Any error starting with 500 is a server side error and we wont have any control on your server to correct this. It’s basically the server way of saying something went wrong but I cannot tell you what? Please contact your hosting company to resolve this. It may be due to memory issue check with the hosting company to increase the php memory to 128MB or more.

We are working on your ticket please wait while we update the results.We have added the feature you requested for the thumbnails. Since your images are large it will be the original size on the mobile too just check on the phone.
If the main purpose is to display the product ID you can do that by adding it as Image Caption that way the whole image will be visible as well as the Product ID at the bottom of the image.
let us know if you like it to be full size or you like to add the product ID’s as image captions ?

To change the font it can be done only using CSS please undo all other changes you have made in functions.php
Once you undo the changes please right click on testimonial name and select inspect where you will be able to see the class name used.
Write custom css to change font name for that class name.
For more font optiosn install a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-google-fonts/

This is something you are creating using a 3rd party plugin and the styles are coming from the plugin and not the theme. please contact the plugin author for support or customization help as they know their plugin best.

You need to add a alpha channel tot he background and use the rgb value instead of current HEX value for background.
To convert a hex color to rgb color google search “online convert hex to rgb”
in the end of the rgb add the alpha please check the below link

This is not a theme limitation but just how wordpress works. But you can use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/post-types-order/ to change the post order.

The site navigation seem to work fine now. Did you do any changes?
When you move your site from development server to test server you can use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ that way you can safely transfer without errors.

It will be best for you to display the social icons on the top bar that way it will be visible on all screens easily.

When I remove all the animation classes from the images. The images are visible in IE9. It is some plugin conflict.
Please check our demos on IE9 http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/ all theimages load fine.
Go into the images settings and remove any animations and fade effects applied to it. This is an issue because of a plugin conflict for now you can disable animations and use it or you need to re-install the theme via FTP as described below.

You are still using Version Number is 3.4.3 some files are corrupt so you are not able to see the update button and also it is possible reason for the video issue please check the link below for info to update the theme via FTP.
