1. yes, but thats not what i meant. my client wants trhe right side bar to be there, but empty. (why? i think he likes the balance of the page this way and he likes the vertical line). now, ive found another solution: ive made an empty widget. it might be unorthodox but it worked, there was no other way of getting rid of the pages list, archives list, categorie list. i dont no why.

if youl will have a look at the page…
how can i get rid of the page listing in the sidebar on the right? all my widgets are deactivated, even in the enfold settings ive made the necessary changes but they keep appearing. (and so are categories and archive).
(Enfold > Sidebar > Page Sidebar navigation is disabled as well)

ok, and if one has pages…8 pages about a certain theme…
can those pages, just like portfolio items, also be put in a category…? and make e portfolio grid of pages?

or can i convert a page into a portfolio item? (that would resolve in this case the problem as well)

tahnks, but in fact this peace code is oke, but its a patch. (maybe it would be better to fix the underlaying cause?)

for example: for this problem im having with the pics, this peace of code would be a very good idea if not on the homepage i have a slider which should be kept full width.
now, with this code, its shrinking, leaving left and right white spaces.

aint there another way?

somewhat later: ive changed the pics, and there seems to be an improvement. however the 180×180 option is still stretched to the full end but nevermind, i can live with that.

1. yes, on the homepage ive made ‘read mores’ (below each intro of a blog intro there is a ‘read more’).
when you click on this read more, youll go to the FULL blog/post/message. here is a pic displaying above the post/blog/message.
so , the full message/blog/post has a picture. but the read more part, on the homepage, is not displaying this picture.

above this excerpt i also want this pic to be shown.

now , ive used this blog posts. and choose: single author big preview pic

but no pic to be seen, only in the full message, but not in the ‘read more part’/intro/excerpt

2. is 3 blog intros in a horizontal row possible, by the way? now the blog intros are vertical. but i want them like this:

i just dont see the demo pics back in my own site after i have activated the Enfold demo.
(this has nothing to do wit Accordeon (according to means: “it is your opinion”) )

ok, so, imagine i have this image of 495×400
than it will get stretched on my screen like to lets say 750 pixels
aint that damaging the quality of the pic? (like its getting blurry)
if so: how to prevent this?

hi yigit, that didnt work. its pushing the line downward, but also the content below it (the grid). but the point is the line has to come closer to this grid. besides this, the little circle stayed on its spot, line and circle were seperated.
furthermore, i prefer to change things inline, not in the css file.

ok, so you basic is the width?
as soon as the width is less also the height is less?

but wy is the option called ‘450 x 450’ as in reality is adapts to the viewscreen?

i was just not sure how to use a content section / color section.
obviously its just like a surrounding div for other divs? can i put it that way?

i think i got it, in my enfold its called Content Section.
it works, but one strange thing happens:
if i build the page from scratch on, and i put in a content section with backgroundcolor, its alright.
the background color only shows at the one particular element. see: http://jeelsites.nl/wptest/testpagina/

but if i go to an existing page and i drag en drop a content section and give it a backgroudn color the background color also shows on ALL elements below it. see: http://jeelsites.nl/wptest/finoven/

why is this? i dont want this
