9 times out of 10 this is caused by a missing } in your quick css entries
Check that first.
Did you get a chance to take a look?
Here is the information to login
Let me know if you can access ok.
Under Enfold Theme Admin, in “Theme” tab it says
Theme Updates
No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.2)
When I click to check manually, it says that everything is up to date.
Why can’t I update the theme via the theme update in theme admin?
Yes, that would be fine because all the images will have the same size, so I need a fixed height for the product descriptions. How do I do that?
Thanks for the help
Thank you for the info
September 29, 2017 at 3:02 am in reply to: Google Event Tracking Code not displaying properly #858289OK, so i finally got it working. The issue was the ” that I used. It seems that some of the code that I copied was using different characters for ” so it messed things up. Apparently when it comes to ” you have to ensure you are consistent with your characters. Not very obvious, but important.

September 21, 2017 at 6:28 pm in reply to: Hamburger icon not displaying on ipad portrait or landscape #855001Hi Ismael,
Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it. This fixes the problem for 1024.
But if I use a common size like 1366 x 768 I still get the hamburger wrapping underneath my logo.
What I am trying to understand is why this even happens. The menu should be either the regular menu or the hamburger menu to on the far right.
The hamburger menu should never wrap under the logo. What is causing this and is it a bug? or something else?Thanks,

Thanks for all your help thus far.
I did everything that you said, and we are getting closer, but I still have the issue that when you look at it on an iPad landscape, the hamburger menu
wraps under the logo.1.swapped out code with the most recent
2.cleared caches
3. double checked setting for the mobile menu to ensure the second option is selected.September 19, 2017 at 9:04 pm in reply to: Hamburger icon not displaying on ipad portrait or landscape #854035The following code modification is not working properly. It’s hiding both the regular and hamburger menu at this size:
‘@media only screen and (max-width: 1366px) and (min-width: 768px) {
.responsive #top .av_mobile_menu_tablet .av-main-nav .menu-item {
display: none;
}.responsive #top .av_mobile_menu_tablet .av-main-nav .menu-item-
avia-special {
display: block;
}.responsive #top .av_mobile_menu_tablet #header_main_alternate {
display: none;
}}’
I have removed the code you suggested because it is not working properly.
Thanks for your help.

This is what I have so far and it still has not resolved my issue.
Not sure what is casuing the menu hamburger icon to wrap under the logo on ipad landscape mode.

Thank you very much for clarifying that. So it sounds like an update to WordPress itself could wipe out a folder in wp-admin?
August 30, 2017 at 6:36 pm in reply to: Hamburger icon not displaying on ipad portrait or landscape #845911Adding the last css code made things worse. It made the entire hamburger menu and standard menu disappear on all devices.
Thanks, let’s close this one out

August 25, 2017 at 10:18 pm in reply to: Hamburger icon not displaying on ipad portrait or landscape #844203Hi Team,
I am still waiting to get some help with this little bug. Can you give me an idea of when your customer support team will be able to respond so that I can relay that information to my client? Thanks.August 24, 2017 at 6:14 pm in reply to: Hamburger icon not displaying on ipad portrait or landscape #843639Dear Enfold Team,
Your support staff used to answer questions on the same day. Lately I have noticed that it’s taking longer and longer to get support. We are paying good money for a theme that is supposed to include support, and as designers trying to run a business we need fast response to our inquiries. How can you improve the level of service that you give your clients?
August 23, 2017 at 8:49 pm in reply to: Email in Enfold Newsletter Sign Up Widget Not accepting Zapier email #843256This topic can be closed, but please try and improve response times for paying customers.
I think a nice feature would be to have a two column option on the socket layer to add things like a site credit, and also be able to align right on desktop, but default to left on mobile so the site credit wraps.
Cheers,
Eric
July 28, 2017 at 1:17 am in reply to: Email in Enfold Newsletter Sign Up Widget Not accepting Zapier email #830861I re-installed the form widget/template and now it’s working. Not sure why that bug was there, but it seems to have gone away now.
PS. For paying customers that buy your themes on a regular basis, I would expect more prompt customer service. Many other plugin developers respond on the same day. Just an FYI so you can keep improving your business.
