Vinay KashyapHey g10h4y90g4y7h8g17!
There is an option in Enfold > import/Export to import main theme settings. This will import the theme options.
If you have made any changes to any php or css files those changes will have to be manually moved from parent to child theme.

Hi!
We need to be able to access the wordpress dashboard and admin areas like wordpress page to see how the form is setup and if it is a theme issue we can correct it if it is a third party plugin issue we can point you in the right direction.

Vinay KashyapHi!
Please add the css class “full-height” to only the 1/2 section which has the background image so only that section will be stretched 100 height of the view port. If you still have any issues please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content we will setup a demo page for you.
Regards,
Vinay KashyapHi!
Please add the below code to Quick CSS it will make the sidebar height same as the page height.
#top #main .sidebar_left .sidebar { position: absolute; top: 0; bottom: 0; }

Vinay KashyapHey!

Vinay KashyapHi!
We copied the short code you provided and tested in our installation the background video URL is empty. Please add the youtube video url in the same format as the example it should work fine. and don’t forget to set the height of color section to min 100% under “Section layout” options
Here is the new shortcode with the background video works on mobile devices :)
[av_section min_height='100' min_height_px='500px' padding='no-padding' shadow='no-border-styling' bottom_border='no-border-styling' id='' color='main_color' custom_bg='' src='' attachment='' attachment_size='' attach='scroll' position='top left' repeat='no-repeat' video='https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IwmSFDA8jm8' video_ratio='16:9' overlay_opacity='0.5' overlay_color='' overlay_pattern='' overlay_custom_pattern='' custom_class=''] [av_textblock size='' font_color='' color=''] This is a sample page illustrating the issue with color background and mobile video. If you select a youtube video as a background and don’t specify an image background, the mobile browser displays a still photo of the video with a red “play” icon but the icon does NOT play the Youtube video. [/av_textblock] [/av_section]
Best regards,
Vinay KashyapHi!
I think somewhere in the css overflow:auto; is applied which is making the content scroll. you need to remove it… we need access to the link where we can inspect the element in question so we can look at it and tell you exactly what’s causing this issue.

Vinay KashyapHi!
@benjaminbreton We checked the team page again and everything looks fine on desktop and mobile. As ismael suggested please provide a screenshot of the issue so we can help you better.
@gdostudio All the images are visible but there seem to be an issue with the responsiveness and as the original poster can see the private info please create a new ticket we might need access to the backend of the site to check the setup.Cheers!
Vinay KashyapMarch 17, 2016 at 11:51 am in reply to: Get a dark transparency/opacity of the main content when mobile menu is showed #599537Hi!
The CSS you are using will change the opacity but cannot change the background color as the main content and elements inside it has it’s own bg colors. Remove the CSS and try this instead..
/* Content Overlay*/ .show_mobile_menu:after { content: ""; display: block; position: fixed; /* could also be absolute */ top: 0; left: 0; height: 100%; width: 100%; z-index: 10; background-color: rgba(0,0,0,0.85); }
It should look something like this
Best regards,
Vinay KashyapHi!
We do answer all tickets as soon as possible. but not sure what happened with the previous ticket but sorry that your issue wasn’t resolved.
Please use the below css in Enfold > general Styling > Quick CSS
After that please refresh the browser cache and check it out :)
#header { z-index: 1!important; }
Cheers!
Vinay KashyapHi mleite1!
Yes it is possible please use 1/2 grid rows instead of color section.
Add image as background image for the 1/2 grid row.
Enable custom css class name and add “full-height” to the 1/2 grid.
Add the following css in Enfold > general Styling > Quick CSS
.full-height{ min-height:100vh; }
Regards,
Vinay KashyapHi!
Sorry for the delay.
The login credentials you’ve provided do not work please send us working login credentials with user role as ‘administrator’ and permission to disable all plugins and add css if necessary to resolve the issue.
Best regards,
Vinay KashyapHi!
The URL did not work please create a private page viewable only by users with admin role
Regards,
Vinay KashyapHey!
We checked the site. It would be more helpful if you described the problem accurately… however we noticed that the header is not displaying in the theme… It looks like the installation has not been done correctly. If it is a new install and not setup up with any data i recommend resetting the theme as everything will become as good as new and start with a fresh copy…
You can use a plugin like “Reset Data Base” Note: This will delete all data and settings on the site.
If the above don’t work we need to re-install the theme via FTP.
Regards,
Vinay KashyapHey!
Thank for your input it help us make the theme better :) We will be releasing new updates and bug fixes very often based on priority basis hopefully it will be addressed in one of the future updates.
And if there are features that you wish Enfold had, you can request them and vote the requested ones here – https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Cheers!
Vinay KashyapHey!
Ok it goes int he head section so in that case you need to download the child theme and copy the header.php file from main theme and paste it inside the child theme and add your code after the body tag. once it’s done.
From Appearance > Themes > Select Child theme as active theme.
keep everything else in the main theme as it is… simple :)
Please view this link for more info kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
for now if it is urgent you can just open header.php in the enfold theme folder and insert your code there but when you update the theme the changes will be lost.
Cheers!
Vinay KashyapHey!
If you upload icons via Enfold > import/export tab the icons will be available only thru enfold advance layout builder.
You need to use a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/svg-support/ and upload the svg to wordpress media library and you can use is like image or target it as a pseudo element to show EU or USD sign.
If you still have any questions please let us know what exactly are you trying to do? and share the link to the page where we can inspect the element in question or a mockup of what you need the final result to look like? You can upload the mockup image to dropbox and share it here.
Best regards,
Vinay KashyapHi!
Glad we could assist you :) We have put together some info about enfold theme please feel free to check it out here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/
