I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

The images appears correct on chrome and firefox. i am unable to re-produce this issue. however look at the screenshot you sent what i feel is that that there may be an issue with caching or image overlay effect please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

If that do not do the trick please disable image overlay effect http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/disable-css-overlay-on-images/

This is not a theme problem :) and i could not see the Enfold theme in Appearance > menu i believe you have deleted it VIA FTP?

Please try to update the theme manually via FTP – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

You just need to upload the enfold themes folder which contains only the theme files and not the extra documentation and other files in the package.

The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

I checked the settings on the backend and it look good to me. However it appears you are using an old version of enfold please update to 3.6.1 it should resolve the issue you are facing.

Since the update options is not visible on your theme i recommend try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

Hey axorexperts,

You can change the homepage on the Enfold theme options. Create a blank page and add your plugin shortcode or any way you like to show the plugin in the page and select it as homepage in the theme options.

The issue is the theme files should be inside enfold folder but it now in enfold/enfold

Current path : wp-content\themes\enfold\enfold\ all theme files are here

Correct path : wp-content\themes\enfold\ all the theme files should be here

Please delete enfold folder and re-upload to : wp-content\themes\

You should be good to go :)

UPDATE: Ok files are in correct location now but it is strange why this is still not working for you i suspect it may be an issue with the php version on the server. However I have pushed this ticket to our developer team to take a closer look.

It appears you are using an old version of Enfold please update the theme to latest version to resolve this issue.

To update to the latest version follow the simple instructions here. (Or if you want the super detailed explanation you can read this blog post)

I checked the CSS and Enfold settings everything looks right to me but not sure what is causing the search element to disappear. I believe there may be a conflict or a corrupt file due to which the search options is not visible on the site.

Please backup any custom changes that is added to the site and update the theme to the latest version 3.6.1 manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/.

That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

To get the separator please set ” Default style” under Enfold options > Header > Header style

To make the appear as dotted line use the custom css in Quick CSS

}
