Thanks Andy. I have upgraded everything and the problem unfortunately remains.
I would greatly appreciate your help.
Many thanks
IvanaThanks for letting me know … that is really strange I tested it before I sent it.
In any case, I have reset the password – please see below.
Many thanks
IvanaThank you Ismael. Unfortunately that did not work.
As I mentioned the pages that use the Default template scale fine, it is only the pages which use the Blank – No Header, No Footer that seem to have the problem.
Did you login to the website to see what could be causing the problem?
Many thanks
IvanaHi Vinnie
I appreciate your response. I did as you suggested with deactivating all the plugins and that didn’t seem to have made any difference.
I also created a page identical to the one I was having problems with and used the default template layout and simply removed the header and the footer. This page seems to scale well just as the rest of the website does. The only problem is that there is a large space at the top of the screen, where the menu usually would be.
So to compare – this page uses the “Blank – No header, no footer template” and does not scale well
http://www.web4business.com.au/marriage-celebrants-welcome/This new page uses the Default Template and has header & footer removed (but also has a big gap at the top) but scales well
http://www.web4business.com.au/marriage-celebrants-welcome-4/I have purchased over 20 copies of the Enfold theme as I use it for many of my clients and I am keen to figure out what the problem is, as I plan to create many more landing pages, not only for me but also for my customers,
As such I would greatly appreciate if you could figure out what is causing the problem with scaling on the “Blank – No header, no footer template”.
I have created an admin user for you.
Many many thanks
IvanaThank you so much Andy, That worked!!
Ismael, you are wonderful. Thank you. I have done as suggested and it is all working.
I greatly appreciate your help.

I really appreciate your help Guenni007 – and I’ll see if I can find some of those web developer tools.
Yigit, as always your assistant is appreciated and the code worked perfectly!
Many many thanks to you both
Ivana
You are absolutely right Guenni007. Thank you for your quick response. I feel so silly – clearly semicolons are not my friends today :)
Changing the quick CSS for the header worked beautifully.
Unfortunately, the line height is still not being reflected on the website (although the size text does get updated when I change it). I take your point about there being a more specific css that overrides my quick CSS – but I have no idea how to find it. I had a look at the Enfold Child theme style sheet and couldn’t find anything there.
Your help is greatly appreciated.
Cheers
IvanaThanks Elliott. I know I can do links, but I was trying to find an easy solution for my client who is not very tech savvy. She likes having a thumbnail of each newsletter and then linking that to the actual pdf.
Cheers
IvanaThank you Yigit. That did the trick! Not sure why it didn’t upload the first time I ftp’d the new version.
As always, your support is greatly appreciated.
Thanks for your response Ismael. My developer had tried all sorts of things to get it happening, but couldn’t. So in the end we transferred the client to our server and all seems to be working ok.
So the issue was at the client’s old webhosting company’s server.
I appreciate all your help.
Cheers
IvanaMany thanks Elliott, that worked perfectly!
I greatly appreciate your help.

IvanaThank you for your response Elliott
I did as you suggested and completely deleted the theme, then reuploaded a fresh copy, but continue to have the same problem.
This is the only quick css code I have on the website
span.image-overlay {
display: none !important;
}h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { text-transform: none !important;}
Just a thought which may be totally irrelevant to the issue, but I thought I will mention it anyway. Could this somehow relate to permissions on the hosting account? The client uses a hosting company which I have never worked with and we did have some problems with permissions after we upgraded her WordPress version. The hosting company reset the permissions and so everything else seems to be working …
Many thanks
IvanaHi Elliot
I’ve had a developer working on the website for some time, but he was unable to get the text aligning and that’s why I posted the question here. It seems he may have come up with a solution yesterday, so all is good.
I really appreciate all your help. I have created over 25 websites using your theme and will continue to buy it for my future customers.
Many many thanks

March 9, 2015 at 7:22 pm in reply to: Mobile menu list displaying on the right handside of website #408375Thanks for your quick response Elliott. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem – the menu still appears beside the mobile website as per the screenshot.
Awesome! Thank you Yigit. I will give it a go.

Aha! That did the trick!
Thank you … I greatly appreciate your help.
Many many thanks Josue.
Just one more question please – I would also like the “Submit” button to be smaller and to have a bit of space between the columns. Is that possible with quick css?
Cheers
IvanaYay that did the trick. As always, your help is greatly appreciated.

IvanaThank you Ismael. For some reason the title font still appears really big. I tried adding the following into the code that you provided
font-size: 60%!important;and also tried
font-size: 12px !important;but that is not reducing the font size of the title. So clearly I’ve missed something.
Can you please help.
Many thanks
IvanaThanks Yigit that fixed the problem.
Interestingly though, some websites which use an even older version of the theme didn’t seem to have that problem.Once again thanks for your help.
IvanaThank you Yigit. That is a little beyond my technical skill, but I will pass it onto my developer and ask him to handle it.
Cheers
IvanaThanks Josue. Having it there makes formatting much easier. I hope it can be incorporated again.
Cheers
IvanaHi Josue
In previous versions, the formatting bar stayed in place while you scrolled down the page. Here is a screen shot of another client’s website whose theme has not yet been upgraded to the latest version.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/d5b3a1f1c1jb1c5/TextBoxwithFormattingBar.jpg?dl=0
The problem only seems to have come up when the text block has had the two new tabs introduced: “Content” and “Colours”.
Since then the formatting tool bar does not seem to stick.
Cheers
