Hi,

I tried to deactivate plugin as sometimes plugins will try to load the google maps api key before the theme but that did not make any effect. It appears the theme is not uploaded correctly or some js files are corrupt hence the api key is not loading correctly for you.

Try using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/api-key-for-google-maps/ (I have installed this for you and entered a new api key)

The password for the frontend is not working to check the site please review the site and let us know. If this does not work you may have to replace the theme files via FTP.

Hi,

You can backup the theme settings from Enfold > Import/Export tab and try to import new demo and then import the theme settings.

Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing.

Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

Thank you for the clarification we need to take a look at the settings, Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.
• permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
