The strange thing is that the environments are actually similar. The staging environment no. 43 is a relatively fresh copy of the live environment. Or to be precise: the moment I created the staging environment the widgets showed up here. BUT these are not clickable, as mentioned before. Can you confirm this?

Perhaps this helps:
On a previous staging, with the main difference that a previous version of Enfold (5.6.11) is installed, the widgets work as they should. I will add the url to the private content.

Hi Rikard, thanks for keeping the thread open.

Our developers compared the live to the staging environment and concluded it must be happening because the staging is using PHP7.4 and the live site is using PHP8.2. Therefore they asked me to reach out to you again.

They tried deactivating all plugins, and switching to the parent theme but still, the widgets are not showing up. See https://tinyurl.com/2cojkkx9. Here is the screenshot of the server information in case needed https://gfx.cx/images/2024/04/02/KNny4.png.

Do you have any idea how this can be fixed?

Hi Ismael, thanks a lot for the quick reply! It shows the category now, that’s great.

To make it even better I want to ask: it shows the category slug, and I would like it to show the category name. So instead of “Over-het-platform”, I want it to show without the “-“, so like “Over het platform”. It this possible?

And finally: I would like to add a space between the categories. So where it shows
“Overig,Sectornieuws” I would like to show it as
“Overig, Sectornieuws”
Or, even better: “Overig | Sectornieuws”
Is this possible?

I know it is highly hypothetical but if it is somehow possible it is a big risk to take. I also don’t know whether it is possible to claim an url before you upload a theme.

Thanks I don’t think it is a issue either because enfold isn’t a custom theme. The only risk I see is that someone could claim the name Enfold on wordpress.org and use that name somehow to mislead people. So I wondered whether you have claimed it is a trademark on wordpress.org.

After I made a change in the settings of the logoslider (going from 4 to 5 columns) the problem was solved. When I change the columns from 5 to 4 again the error re-appears, but isn’t showin on the front end anymore. It only happens on the homepage not for other pages where the logoslider is active. It seems to be solved but it would be good to know what went wrong.

Thanks it works in so far that it aligns the button at the bottom, but it makes the button align on the left and not in the center as it is set in the element settings.
