Thank you for sharing the screenshots. As I understand the form is shifted to right in the mobile screen and looks fine on tablets and desktop.

To remove the effect of the code in mobile device please replace the earlier code with the below enhanced version.

Hi,

Thank you for confirming the troubleshooting steps performed. Since you are not able to get a permanent solution or a fix with the suggested steps we recommend you to delete the main theme folder(take a backup of course before deleting it from the themes folder).

At this stage your site will be running on the default theme which will allow you to login to admin as per your earlier comments.

Download a fresh copy and upload only the enfold folder from the extracted files to the themes directory. Do not activate the theme so we can login to your site and check for the same issue.

Please make sure the FTP and WP admin details are active till the issue is sorted.

Hi!

We do not have a full admin rights on the account to troubleshoot. It appears a plugin is causing a conflict and also there may be an issue with the way the video is encoded.

For testing purpose please upload your video to youtube and add the link in the background video section of the colorsection it should work fine without any issue. We have tested the same and created a test page for you please check the link in private.

Hi,

I checked your site and there is a message from the google maps.
In concole it say’s Google Maps API error: DeletedApiProjectMapError

Please try the new API key in Enfold > Google Services > API Key

A plugin conflict may be one of the reason for this issue.
To find which plugin is causing the conflict please follow these steps:

1. Go to your plugins page > Deactivate all active Plugins
2. Update WordPress and Enfold to latest version if you have not.
3. Make sure all the plugins are updated.
4. If the problem does not persist when plugins are turned off, activate one plugin at a time and refresh until you find the plugin in conflict.

We await the results of your plugin compatibility test.

Thank you for the kind words.

1 ISSUE :Mobile menu not working.

The mobile menu is not getting generated. There may be a corrupt js file due to which this is happening. Also there are some modifications added in functions.php

We strongly suggest to use a child theme which will help you preserve the modification http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/using-a-child-theme/

Once you install the child theme you can import the main theme settings from Enfold > Import/Export > Import Settings from your Parent Theme.

If that does not help please download a latest copy of the theme from themeforest and replace the theme folder via FTP in wp-content\themes – http://vimeo.com/67209750

2. ISSUE : Header is not fixed when the page is scrolled.

I checked for this issue but the header is fixed when i scrolled down the page please see attached screenshot.
If you still do not see the header when the page is scrolled please let us know which browser and OS you are facing this issue on so we can further investigate this.

Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.

Login credentials include:

• The URL to the login screen.
• A valid username (with full administration capabilities).
• As well as a password for that username.

Try to reinstall the latest version of the plugin if that does not work I am afraid you’ll need to contact the plugin author for more info about the issue. Making third-party plugins compatible with the theme is unfortunately beyond the support scope we offer. Sorry for that!

However you can add button styles manually.

give the button a custom css class name “my-button”.

Please enable debug mode by adding the code provided in this link to your functions.php file which can be accessed from Appearance > Editor http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/

This let’s you view the shortcode for all the page elements.

Copy the shortcode from one site to another which is using enfold theme. If you do not see the slider images you need to re-upload them from the slider settings.

If you are using LayerSlider please Export/Import the sliders first and use the shortcode or add the sliders once the pages are setup.
