Thanks Mike. I restored the site from a backup but I will look into the issue.
June 14, 2018 at 7:54 pm in reply to: Update from 4.2.6 to 4.4.1 locks up site and makes it unusable #972979HI, I have a similar situation. The site is now using Version 3.8. I tried to update it in WordPress but it broke the site.
I downloaded the file from ThemeForest and updated through FTP but it seems to be still using Version 3.8.Where do I download the latest version 4.4.1?
Thank you.
Thanks, the badge is gone now.
Deleting transients doesn’t change the plugins update badge! And doesn’t delete all?
Hi, I have the same problem with Enfold Version: 4.2.3.
I installed the Transients Manager but don’t know what I am supposed to do with it!
It shows 31 transients! I don’t want to delete anything without knowing what it is!
What am I looking for?
Please advise.Thank you.

Hope this helps others with this issue.

Thank you but I already solved it yesterday.
August 20, 2015 at 6:22 pm in reply to: Fatal Error updated to 3.3 and WP 4.3!!!! !important #490981The subject of this thread:
“Fatal Error updated to 3.3 and WP 4.3!!!! !important”Worries me that support doesn’t even read the title of the thread.
I believe the update failed in WP admin. I solved it by downloading the update and FTP’ing the files directly.
I realize your support team works hard and has to deal with an abundance of support requests—must be overwhelming—but we would appreciate if you each take a moment to carefully read and understand the request before responding.
Thank you.
August 19, 2015 at 10:26 pm in reply to: Fatal Error updated to 3.3 and WP 4.3!!!! !important #490429Basilis…What version? Newer than the version this thread is asking about?
Updated theme to 3.3
Still does not resize in Firefox.August 19, 2015 at 10:05 pm in reply to: Fatal Error updated to 3.3 and WP 4.3!!!! !important #490417OKAY I reinstalled Enfold and it’s back up!
Checking thoroughly now…
Thank you.
August 19, 2015 at 8:51 pm in reply to: Fatal Error updated to 3.3 and WP 4.3!!!! !important #490392So I removed both files from child them and get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function avia_get_option() in /home/solarzmurphy/public_html/murphypsychologygroup/wp-content/themes/enfold/index.php on line 15That’s the function in header.php that I commented out after you said remove the file.
so here’s the code that seems to be causing a conflict…
<?phpglobal $avia_config;
$style = $avia_config[‘box_class’];
$responsive = avia_get_option(‘responsive_layout’,’responsive’);
$blank = isset($avia_config[‘template’]) ? $avia_config[‘template’] : “”;
?>

August 19, 2015 at 8:14 pm in reply to: Fatal Error updated to 3.3 and WP 4.3!!!! !important #490379Please help! We need the site to be back live!!!
So upset that I updated at all!
August 19, 2015 at 8:04 pm in reply to: Fatal Error updated to 3.3 and WP 4.3!!!! !important #490372Elliott that just caused other fatal errors!
So I removed the functions.php file to which caused other fatal errors!
Probably because they each had other customizations! Did you read the files?
Thanks Yigit,
Does not work! Tried in Child Styles and in Quick CSS.
Still not resizing in Firefox.
Can you help me fix the problem so that it responds in all browsers?
I can’t find what class to target. (There are just too many classes!!!)
Thank you.
Andy, the logo is not resizing responsively in any browser?
I’ve tested in Mac Yosemite and it responds well in Chrome, Safari, Opera but not in Firefox.
Are you testing on Windows? I will have to retest on Windows but I have not heard any complaints from my MS users.
What about my question re: desktop Firefox header logo? Not resizing at less than 758 px?
“We are not currently supporting Firefox for mobile.”
What do I tell clients if their users are browsing in Firefox?
Seems to me there is an issue with background images.

Thanks Yigit, updating is what caused the bug.
I think I solved it finding this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/blog-posts-not-responsive/
But will I have to go through this with every theme update?
Trying to solve this issue myself but there are way too many classes to narrow it down!
No matter what I do, even setting max-width doesn’t help. It seems like the text overflows the right side of the page!
I will be grateful for a prompt response.
Thanks for your theme and support. My client loves this site.
Well it has resurfaced with update WP and Enfold to latest versions!
Please help. I need to present this tomorrow!

Thanks Devin
1. Actually I had to change the icons color or have ugly generic gray square icons where there was no featured image!
Thanks Gunter,
1. This should be incorporated into the function of the theme. Why should a space be allocated if there is no image? But we should be able to show the image preview where a post has one. display: none; is not an ideal solution.2. The image was resized to fit the space and is still cropped unnecessarily.
Thanks Josue. Applied to the child theme?
June 3, 2014 at 2:05 am in reply to: Anchor link causing navigation bar to highlight the wrong link #273663Josue, if I remove “Home” from the menu, then “Blog” doesn’t highlight. Must have something to do with the fix to the bug where the wrong link was highlighted.
June 2, 2014 at 8:50 pm in reply to: Anchor link causing navigation bar to highlight the wrong link #273493Josue, I now see an issue http://milestonementoring.com/murphypsychologygroup/#top not highlighting the HOME link.
Thanks Josue.
Seems to me that should not be a customization, though.
In a responsive theme shouldn’t whatever’s in the desktop menu be in the mobile menu?Uh oh! One fix causes another bug?
Hi Josue,
It seems your solution to mobile Search in the mobile menu disabled the desktop search function! What’s going on here?
The search item is the last menu list item on desktop. Shouldn’t it just be responsive and be the last list item in the mobile menu?
