px) {
    #top #header .avia_mega_div > .sub-menu > li > ul > li a {

    .header_color .ajax_search_image { color: white; }

    .header-scrolled .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a { line-height: 58px !important; }

    Thanks. That worked!

    Thanks a lot for your reply, Peter. CSS really is a challenge for me – happy, that you are still with me :)

    I used your snippet and it almost worked for the nested menu.
    Could someone please have a look at the line under the h3 parent item and the hover of the list item:

    Here is the code I used so far in the Quick CSS:

    /* NESTED SUBMENU */
    .sidebar_left .my-parent-item {
    padding-left: auto;
    padding-right: 3px;
    font-weight: normal;
    font-color: blue;
    top: 1px;
    margin-top: -1px;
    padding-top: 1px;
    width: 100%;
    box-shadow: 0px 1px 0px 0px #DADADA;
    }

    .sidebar_left .nested_nav .current_page_item {
    padding-left: auto;
    padding-right: 52px;
    top: 1px;
    margin-top: -1px;
    padding-top: 1px;
    width: 100%;
    box-shadow: 0px 0px 1px 0px rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.2);
    background: #f8f8f8;
    font-size: 16px;
    }

    .main_color a:hover, .main_color li a:hover {
    background: #f8f8f8;
    padding-left: auto;
    }

    Hi!

    I’m sorry but the site looks ok when I check the site here: http://quirktools.com/screenfly/#u=http%3A//tackettmull.com/mobile&w=320&h=568&a=37

    The color box section’s height adjusts properly. The height should adjust according to the section’s content unless you define a specific height using css. Can you please post the second screenshot again? Add this on Quick CSS to fix the font size of the buttons.

    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    span.avia_iconbox_title {
    color: white;
    font-size: 15px;
    }
    }

    Did the code on my previous post fix the height issue on mobile view? Let me ask Devin and Josue to check this on their iOS device.

    Regards,
    Ismael

    hi,
    i have a similar problem. iàm using a chil theme too. I have some customizations made, stored in style.css in the folder of child theme. After updating the theme to 2.6 the customizations in the style.css are not done by the theme.

    I have inspected the site with firebug light. The problem is, that the customizations of the style.css are overriden by the values of base.css.

    copied out of firebug light:

    h1 {
    font-size:34px;
    line-height:1.1em;
    margin-bottom:14px;
    }
    base.css?ver=1

    h1 {
    font-size:26px;
    line-height:1.1em;
    margin-bottom:10px;
    text-transform:none;
    }
    style.css

    Hey eswyt!

    Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under Styling tab and adjust as needed

    .sub_menu li > a {
    background-color: red!important;
    color: white!important;

    Thanks very much Yigit , for your answer ; I really appreciate your response.
    If you have any time, I also have some additional questions ; thanks a ton for your precious time and support.

    1- Is a SITEMAP.xml is a MUST for google to crawl all of my content? (portfolio items, posts, anything)?

    2- What is the best way to have a S I T E M A P.xml for all the POSTS and PORTFOLIO items, WITHOUT using a plugin.
    I really do not want to rely on plugIns for anything.

    You can see my site’s structure below, it will have a lot of content..:

    3-Do portfolio items harder to “catch / crawl” for the sitemap / google for the SEO purposes?
    Or they are just like the Blog posts.?

    And please let me know how should I implement the necessary actions to build a sitemap which includes both PORTFOLIO items and BLOG POSTS and rebuilds itself dynamically when I add any posts or portfolio items.

    Considering my website will have a lot of content, I don’t want to have a PHP code which will loop and construct the whole sitemap.xml from zero again and again , I just want a php script that adds ONLY the very last portfolio item or blog post to THE ALREADY EXISTING siteMap.XML

    I am using a child theme , so please let me know which functions I have to add to which php files.

    4– Would it be so hard to create a sitemap.XML file inside my PUBLIC_HTML folder and update it MANUALLY by hand each time when I create a blogPost , or Portfolio item? (as described here , I am talking about adding each of my new content MANUALLY by hand to the xml file as described there.)

    http://www.sitemaps.org/protocol.html

    5update (2.6) issues Note: I am using a child theme.

    a) And friends, after the update (the latest, 2.6) I have almost all of previously configured CSS fineTunings lost. (for example, UL list style type:none settings, PAGES Widget’s current page CSS formatting, Widget font stylings, footer / socket border stylings etc. doesn’t work.) Have an idea? Maybe you erased the responsible css selectors within the new update? I don’t use anything fancy, (no plugins right now, I don’t even use a slider, and I just use the font Verdana)

    b) firefox doesn’t load the portfolios’ featured images at first, they only appear when I refresh the page once again.

    c) internet Explorer 8 has an issue with logo imageSize , logo looks weird. Retina Logo image doesn’t look like as it should be ; it should look the half size of its original , but it doesn’t shrink.
    And IE8 also has some CSS issues.

    6- Is there a way to cancel the animation (fade in, and movement into the place) of the each portfolio item’s featured image?

    Thanks for everything, I am really grateful, and again please forgive me for being an headache :) .
    Sorry if all this sounds a little naive, that’s just because I don’t know PHP.

    Kind Regards,
    Bedros

    Hi!

    To remove the line breaks for the headline and to align the menu item to the right use this code:

    .sidebar_left .my-parent-item {
    padding-left: 0;
    padding-right: 0;
    font-size: 20px;
    }

    .sidebar_left  .widget_nav_menu .current_page_item{
    padding-left: auto;
    padding-right: 0;
    }

    I can’t say enough how much I love this theme. Thank you so much for your work and your support.

    Have a few more things that I need help with.

    1. I would like to give the top menu a color background and then the font lighter. But for the main menu then, leave it a white background with dark font. If I change in top menu, it also changes the main menu. How can I do what I want to do?

    2. I would like increase the size of the social icons. Cannot find out where to do that.

    Thanks again. http://charbonneaugolfclub.com

    1) I noticed that the phone info is not on the very right corner anymore – this is, if used with secondary menu.
    2) the color option for phone info as per CSS is not working any more.
    i used to use the following:

    .social_header .phone-info {
    font-size: 12px;
    color:#ffd500;
    }

    also – i am using a plug-in of your team to make small adjustments for those who use a ‘WC german market’ plug in. it shows that there is an update. but once i go to the page (inoplugins) to download it – there is only the old version to download.

    any ideas?
    the rest of it seems to work like a charm.. thansk for the improvements!
    my best regards
    Pedro
