There is another easy way to add the image to your header please create a header widget area as mentioned here http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
Use a textbox and place the image using html code.
Please note you need to undo the changes you already did.

Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.

Equal height column can be achieved without using extra css please select equal height from the edit option of the first column element.

Yes this is possible. Please use the 1/3 or any column element and set the border property in the edit options. You can then use a text content inside the 1/3 or any column element.

Please try to hard refresh by pressing Ctrl + Shift + F5 on your browser or press the F12 key to open chrome dev tools and right click on the refresh button and select “Empty Cache and Hard Reload” and review the site again.

Let’s start from fresh!
remove any code you added earlier to solve this.
1. Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
/*Show only in mobile or desktop*/ @media only screen and (min-width: 769px) { .only_mobile { display: none !important; }} @media only screen and (max-width: 768px) { .only_desktop { display: none !important; }}2. In Appearance > Menu page click on screen options and select the css class.
3. Add the menu items to the menu list and in the class name section add only_mobile for the once you like to show in mobile and only_desktop for the menu items you want to show in desktop.

Sorry the links were updated. Demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing.Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

To toggle submenu in mobile we need to add an extra icon that can be clicked to show/hide submenu while keeping the main menu active please rever to this link http://pastebin.com/raw/ncACWHws and copy the css to Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling and the js code to functions.php file. This will display the toggle icon for submenus in mobile.

Unfortunately no theme will produce identical result as each theme is built in a different way. However the layout you have can be easily setup using Enfold and for some things like the big + or – icons for according and many other small customisation need to be done. It would require quite some time and customization of the theme to achieve identical result, so I am sorry to tell you that this is not covered by our support. However if its really important for you to get this done, you can always hire a freelancer to do the job for you :)
