Id it says that the constants are already defined, you need to edit them not to add again, I was not able to reach your files via FTP. The login is ok, but the files do not get listed, I get timeout.
Please try to find where in config those constants are defined and update them.

Manually means you need to upload a fresh copy of the theme via FTP.
Wordpress theme autoupdate might not be working properly with some hosting providers or even be disabled by them.

Hi Sophie,

I see you have many files in your child theme. Did you update them with the fresh versions?
The issue here is that some files were moved to the new folders and old versions were not removed by the update process, you need to rename Enfold folder and update the new one via FTP.

Well, did you make the thumbs 36x36px? These are the images that are used and they are stretched to be 44×44 and it does not look good.
