Hi,
If you are using any caching plugin disable it until the css changes are done.
Then apply the css correctly with the same ID’s and it should work for you.
If you still have any issues please get back to us with the ID names and a link to the page where we can see the element in question.

To increase the number of paginated items in search result please check Settings > Reading > “Blog pages show at most”. I believe this setting also controls how many search results are displayed per page.

Missing api key is caused because a plugin is loading the maps before enfold is. Strange thing is that the plugin and Enfold uses the same method to deliver the API key. But for some reason it’s not working on your site.
If you like to further troubleshoot this A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins and add the API key back in Enfold > Google Services > API Key
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

The page loads fine on my mobile. In the google maps options please check “Map dragging on mobile” this way users will be able to scroll down the page even if the map takes long to load on a slow connection.

I tried to troubleshoot this issue but the login credentials you provided do not work for me. Would you mind checking once again and then send us working login credentials?
The user role for the account you send us should be set to ‘administrator’ so we can try to disable all plugins and add custom code (if necessary) to resolve the issue.

1. Please remove “left: -100px;” in your code so the logo will be fully visible.
2. To avoid the menu items run into logo trigger the mobile menu at 1084px

We need to take a closer look at it please let us know where you added the custom css to modify the elements and provide us the login details in private to check it further.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)

To remove the extra space please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

To make the code work on other sites please replace the correct menu ID in the code.
To get the menu ID right click inspect on the menu item and view the source code to get the menu ID.Best regards,

It looks like a plugin conflict to me. I understand you have already tried to deactivate all active plugins.
If it’s randomly happening I suspect a caching plugin. Please disable if you are using any and try to create a new admin and delete the old user this should fix the issue for you.Let us know if this helps.

Have you checked the pagination options in the edit options of the gallery ?
I do not see more than 4 rows of images now. Please check the settings again and make sure the number of items displayed should be less than 12 for pagination controls to show.
If you still have issues Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

2. Create a gallery on an empty page.
3. Copy the page shortcode.

Please follow these steps:

As I understand you would like to create a menu as the below screenshot correct?
This is possible if you use a third part plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/restaurant-menu
Or you need to hire a freelancer to do this job.
