I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me the login URL gives me a 404 and the page in question is password protected. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?

I checked the issue and the reason is you are mostly using an old version of the theme please update the theme to the latest version 3.5.4. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

If that does not help, feel free to reply here and we will take a closer look at the issue. In that case please also add your WordPress login credentials (in the “private data” field) so we can take a look at your admin area

The footer options can be changed from Enfold > general Styling > Footer

However some changes that you like to do might need custom CSS once you setup the footer elements let us know and we will provide you with required CSS.

I checked for the issue. Except on the homepage the Advanced layout builder works fine on all other pages i tested.

It’s possible during migration some settings are not migrated correctly or you are having a plugin conflict.

First let’s try and check if there are any plugins in conflict

To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

If this do not sort out the issue and you are able to work with advanced layout builder on all pages on the old server please migrate it with a plugin like wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

Hi,

The full screen slider is responsive but when the screensize changes a part of the image will be hidden because the slider try to fill the container with the image while maintaining the aspect ratio.

Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

I’m able to make changes and save it without any issue and the site looks good on my end. You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.
