Yes Enfold contact form element can be used to create multiple basic and long forms. If you like to use a plugin try using Contact form 7 http://contactform7.com/

Sorry about the delay, I see Open Sans on both the pages(Please see screenshot attached). You may not see the changes until the cached files are cleared in your browser.

Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

3.6.1 is the latest version. If you do not see the update button in Enfold > Theme Updates. Please try this plugin to clear WordPress transients if you do not receive auto updates and make sure your API key is correct: https://wordpress.org/plugins/artiss-transient-cleaner/.

If it does not help, I am afraid you might need to update the theme manually – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Unfortunately not all Server environments are able to make use of the auto update feature provided by ThemeForest :/

Also confirm if this is a new installation without any data in case we like to re-set database for testing purpose do we have the permission?

Please note: database reset will clear all data on the site it helps to import new demo files.
