Hi Rikard, you can close this thread. The bars were not working because I was using Super Minify plugin. Once I removed it and installed BP Minify the bars worked. You must have seen it after I put the BWP Minify in place. Sorry.
NOTE: The Super Minify plugin do not work with ENFOLD. It will remove your Easy Slider, Progress Bars and Portfolio Grid Feature Images and disable your slide show in galleries. I went back tried the BWP Minify and it’s working. My site is now loading at 9 sec. 3 secs slower then Super Minify but better then 15 secs.
Rikard: They were the first people I called. They saw nothing on their side and said the site was loading a blank screen. Apparently the WP-Super Cache created an htaccess file that screwed up the site. I may try them again when I get the time. Can you answer the following:
1) Do I really need Cloudflare?
2) If yes since I’m at 6 secs do I really need to change my DNS serves. (My domain runs a lot of other sites and I really prefer not to touch the DNS settings)
3) I see I still have (F) in Specify image dimensions is there a way to get the image demissions into the codes to raise this grade?
4) I see I still have (F) in Server Scaled Images is there a way to get ride of these to raise this grade?
5) I see I still have (F) in Remove query strings from static resources. Wasn’t BWP Minify supposed to fix this for me?Yes I did. Now I’m following Ismael list of suggestions.
1. Optimize all images with AI/Photoshop before uploading to server ‘save as web safe’ jpg
2. Once all images are on the website optimize with ewww optimizer plugin twice 1hr 10mins apart.
3. Install wp-smushit run once to remove jpeg extra data, then uninstall.
4. Use BWP minify plugin to minify scripts and stylesheets.
5. Install WP-Super cache, select all recommended settings.
6. Logout your website, visit every page at least once to create super cache files.
7. Join Cloudflare setup your website on their CDN, Choose options: Full CDN Optimisation save then activate purge files. once done log out.
8. Have a cup of coffee.
9. Visit your site after 20 minutes or so.
10. Don’t forget to smile.The only problem is in step 4 he say to use BWP Minify and when I go to the plugin site to install it the wordpress plugin site states “Untested with your version of WordPress” I have the newest version of WP. Can I still use it or should I use https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-minify/ WP Super Minify?
I just checked with my hosting company and I have unlimited memory so that’s not my issue. I paid for the unlimited hosting account. Thanks for your reply.
I’m looking into these also. My site is at 18 loading. Unacceptable. Already optimized the images but we still see the originals loading.
This is crazy….. LOL Ok, I tried the https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/” = EWWW Image Optimizer to optimize my images. My media library shows it did the optimizations but now the test is still giving me the same message and an even a lower YSlow Grade.
The following images are resized in HTML or CSS. Serving scaled images could save 1.9MiB (57% reduction). Is the message under Serve scaled images.

Great! that fixed all the others spaces except the space in the 4th section between the the special heading “Our Latest Photo Albums” and the actual albums. I’m referring to the very last section on my screenshot above. That space is still too big.
That’s good for the promo box but I need the code for the 1st and 4th sections of spaces indicated in the screen shot photo.

Hi Josue, thanks for showing me this data. I don’t know how to locate the area that set the page to a parent page other then the actual page and to the far right in the Page Attributes section and it clearly states No Parent. So that’s why I said it wasn’t.
Base on what you showed me I simply cloned the page and rename the original. So now every thing is fine. Close this post.
Ok that only fixed the home page. And it only fixed the Latest News section on the home page. It didn’t do anything for the In Our Store section of the Our Latest Photo Album sections on the home page.
It also didn’t do anything for the spacing issues on the New page. SEE LINKS IN PRIVATE DATA above.
OK I put it back and I’m still seeing extra spaces between the Special Heading elements and the Separator elements .
Are you using the information I put in the PRIVTE DATA section of the post?

Ismael, that didn’t show any effect on the spacing. I removed it. You have the admin access so feel free to tinker with it.
Until you find a fix I’ll have to use it the way it is for now. Thanks guys. You can close this thread,
