Thanks one and all, just tried adding that to the QUICK CSS area in admin, and not working unfortunately.
This is NOT an isolated case, version 4.5 breaks all sites that use the sub-menu. It is great that a fix is provided, but why is there a problem in the first place, and why is it not acknowledged that it will be fixed via a new update?
The link you sent works on all platforms for me yes. I do not wish to selfhost the video however, YouTube is the best option here.
Rikard, the video works in Chrome, the issue as the title for the post suggests, is on iPad vertical and horizontal modes. If you select INSPECT in Chrome and select iPad you will see the video section vanishes. (You need to refresh page) Mobile mode too for that matter.
As for being ignored, the last request went unanswered for days and it took me reaching out on Themeforest to get any kind of response. Again YESTERDAY I posted this request and it has been ignored until now while many others have had multiple answers….
You can also see the demo page with ONLY the video link changed, and experience the same problem.
Why is every single support request I make ignored by Kriesi? If i am doing something wrong in how I ask, let me know but I am getting really tired of being ignored everytime I present a problem with the Enfold theme….
You are not reading what I am writing….as I said above, STRANGELY, the code that fixed Magazine also fixed the blog sections….
Honestly, this method is OUTDATED and BREAKS the current version of the theme.
Using a child theme, creates a huge amount of work to change settings on the site that I have already spent days doing prior to launch, and if append the change to the themes functions.php files directly (not in the child theme) then many other functions on the site break.
You either need to update the code you are providing, or update the theme to have these basic sort functions built in without requiring this type of site modification.
As it stands right now, you have no solution…
This seems a very antiquated method for something that is standard in every other theme/page builder?
This post is days old now an no answer! Posts that are an hour old are being answered, why not my two requests??
