VinayHi,
Sorry about the delay, somehow a closing bracket did not get thru in the previous code. Please try adding the below code I have tested this on your installation and it should work fine.
#header_main { border-right: none!important; border-left: none!important; border: 10px solid #FFF; }Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for making it easy :) We need to take a closer look at the backend setup. Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
Login credentials include:
- The URL to the login screen.
- A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
- As well as a password for that username.
- permission to deactivate plugins if necessary.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for the credentials, we have enabled custom css class name support and added the store locator inside a color section and gave it a class name “push-up”. The below code was added to Quick CSS to remove the gaps.
.push-up { margin-top:-50px; } #top .push-up .container{ max-width: 100vw!important; padding:0!important; }Best regards,
VinayHey Marcus,
I checked your site the demo files are not being imported as some files already exist. Please try to reset the data using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ and import the data again.
If for some reason if you still have any issue demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing. Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.
Best regards,
Vinay-

February 7, 2017 at 9:09 pm in reply to: Add 'Order by' option to avia blog post grid element #744086Hi,
As far as I know there is no specific reason, new features will be added and hopefully we will see this in the future updates.
Please feel free to request such feature at our feature request system: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
This system allows us to keep track of user suggestions and lets you vote on the feature you would like to see the most. I am afraid though there is no guarantee that a feature will get implemented.

VinayFebruary 7, 2017 at 8:09 pm in reply to: Top Menu sub-menus appearing on all pages except one #744051Hi,
The code in private content works fine on my installation. A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue on your installation.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict. While refreshing the page after activating one plugin at a time please check the console tab of the page where the submenu is not showing for errors.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.
Thanks for your cooperation :)
Best regards,
VinayHi!
In that case please remove this block of code the width of the menu will be same as the content.
#header #header_main_alternate .container{ width: 100vw!important; padding:0!important; margin:0!important; }Best regards,
VinayHi,
1. Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:
.title_container .breadcrumb { right: auto!important; left: 50%!important; transform: translateX(-50%); }2. I see “servizi” get’s highlighted when you click on it. did you figure this one out?
Let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
VinayHey Pascal,
We have added the below code to Quick CSS section to make the menu 100% wide. Please review the site now :)
#header #header_main_alternate .container{ width: 100vw!important; padding:0!important; margin:0!important; } #avia-menu { text-align: center!important; display:flex!important; } .av-main-nav > li { flex-grow: 1; justify-content: center; width: auto!important; } .av-main-nav > li > a { display: block; }Best regards,
VinayHi,
Yes like @Guenni007 said this is not actually a slider you can achieve it using a plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/page-scroll-to-id/
However you need to style the menu to look like the dots tho and this will take a lot of customization and time. We recommend hiring a freelancer to do this job.
Best regards,
VinayHey cih95,
Defining a higher memory limit in wordpress and if possible increasing the memory on the hosting server should resolve this issue.
To increase the wordpress memory limit please access wp-config.php file and add the below line
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');For a detailed explaination please check this link http://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP
and you can contact your service provider to increase the memory limit.Alternatively demo data can be imported using XML file from Admin > Tools > Import > WordPress
Make sure to check the option “Download and import file attachments” while importing. Please note this will not import the theme settings you may need to set them up and upload if any images are missing from backend once the XML file is imported.

VinayFebruary 7, 2017 at 11:56 am in reply to: how to create at one time vertical and horizontal menu? #743829Hi,
Let’s go step by step and not mix the issues to avoid confusion.
First create the logo and let us know if you have any issue with it. Then we can go over the other issues one at a time. Please create new tickets for issues that are not related this will help us help you better :)Ignore the previous message when you create the menu you can add the slider code above the menu area.
Best regards,

February 7, 2017 at 11:40 am in reply to: How to change width of left sidebar with logo/menu #743821Hey JaneJoyce,
Adding a vertical logo like that requires special modifications and we are happy to help you with this customization.
You will need 2 versions of the logo one for desktop and one for mobile devices. For testing purpose you can use the initial T for mobile version of the logo.
STEPS:
1. Add the mobile logo from Enfold > Theme Option > Logo > Upload
2. Hide the mobile version logo in desktop and style the header widget to display the desktop logo.
/* Hide logo in desktop */ @media only screen and (min-width: 767px) { .html_header_sidebar .logo { display: none; }}3. Setup a header widget area http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
4. Place your logo image inside a text widget in the header widget area.
<img src="http://www.thomascarterprojects.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/TCP-logo_01_42x500.jpg" alt="Logo">5. Position the desktop logo in the widget area and the menu.
/* Hide Header widget in mobile */ @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #header .widget { display: none; }} /* Position logo in the header widget and menu */ #header .widget { position: absolute; left: 0; top: 0px; } .main_menu { margin-left: 50px; }By the end you should have something similar to the screenshot below :

February 7, 2017 at 9:14 am in reply to: how to create at one time vertical and horizontal menu? #743738Hi,
Sorry for the delay.
To place a horizontal menu on top of the content area in the left navigation layout as shown in the below screenshot.

SETPS:
1. Install a child theme http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/
2. Copy the index.php file from enfold main theme folder to child theme folder.
3. Insert the code for the menu just before the below line in index.php file in child theme folder.
<div class='container_wrap container_wrap_first main_color <?php avia_layout_class( 'main' ); ?> <?php echo avia_blog_class_string(); ?>'>ADVANCED CUSTOMIZATION
4. To add a dynamic menu on top of the content area.
Register a wordpress menu instead of the html code for the menu so you can create dynamic menu in Appearance > Menu and assign it to the menu area above the content. Please check the links in private. For more info please check
https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_nav_menusBest regards,
VinayHey centraltech,
At the moment you can use only one video as a background of the color section. If you like to add a YouTube playlist as a background you may have to hire a freelancer to do this job or look for a plugin in wordpress.org/plugin directory which may support this feature.
Best regards,
VinayHi,
Thank you for sharing the solution. Please let us know if there is anything else we can help you with :)
To target a single element of the advanced layout builder please enable custom css class name support http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Best regards,
VinayHi,
You can add the gap between masonry thumbnails in the masonry options. However since you have chosen alternate method we will close this ticket and we will reach out to you on the other ticket.

VinayFebruary 6, 2017 at 9:58 pm in reply to: Full width semi-transparent header not full width on responsive. #743619Hi,
Thank you for the credentials. There was a syntax error in your Quick CSS due to which the code was not working, we have corrected it and added the below code to quick css and confirm the header is 100% wide.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .header_color div { min-width: 100% !important; padding-right:30px; } #advanced_menu_toggle, #advanced_menu_hide { right: 20px!important; }}Best regards,

Hi!
The space between the masonry element can be set from the element options “Gap between elements”.

VinayFebruary 6, 2017 at 9:02 pm in reply to: Desperately Need Help with Portfolio Masonry Gallery #743606Hey allyson3,
Sorry for the delay, The masonry gallery does not support custom links at the moment. Please give the gallery element a try. You can easily upload individual images and set custom links to each image in it’s caption area by entering the below html snippet.
<a href="#"> Link Title </a>
Best regards,
VinayHey endanight,
It’s not clear what exactly you are trying to achieve. However if you like to modify any theme files please install a child theme first http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/ and copy the files like header.php or footer.php to the child theme folder and make your edits.
Best regards,
VinayHey erkuto,
Please edit the testimonial element in the backend. In the testimonial options check the website link.
Let us know if you have any questions.
Best regards,
