Hey UNBUENPLAN GROUP,
Please clarify by top menu if you are referring to the main menu and icon or the top bar with social icons?
Currently I see that the top bar with social icons are hidden while scrolling.
If you like to hide the whole header while scrolling please unsticky the header from Enfold > Header > Header behavior > Sticky Header
Best regards,
VinayHey Patrick,
We recommend you contact the hosting provider and see if they can run a check on their server and remove the malware.
You can also try using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/gotmls/

One standard theme license will allow you to create one website in an ideal situation. You will need to purchase the theme 5 times in this case.

Wordpress can be updated from WordPress Dashboard > Update

If you already tried that and is still not working it’s not a theme related issue you may need to update it manually bu replacing the wordpress files via FTP except the plugins folder and the config files. Please take a backup of the site before doing so.
For detailed info please check https://codex.wordpress.org/Upgrading_WPMU

To customise the full width submenu right click on the element and inspect in the #ID you should find something similar to #sub_menu1 you can use this #ID to add custom styling,
#sub_menu1 { /* Your css here */ }If you still have any issue please provide a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)

VinayHi,
1. To make the footer always visible on the page Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
#main{ margin-bottom: 165px; } #footer, #socket { position: fixed; width: 100%; bottom: 0; left:0; right:0; z-index: 10000; }2. Not sure if you are using a sidebar, in case if you are using and would like to change the ration to 30% and 70% it can be done from Enfold > General Layout > Dimension
To add background colors Please enable custom css class name by placing a code snippet to your functions.php file as mentioned in this link http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Use the custom css class names to target individual blocks and add background color property to it.
If you are not using the sidebar you can achieve 30% and 70% ratio by using correct grid size or columns.

Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Returning the slider to the first slider when the user scroll back to the top will make the other slides almost invisible to the users as they will have to wait for the other sliders to show while on the page but most users only view the site for a few seconds. If your intention is to make the first slide visibility high this is the way to go. Unfortunately it would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve this, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. VinayHi,
Thank you for the clarification Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
#top #wrap_all .header_color.av_header_transparency { min-height: 67px; } /*Trigger mobile menu at 1000px browser width*/ @media only screen and (max-width: 1000px) { nav.main_menu {display:none !important;} #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide {display:block !important; } }Best regards,
VinayJanuary 27, 2017 at 4:43 pm in reply to: Sidebar always appears below main-content instead of left side ?!? #739464Hey suppenhuhn,
Sidebar usually appears below the content if a full width element like a slider or a color section is used and this is intended. You can instead try using the grid section if that works for your design.
If you are not using any fullwidth element and still the sidebar shows below the content would you mind providing a precise link to your site, showing the elements in question? We need to be able to inspect them in order to help :)
