@pete4u Your site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser. Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

We request everyone else to create a new thread and provide us with a link to your site/page where we can inspect the error you are facing. It will help us to give you guys more accurate solution.

We will gladly help you achieve this but it is not completely clear what you need the end result to look like would you mind posting us a screenshot/mockup of what you would like to achieve? You can upload the screenshot to imgur.com or dropbox and share the link here :)

Lastly please remove all the custom css you have added earlier as different css rules may cause a conflict.

Hi,

I tested your code in both Enfold and default WordPress theme and in both cases the subscribe button looks like an input field. There is some issue in the code itself please re-generate your code and use a codeblock element in advance layout builder to install it on the page and place of your choice :)

Glad you got the portfolio issue resolved.

Please make sure you have added portfolio items in new categories as empty categories will not be displayed. If you still have any issue we are happy to check for the problem with new categories not showing in filters would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

Hey jakejauhari,

I don’t think you should have any issue as long as the new purchase code and an API key from themeforest is updated in the theme options so you can get future updates and support.

You can also try a plugin like wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ to move your site hope this helps you :)

Hi,

Currently you are not using one of our themes. But instead of giving you a run we like to suggest to you to try a few steps which might help you resolve the issue.

We noticed a js error in console please backup necessary files and update the theme to the latest version. That might fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

If you already have the latest version or still face the issue after an update a plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.

To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

If that does not help we will be glad to help you if we can see the issue while you are using the Enfold theme else please contact the current theme author.

Glad the issue is resolved.

There are two places you can clear the cache.

One is on the server(if you are using any caching plugin) and the other on the web browser.

It is very easy to clear cache on the browser by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

On the server if you are using a caching plugin go ahead and open your plugin’s settings page and clear the cache.

If yous till have any issues please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• the URL to the login screen
• a valid username (with full administration capabilities)
• as well as a password for that username
