When I type in a search term, the results get displayed in a drop down type display. Below the results there is a link that says “SHOW ALL RESULTS”
I need to remove that. Can you help with that please?

Can you help us for cleaning this code, we had ddos attack, also on our main website https://www.novomed.com/ when we try to login it keep redirecting us to login page.If you wont able to login to backend just go to novomed.com/integrativemedicine/ar and then click on dashboard from right top corner.
Please check the link in the private content section. Also now we are facing problem that our main page of website is not loading and send us to wp-admin page instead.

Yes we tried to diabling all the active plugins however problem remains same, I am checking PHP version with the hosting company and will update you.Try using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-editor/ it will solve your problem

No the problem is not fixed. Changing the position to static causes the sub-menu to be visible when you scroll down on the page but only on some sections.

When I do a inspect element and change the following CSS, it works :

Nope. You download the file from Github and upload it as a plugin. Then in the settings you just choose the enfold forms as on of the form saving methods

I really appreciate all your effort and recommendations, but what happens when I update the theme? Do I then have to do these steps evrytime I update?

Yes all the links I sent you was in arabic, but if you look in the main menu, you will see the “English” translation link.

This was a custom header image put in the helper-menu.php file. It is not standerd settings.
Is there a way to switch images when switching languages?

After also talking to the guys at WPML, they gave me some more steps to follow. This works for all pages.
1) Go to translation and mark it as 100% translate.
2) Now go to default language and make some changes and click on update
3) Now go again to edit your translation, now you will see the fields showing upThis worked so far with all pages.
But this should not be the final solution.
