The code looks good do you have any email client installed? If there is no email program like outlook installed on your system the browser will do nothing as a web developer we do not have control over it. it works only if a email client is installed.

Basically it is a server error and your domain name is inaccessible. In this case we cannot help you much as the issue is with the server where your domain is hosted. Please contact your hosting provider and get the site accessible. Once you are able to view anything when you goto the domain name in the browser we can surely help you from there…

There might be a conflict with other plugins to find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps
1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
4. Make sure the plugins are all updatedif you still have any issues please create a temporary user with ‘administrator’ role and share in private content with permission to deactivate all plugins and add custom code if necessary to help you resolve this issue.

Try Enfold > Header > Header size this will increase the height of the header and you will see gap on top and bottom.
If this don’t work for you please get back to us with a link to the page where we can inspect the element in question and also a mockup of what exactly you are trying to achieve. You can upload the mockup to imgur.com or dropbox and share it here.

This is more of a wordpress issue some times tinyMCE plugin will have a conflict with other plugins.
To find the plugin in conflict please follow the below steps
1. Goto plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Updated WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Activate one plugin at a time… refresh the page and check for the issue.
4. Make sure the plugins are all updatedShould the issue still exist please disable enfold theme activate wordpress default theme 2015 or 2016 and check it and let us know.

The database was not reset correctly we just corrected that using the plugin mentioned earlier that must have removed the user info from database. Are you able to login now? if you need any help please feel free to get in touch with us.

Yes that is correct editing the style in theme options will make site wide change it is the expected behavior.
If you need to make changes to only a few selected elements please enable custom css class name and you can easily target them via custom CSS.

The link should be just #ID on the same page “#individual-therapy” if you add page “services/#individual-therapy” the scroll wont work :)
